Responsibilities: <ul><li>To Prepare EOD drafts based on scope given by Dev and SAs with correct dependencies, in &amp; out conditions</li><li>To schedule, execute and support EOD runs in SIT/UAT environments for Projects.</li><li>Act as Level 2/3 support for EOD-related incidents.</li><li>Analyze and resolve batch failures, job delays, or any performance bottlenecks</li><li>Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and define permanent fixes</li><li>Serve as the domain expert in Murex EOD operations, including Pre-trade to post-trade lifecycle, Trade validation and market data dependencies</li><li>Provide consultation to development and testing teams regarding EOD impacts of changes or upgrades</li><li>Identify automation opportunities in EOD processes using scripting (Unix, Python, MxML)</li><li>Maintain technical documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, including EOD signoffs and logs</li><li>Support EOD-related project activities, including upgrades, migrations</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for EOD (e.g., batch completion time, failure rate).</li><li>Perform EOD regression testing after Murex upgrades, patching, or infrastructure changes</li><li>Work with infrastructure teams on server performance, disk space, and job execution time</li><li>Lead war room efforts during EOD crises: high-priority trade breaks, simulation failures, or regulatory deadline risks.</li><li>Drive post-mortem sessions with action item tracking and continuous feedback loops</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years exp in supporting Murex 3.1 End of Day batch</li><li>Deep Murex product knowledge: MX.3 Simulation, Datamart, MxML, workflows</li><li>Deep understanding of Murex EOD processes including Trade validation, Pre-trade/post-trade workflows, Market data loads, Feeders, extractions, Reporting etc.</li><li>Strong in scripting: Unix. Collaborates with engineering team to interpret engineering requirements.</li><li>Under some supervision, creates, releases and updates new project materials strategy.</li><li>Sourcing: Assists in supplier price and delivery negotiations; under direct supervision may negotiate contracts as necessary. Utilizes the preferred supplier selection and assessment process when selecting suppliers. Completes supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts. Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).</li><li>Materials: Coordinates activities around source selection, specification creation and price negotiation with appropriate team members.</li><li>Executes commercialization (transition) materials plan).</li><li>Manages materials change control process. Meets cost objectives and resolves quality issues. Generates and publishes Key Process Indicators. Tracks total landed costs targets.</li><li>Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering. Utilizes value analysis on build-to-print components in support of Should Cost analysis.</li><li>Actively mediates and partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups.
