Responsibilities: Project Leadership &amp; Execution <ul><li>Lead multiple medium- to high-complexity New Product Development projects with full end-to-end ownership.</li><li>Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership across global and multicultural teams.</li><li>Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by recognizing and valuing individual differences and perspectives.</li></ul> Stakeholder &amp; Communication Management <ul><li>Identify stakeholder expectations and establish effective communication cadences.</li><li>Develop and execute the Project Communication Plan.</li><li>Lead periodic management-level project reviews.</li><li>Report project progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.</li></ul> Financial &amp; Economic Management <ul><li>Manage project capital, expense, and resource expenditures to meet financial targets.</li><li>Support economic analysis, including alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, and cost calculations.</li><li>Track and report project progress and product costs.</li></ul> Planning, Risk &amp; Change Management <ul><li>Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.</li><li>Execute integrated change management and control processes.</li><li>Perform effective project risk management, including creation, monitoring, and mitigation of risks.</li><li>Identify, address, and resolve project issues and impediments proactively.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement &amp; Collaboration <ul><li>Drive continuous improvement of existing project processes and implementation of new project components.</li><li>Coordinate internal resources across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and brainstorming initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Critical Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12–15 years of professional experience</li><li>Master’s degree in Engineering with 10–12 years of professional experience.</li><li>5–6 years of project management experience in industrial product or hardware .development environments.</li><li>Proven experience managing distributed and multicultural teams.</li></ul> Competencies Must Have <ul><li>In-depth understanding of Toll Gate / Stage Gate product development processes.</li><li>Strong experience in project management strategy and execution.</li><li>Extensive experience in stakeholder and requirements management.</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing processes such as molding, stamping, and plating.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate .globally at all organizational levels.</li><li>Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery.</li><li>Strong leadership skills to drive collaboration, accountability, and results.</li><li>Ability to develop and manage communication plans and responsibility (RACI) matrices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Project.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback Period).</li></ul> Preferred <ul><li>Exposure to regulatory approval processes (UL, CSA, CQC, VDE, etc.).</li><li>Experience in the terminal and connector industry.</li><li>Exposure to Agile Project Management methodologies.</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.</li></ul>
