Role Description: <ul><li>Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, Southern Corridor, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the country sales and marketing initiatives in line with Group strategy and ensure delivery of Plan/Budget Volumes, Margins and operational KPI’s in Zambia.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Financial: <ul><li>Achieve budgeted volumes and margins as per the annual Sales plans targets for Zambia.</li><li>Strict adherence to credit management as stipulated in the company’s standard operating procedures.</li><li>Timely debt collection from all customers and adhere hence to the signed off contractual agreement with all customers.</li></ul> Business Performance <ul><li>Manage sales and marketing activities, creating wide portfolio of clientele, tenders and propose shift in market strategies from time to time to meet the agreed budgets.</li><li>Provide Market intelligence insights by proactive involvement with various contacts to extract relevant information and through research to drive profitability.</li><li>Monitoring sales, stock, supply to the region for trading business and publish a management reporting on regular basis.</li><li>Share information with management critical for strategy and any new information on new projects and various opportunities in the market.&nbsp;</li></ul> Compliance <ul><li>Ensure the company is in compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements regarding sales in order to avoid any breach of law or policy.</li><li>Carry out proper mapping of policies, procedures and process parameters with accounting system</li></ul> Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Maintain close working relationships with the supply and logistics team to ensure proper planning of product to achieve business target satisfying the customers’ needs</li></ul> Requirements: Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role <ul><li>University Degree in Business Development / Marketing /Commerce or related field</li><li>At least 5 years demonstrated experience in Oil Industry / Related Industry</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Strong business negotiation skill</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery options.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including materials, craftsmanship, certifications, and pricing.</li><li>Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.</li><li>Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.</li><li>Manage billing and basic inventory processes.</li><li>Ensure security and care of high-value items at all times.</li><li>Support store events, promotional activities, and new launches.</li><li>Build strong relationships with repeat and potential customers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferably in commerce, business, or fashion).</li><li>2–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, watches, or luxury fashion.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity.</li><li>Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and hallmarking standards (preferred).</li><li>Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and during festive periods.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:﻿ Proactive Disruption Management: <ul><li>Actively monitor ocean shipments, identifying potential disruptions before they escalate.</li><li>Use various tools to identify issues and take immediate action to communicate delays or disruptions to stakeholders.</li><li>Work directly with marine carriers, drayage providers, freight forwarders, ports and customers to resolve delays.</li></ul> Effective Communication: <ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for in-transit shipments with marine carriers, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), and Demand Resource Planners&nbsp;</li><li>(DRP) to communicate issues and implement corrective measures.</li><li>Ensure timely updates on shipment delays and disruptions are communicated to all stakeholders.</li></ul> Data-Driven Action: <ul><li>Regularly analyze shipment data to identify trends and potential disruption risks, developing proactive strategies to prevent delays.</li><li>Utilize tools including SAP, PowerBI, Excel, Visibility Vendors, etc. to extract and compare shipment data, ensuring real-time decision-making.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Proactively suggest process improvements related to data accuracy, carrier compliance, and system enhancements to minimize disruptions.</li></ul> Reporting and Analysis: <ul><li>Extract, summarize, and report findings on marine shipment data as needed, providing insights that support logistics operations and decision-making.</li><li>Track and trace business-specific requests, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with improving shipment outcomes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Science, Supply Chain, or Operations.</li><li>1-2 Years of Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Operations.</li><li>Experience with SAP, Real Time Visibility Vendor, PowerBI, Excel, Salesforce, etc</li></ul>

Responsibilities:﻿ <ul><li>Process freight invoices for payment. Investigating and resolving freight invoices that are on hold for review.</li><li>Ensure transportation carriers are paid within established payment terms.</li><li>Audit rates and freight invoices for accuracy. Ensure systems are updated with missing and incorrect information.</li><li>Interface with transportation providers and company Transportation Associates to resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate payment details.</li><li>Run and distribute reports as required. Need to be MIS report savvy with understanding of all latest tools.</li><li>Support all financial audit request related to internal and external audit of freight payments.</li><li>Ensure to monitor &amp; work on open accruals &amp; thereby ensuring aging between accruals vs invoice postings is kept to 30days or less.</li><li>Drive, monitor &amp; track the hard copies against the transaction entries in SAP with an objective to ensure on-time payment.</li><li>Involve in VAS handling validation &amp; be primary face of contact for carriers. Proactively drive &amp; address all open issues/queries in an organized manner.</li><li>Initiate &amp; drive process improvements by standardizing &amp; defining the process.</li><li>Work in testing and give feedback.