Responsibilities: <ul><li>Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win –new clients</li><li>Consultative Engagement with CXOs of target clients</li><li>Pursue to win large deals, manage CXO relationships and have customer stickiness</li><li>Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation et al&nbsp;</li><li>Understand company solutions and services</li><li>To provide appropriate solutions to the clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.</li><li>Develops and expands a portfolio of clients</li><li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.</li><li>Present, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customers</li><li>Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base</li><li>Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations</li><li>Initially the focus with be Singapore and then expand to Southeast Asia</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 15 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore and Southeast Asia</li><li>Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just&nbsp;</li><li>transactional goods and services.</li><li>Hungry, motivated and self-driven</li><li>Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets</li><li>Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level</li><li>Experience of working with System Integrators like Accenture, Cognizant, Cap&nbsp;</li><li>Gemini and similar companies&nbsp;</li><li>Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts</li><li>Ability to drive large deals (&gt;SGD 50M)</li><li>Hunting experience</li><li>Ability to open new strategic accounts</li><li>Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close</li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Business degree or equivalent</li></ul>
