Responsibilities: Project Leadership and Management <ul><li>Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams, ensuring smooth production cutover and post-implementation support.</li><li>Serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues and facilitating smooth execution.</li><li>Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.</li></ul> Technical Delivery and Risk Management <ul><li>Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery, providing L3 support as needed.</li><li>Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution.</li><li>Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.</li><li>Work with Security teams to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings.</li><li>Partner with suppliers and testers to ensure the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results.</li></ul> Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight <ul><li>Partner with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements.</li><li>Provide systems input during the specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessments.</li><li>Engage with suppliers, conduct RFQ/RFI processes, and ensuring timely, high-quality product deliveries.</li><li>Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of multiple projects.</li><li>Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.</li><li>Ensure project documentation is completed according to industry and organizational standards.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Degree in Computing or related discipline to support job requirements.</li><li>At least 7 years of experience in Program/Project management under a Project Delivery.</li><li>Experience in project management, business analysis, business process reengineering.</li><li>Self-driven, able to work independently with good multi-tasking skills to drive multiple projects concurrently.</li><li>Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Well versed with request for Tender/Request for Proposal/Quotation process and standards (e.g., RFQ specification, issuance of RFQ up to award of RFQ which includes contract negotiations and finalization).</li><li>Strong client management and interaction experience.</li><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation skills including conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, meticulous with attention to details.</li><li>Ability to identify and improve on work &amp; process inefficiencies.</li><li>Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA.</li><li>Proficient with SDLC, AGILE methodologies.</li></ul> End to end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry would be an advantage: <ul><li>Cloud related solutions</li><li>Infrastructure / Network related solutions</li><li>Endpoint / Workplace Technology related solutions</li><li>Active Directory / Identity Management related solutions&nbsp;</li></ul> Soft Skills: <ul><li>Good organization skill, able to multi-task and work under pressure.&nbsp;</li><li>Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent time management and can prioritize work.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and meticulous with attention to details.&nbsp;</li><li>Team player, able to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication, writing and presentation skill.&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Good stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.</li></ul>
