Responsibilities: Commercial Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and implement GTM plans including target markets, key accounts, revenue goals, and objectives.</li><li>Lead go-to-market activities and guide sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and adoption.</li><li>Identify and develop product solutions tailored for the Overhead (OH) and Underground (UG) markets.</li><li>Define pricing strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.</li></ul> Strategic Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop a comprehensive 5-year revenue growth plan and corresponding product roadmap.</li><li>Maintain and update market analyses, including Total Addressable Market (TAM), Potential Addressable Market (PAM), and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM).</li></ul> Market &amp; Product Development <ul><li>Monitor industry trends to anticipate and address evolving market needs.</li><li>Translate customer feedback and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights into product requirements and engineering specifications (PRD).</li><li>Identify product gaps and collaborate with product management and engineering to develop new solutions.</li><li>Represent our client Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.</li></ul> Day-to-Day Product Marketing Activities <ul><li>Visit key customer accounts jointly with sales teams to strengthen relationships and grow the sales pipeline.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support business objectives.</li><li>Track and report on business performance, including sales metrics and market performance.</li><li>Perform other product marketing tasks as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).</li><li>8+ years of experience in Product Management or a commercial role, preferably in smart grids, network protection, or distribution automation.</li><li>Strong financial analysis skills and ability to develop business cases.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Proven leadership skills and the ability to positively influence cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and team-building skills.</li><li>Results-oriented, with a focus on solutions and achieving growth objectives.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Previous managerial experience leading teams or projects.</li><li>International work experience and ability to work in a global business environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship Management: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers to drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Communicate weekly with dealers and visit each dealer location at least once per month.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Evaluate dealer sales performance and market share; recommend and implement corrective actions where needed.</li></ul> Sales Planning &amp; Execution: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan and forecast billing, retail orders, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prospect and onboard new dealerships following established new dealer guidelines.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist new dealers with merchandising programs, ordering processes, and dealership branding.</li></ul> Events &amp; Promotions: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan, participate, and support special events such as rodeos, corporate and dealer farm shows, and sporting events within the territory.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Organize and conduct regional dealer meetings as required.</li></ul> Training &amp; Support: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate and deliver training for new dealers covering computer systems, sales processes, marketing programs, product knowledge, advertising, parts, and service.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate product and sales training.</li></ul> Market Intelligence &amp; Product Feedback: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct competitive intelligence and product-price positioning analyses to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Test and evaluate new products, recommend improvements, and suggest new product additions.</li></ul> Logistics &amp; Coordination: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist with the logistics of tractors/equipment for photo shoots, events, and other requirements within the territory.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in the construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of product categories, dealership operations, and assigned territory.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interaction with dealers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management.</li><li>Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver business growth.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools.</li><li>Strong presentation skills for small and large group settings.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.</li><li>Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by the role.</li></ul>
