Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead a global team of Advanced Quality Engineers in support of all new product introductions for a Strategic Product Line Portfolio within the Digital Data Networks (DDN) business unit. Masters degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business process management, process documentation, or related roles.</li><li>At least 3 years working experience in operational supply chain functions (Warehouse/Logistic)</li><li>Excellent project management skills, planning, prioritization, ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter, and provide timely updates/recommendations.</li><li>Good analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.</li><li>Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.</li><li>Logical &amp; Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex concepts.</li><li>Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).</li><li>Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to business processes.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical Expertise: Capable to provide manual cuts along with building skills for future automated FIB cuts&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Equipment Management: Set up equipment, monitor stability, improve capability, and interact with vendor representatives for advanced functionality and application work.</li><li>Recipe Management: Write or modify equipment recipes to support the needs of the RDA area.</li><li>Tool Recovery: Perform basic and advanced recoveries of down tools for assigned workstations.</li><li>Software Upgrades: Drive software upgrades and improvements, working with internal and external vendors for implementation.</li><li>Tool Monitoring: Monitor tool qualification SPC charts for deviations, initiate tool repairs, and adjust limits as necessary.</li><li>Data Science skills: Apply scripting, coding, or programming for monitoring performance and capabilities of the inspection data</li><li>Data Analysis: Collect and analyze tool/process data to suggest ways to improve performance and efficiency.</li><li>Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors for escalation results on application issues and with Equipment Owners to identify long-term solutions to tool issues.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor and team interactions.</li><li>Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.</li></ul> Requirements: Application Expertise:&nbsp;<ul><li>Deep technical expertise in Focused Ion Beam (FIB) operations, including advanced cross sectioning, milling optimization, and defect characterization</li><li>Strong proficiency in SEM imaging and interpretation for systematic/random defect identification</li></ul> Training and Mentoring:&nbsp;<ul><li>Proven experience in training and mentoring engineers and technicians</li></ul> Vendor Relations: <ul><li>Experience working with vendors for FIB/SEM equipment setup, troubleshooting, and upgrades &gt;3years</li></ul> Education:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science &amp; Engineering, or related field accepted</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>More than 5 years semiconductor manufacturing experience in RDA/inspection recipe setup for defect analysis&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead project level initiatives focused on development of wet processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Carry out complex experiments and support process integration under guidance of senior staff members.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate technology transfer and assist in ramp up; maintain accurate records and prepare technical reports.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Mentor early career staff; participate in multi functional problem solving; drive continuous improvement and optimization.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to documentation of guidelines/SOPs and knowledge management; stay current on emerging technologies and wet processing advancements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>PhD ≥8 yrs, or Master’s ≥11 yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥13 yrs of relevant experience in&nbsp;</li><li>Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Deep understanding of vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, selective chemical etching; experience fixing process issues and supporting transfer R&amp;D → manufacturing.&nbsp;</li></ul>
