Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible to lead development team to fulfil end-to-end software development and support for all approved initiatives (projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes).</li><li>This includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support.</li><li>Collaborate with Enterprise and Domain architects to align application design to the overall architectural guidelines and direction.</li><li>Work with subject matter experts, business analysts, architects, software developers and business stakeholder to establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints.</li><li>Review solution design and effort estimates from the team and prioritize projects and change requests assigned to the team.</li><li>Provide quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.</li><li>This includes delivery of source codes in compliance to the Bank’s defined security, coding and change management standards (eg. They negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Should anything change in the sourcing process, they’re responsible for renegotiating new contracts as well.</li></ul> Draft Contracts: <ul><li>The Sourcing Specialist then drafts detailed contracts to be reviewed by both their company and the supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>They work in conjunction with legal counsel to include all of the details of their negotiation.