</li><li>Support on Project related queries &amp; be backup to project team member</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Finance related Professional Experience (in what processes and function)</li><li>0-3 years relevant experience in logistics or accounting related activities in product/manufacturing/ Shared Services.</li><li>Knowledge of accounts payable functions and procedures.</li><li>Expertise on advanced excel &amp; other Microsoft tools.</li><li>Familiarity with electronic invoicing.</li><li>Prior experience with transportation / logistics software a plus</li><li>Strong Documenting knowledge backed up with analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Direct responsibility for the Logistics Savings Pipeline of cost-saving projects, spanning 1-3 years</li><li>Active Projects: Tactical management of project timelines &amp; task completion</li><li>Medium-Term Projects: Prioritization and resource planning to move projects from Potential to Implemented, and to accelerate and expand existing initiatives</li><li>Long Term Projects: Identification of new potential projects to keep the pipeline growing</li><li>Partner with regional supply chain &amp; plant leaders to identify new cost savings projects and manage existing projects from conception to realization</li><li>Enable success of projects, while still driving accountability to project leads and the benefiting site,&nbsp;</li><li>creating a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Work closely with Finance to build business cases supporting each project, document project assumptions, and gain financial approval systematically</li><li>Integrate project pipeline in regular forecasting cadence, with a clear understanding of changes vs. prior cycle, roadblocks or gating items needing resolution, and opportunities to accelerate or pull-in other projects to close gaps</li><li>Track attainment to forecast on a monthly basis, including pareto analysis of any misses &amp; gap closure plan</li><li>Challenge existing targets &amp; identify opportunities for further improvements by partnering with the Global Logistics, Global Trade Services organizations, and other company Business Units</li><li>Document best practices / framework for continuously improving &amp; building pipeline into the future.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience 5+ years in freight management, logistics, or supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing or freight carrier environment.</li><li>Experience leading projects to completion with proven results.</li><li>Strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated ability to work across cultures to achieve results.</li><li>Organized &amp; methodical approach to project management, with the ability to keep various projects on track simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of freight optimization methods, including packaging &amp; palletization improvement, consolidation, incoterm strategy, mode and route optimization, premium freight management, and carrier negotiation.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, and financial forecasting</li><li>Proficiency in utilizing master data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, etc.).</li><li>Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform equipment troubleshooting with systematic &amp; analytical mindset to minimize/eliminate downtime</li><li>Oversees decommissioning, movement, installation, upgrade, retrofit &amp; maintenance of manufacturing equipment</li><li>Monitors equipment uptime &amp; implement relevant improvement actions to improve equipment reliability &amp; solve chronic issues</li><li>Conduct training for line technicians to improve their technical competency and fan out critical knowledge relevant to achieve key departmental KPIs</li><li>Manage spare part cost &amp; availability</li><li>Collaborate with process engineers on yield related topics and implement relevant improvement/containment actions to prevent recurrence</li><li>Collaborate with external vendors on equipment troubleshooting, spare part availability/procurement &amp; equipment upgrade/retrofit</li><li>Participate or lead projects involving downtime reduction, cost saving, yield improvement or new material qualification.</li><li>Defines maintenance procedures &amp; upkeep documents related to the smooth running of manufacturing equipment</li><li>Coordinates equipment activities with inter and intra department personnel to ensure smooth execution</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Hands on individual with experience in vacuum PVD equipments.&nbsp;</li><li>Dynamic team player who possesses good interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong passion &amp; drive to seek improvements to equipment &amp; process setup</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead and manage the Wilsonville site’s EHS&amp;S team and programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations including OSHA, EPA (CAA, CWA, RCRA, TSCA, SARA), and our client internal standards.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor EHS performance metrics and reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in areas such as Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), ergonomics, hazardous waste, machine safety, and energy reduction.</li><li>Maintain and manage environmental permits, licenses, and records.</li><li>Oversee incident investigation and corrective action programs.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and third-party auditors.</li><li>Manage the EHS&amp;S budget and related capital projects.</li><li>Support ISO 14001 environmental management system implementation and certification.</li><li>Promote employee engagement and awareness across the site through training, communications, and EHS culture-building activities.</li><li>Coordinate sustainability initiatives targeting Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, water usage, and waste reduction.</li><li>Engage with site leadership in operations, maintenance, quality, and procurement to ensure integrated EHS compliance and strategy.</li><li>Stay abreast of regulatory changes and adapt internal policies accordingly.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health &amp; Safety or related field (required).</li><li>10+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience in medical device manufacturing or similarly regulated industry preferred.</li><li>CSP (Certified Safety Professional) preferred.</li><li>Experience implementing and managing EHS systems and ISO 14001 certification.&nbsp;</li></ul>
