Responsibilities: Supplier Engagement: <ul><li>Educate suppliers on compliance requirements and conduct training for procurement teams, BU compliance teams, and suppliers.</li><li>Identify root causes of non-compliance and support development of sustainable remediation plans.</li><li>Engage and support effectively with suppliers and business units to drive remediation.</li><li>Support suppliers in developing effective policies and procedures to mitigate supply chain risks.</li><li>Support for supplier capacity building as required.</li><li>Manage ESG incidents, initiatives, and reporting for public-facing and statutory needs (e.g., responsibility reports).</li><li>Drive upstream prevention, mitigation, and capacity building, as well as downstream remediation and exit strategies.</li><li>Supports process documentation and systems management</li></ul> Program Governance: <ul><li>Support in the development and documentation processes for Supplier Compliance &amp; Risk program manual (includes Standard Work Instructions).</li><li>Analyse compliance data and prepare performance reports/scorecards for stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain organization SharePoints and manage subscribed digital platforms to keep data and scorecards current.</li></ul> Compliance Management: <ul><li>Escalate critical findings and ensure closure of remediations activities.</li><li>Support management of ESG Incidents as they arise.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Global experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries.</li><li>10–12 years of core experience in supply chain and supplier-focused roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, including strategic alignment, operational modelling, process optimization, and data analytics.</li><li>Expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training.</li><li>Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements and experience with programs like Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).</li><li>Proven program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul>
