Act as focal point between regional procurement and local plant team</li><li>Manage all local procurement activities, including ad hoc sourcing, negotiations and contracting for items not in scope for regional category manager, issue resolution, local supplier management, shipment expediting, materials claim management and etc.</li><li>Support the sourcing strategy of the regional and global procurement sourcing team.</li><li>Connect plant stakeholders with MSP (managed service provider) for IDM STP support (Source-to-PO)</li><li>Advocate the global procurement policies (GPP) and responsible to educate the BU requesters on the GPP policy and compliances</li><li>Work with BU stakeholders, Category Managers, Process and Systems Lead, Procurement Operations Lead to identify efficiency and cost reduction opportunities</li><li>Manage supplier relationship and performance</li></ul> Principal Duties &amp;&nbsp;Responsibilities : <ul><li>Deliver upon targets and KPIs set by snacks supply chain and regional procurement</li><li>Attend plant supply chain deployment meetings</li><li>Comply with GMP and continuously improve our Food Safety Programme</li><li>Participate in Regional Sourcing activities and ensure regional / local execution knowledge and strategic input</li><li>Lead the execution and implementation of procurement sourcing strategy</li><li>Leverage regional procurement team to drive values</li><li>Aid in local supplier searches</li><li>Manage interactions with key suppliers</li><li>Manage financial reporting of procurement function</li><li>Manage transactional coordinators and balances workload within the team</li><li>Ensure compliance with policies and procedures</li><li>Deliver policy and process trainings to key stakeholders</li><li>Work closely with key customers to communicate process</li><li>Use data from Process and Systems team to set targets and drive KPIs</li><li>Work with shared services to standardize and automate tactical activities over time</li><li>Suppliers KPIs and service quality and performance improvement plan</li></ul> Requirements: Professional : <ul><li>Undergraduate Degree Required and minimum of 7 years of related work experience within Procurement</li></ul> Technical/Functional: <ul><li>More of Procurement generalist than a specialist.</li><li>Knowledge of order to payment technologies (P2P, SAP) and other procurement digital tools.</li><li>Sound procurement skills (negotiation, supplier management).</li><li>General knowledge of the supplier market in associated country.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and basic understanding of supply chain management.</li><li>Financial tracking and reporting skill.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Passionate about process improvement.</li><li>Strong detail orientation.</li><li>Excels at continuous cost reduction/process improvement.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skill.</li><li>Effective at cross-functional teamwork.</li><li>Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.</li><li>Ability to navigate with ambiguity.</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Comfortable with conflict.</li><li>Strong service oriented approach, with timely responsiveness.</li><li>Ability to engage and collaborate with team members and stakeholders from a distance.</li></ul>

Execute Hiring Strategies <ul><li>Collaborate with Regional TA Manager, Business Leaders, HR partners, and Business teams to understand short- and long-term hiring needs.</li><li>Assist in developing and executing hiring plans, executing Global SLAs are aligned with the Business Goals</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging hiring practices &amp; tool</li></ul> 2. Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development <ul><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various key roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE and many more.</li><li>Assist the Regional TA Manager to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies using Market intelligence &amp; Talent Mapping tools.</li><li>Leverage a mix of sourcing channels: Internal/External career sites, social media Hiring such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc., Job Boards such as JobStreet, Monster</li><li>Familiar with hiring tools such as HireEz, ZoomInfo.&nbsp;Leverage employee referrals, and University hiring</li></ul> 3. Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement <ul><li>Position the company as an employer of choice in the Engineering, Tech and manufacturing space.</li><li>Create content and campaigns targeting industry professional (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, TechEvents)</li><li>Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals</li></ul> 4. Full-Cycle Recruitment <ul><li>Deliver end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers &amp; compensation negotiation and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Assist implement and monitor structured interview processes, including technical assessments</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership</li></ul> 6. Data-Driven Recruiting <ul><li>Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved</li><li>Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly reports on the efforts and progress</li><li>Optimize hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Overall 8+ years of experience with Minimum of 5+ years from relevant industry</li><li>Preferably an Engineer of any discipline, but not mandatory (OR) Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or related field</li></ul>
