Responsibilities: <ul><li>Contribute &amp; drive the development &amp; implementation of packaging to support new product launch, cost saving and sustainability program for Rayong site and other sites.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the technical timeline, providing timely communication, outlining issues, risks and contingency plans for new product launch program.</li><li>Lead implementation of packaging productivity programs, working closely with cross-functional partners (i.e., operations, procurement, logistic, QA and marketing) as well as external packaging material vendors.</li><li>Conduct, coordinate functional testing including plant trials, lab testing, transportation tests, shelf-life studies, and material vendor evaluations, including analysis of data, results and follow up recommendations and action plans.</li><li>Prepares and maintains material specifications ensuring materials comply with all relevant Governmental requirements for food packaging.</li><li>Review and approve artwork for Rayong site for printed flexibles, cartons, and cases.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise throughout the deployment of new packaging.</li><li>Ensure all new Packaging meets food safety and Quality expectations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in packaging, material science or related field with minimum 4 years’ experience in packaging development related environment within FMCG food Industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong negotiation and influencing skills.</li><li>Detailed understanding of the packaging material performance and product requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong team interaction skills to allow maximum influence on the business operation.</li><li>Strong technical, analytical, communication and project management skills&nbsp;</li><li>Expert in one or more packaging capability areas (e.g., materials, innovation, engineering, design).</li><li>Excellent command in oral and written English &amp; computer skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise the production of assigned products inline with production schedule, product quality, provide supervision for direct loading to attain correct SKU.</li><li>Minimize waste in operation to achieve RMU/PMU target by closely supervise subordinate and correct data for analyze to reduce waste in system.</li><li>Implement short and to a lesser degree long range improvement programs consistent with plant objectives.</li><li>Closely supervises and trains subordinate to achieve an effective production team, strengthens operator skills to enable them to perform more than one task.</li><li>Closely co-ordinate with technicians to ensure all of equipment and facilities meet target preventive maintenance to prevent loses time from poor preventive maintenance.</li><li>Make sure that all production parameters SOP, Food Safety, HACCP GMP principles are effectively followed by production crews to reduce B,C defects to agree level.</li><li>Lead safety awareness within production crew to prevent injury and loss time.</li><li>Implement and maintains focused team environment with all employees to enable them toward self discipline.</li><li>Incumbent must have the ability work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedule and specific time constraints. Position will require time on all rosters and weekend work from time to time. Ability to use PC in a requirement of this position.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>This position typically requires a university degree in Food, Technology food Science, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering</li><li>related field plus minimum 2-3 year at related work experience to effectively perform the duties of the incumbent</li><li>this position requires extensive knowledge of all production in the plant and a general knowledge of all the supporting department function the incumbent must be technically oriented in the areas of production equipment concepts and food technology.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide support on the technical proposal, estimated project size, and cost.</li><li>Develop design specifications and functional requirements for projects.</li><li>Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, Qualification and Verification/Validation.</li><li>Supervise the construction/Installation process at the site.</li><li>External discussion duties to the Project Core Team&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Resource, budget and schedule control and reporting</li><li>Ensure the engineering deliverables are on-time and in alignment with the product team in term of plan and solution&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;.</li><li>Ensure all project related activities meet EHS, QFS requirement.</li><li>Work with plant team to plan and manage the capital budget to support business strategies for both short term and long term.</li><li>Drive KWS Technical CoE</li><li>Actively support all company initiatives</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree in engineering as Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>MBA or Management degree is preferred.</li><li>Working with manufacturing environment is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 10 years engineering field of experience with minimum 5 years for project management.</li><li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and construction/structure are required. Also, good&nbsp;computer background is a must.</li><li>English communication skill is necessary in both speaking and writing.</li><li>Able to work with government officer and public organization.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Utility Operations: <ul><li>Monitor the day-to-day performance of the utilities (Water preparation, RO-water system, Boiler, cooling water, Waste water treatment, sewer systems, tempered water and chilled water systems).&nbsp;</li><li>Take actions if applicable to ensure availability and in-spec operation.</li><li>Assuring the operational condition of utility installations by coordination with Shift Manager and Utility Services Supplier (Water Doctor) to carry out cleaning/inspection and first-line maintenance and ensure all activities completed as planned.</li></ul> Utility Regulations and Compliance: <ul><li>Coordinate activities for utilities with related departments (Operation, Technology &amp; Engineering, Supply chain, M&amp;R, QA, Compliance, EHS etc.) to meet requirement related to quality, regulations, reliability and supply chain systems.</li><li>Execution of administrative tasks:</li><li>Ensuring that production and process data for utilities are registered (duty logbook, batch reports, usage sheets, chemistry data, shop orders).</li><li>Check inventory availability of materials and chemicals related to the utility area and initiate the re-supply process if needed.</li></ul> Utility Improvement: <ul><li>Evaluate and improve the performance of the utilities, take actions and define projects if applicable to ensure continuous improvement.</li><li>Co-sign acceptance of equipment at technical handover project.</li><li>Participate in TPM initiatives, promoting initial cleanings, making improvement proposals relating to optimization.</li><li>Participate in relate new investment projects.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or Master’s degree in Technical Profession, preferably Chemical Engineering or process industry relates.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing industrial utility system/plant.</li><li>Possess of Licenses for boiler and environmental-relate controller, e.g., Wastewater, Air Pollution, Industrial Waste, etc. are preferred.</li><li>Thorough understanding of Boiler and Steam Systems, Wastewater Treatment System (Anaerobic &amp; Aerobic).</li><li>Good communicative English.</li><li>Good skill of computer esp. MS Office programs.</li><li>Possess functional competency set e.g. Drive for Result, Problem Solving, Coordinating, Leadership, and Continuous Improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities :﻿<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Comprehends the technical nuances of various raw materials and drafts specifications for new materials as well as reviews &amp; updates existing specifications.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Develops prototypes to define food and financial objectives for PDR development as well as for consumer testing.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Maintains lab notebook with details of every experimental batch run in the lab and documents all project technical documents such as specifications, stability reports, and regulatory requirements for product approval.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Determines critical ingredient specification parameters and communicate these to Quality.&nbsp;For new ingredients, has vendor complete consumer screening information request form.&nbsp;Gets ingredients approved in formulation prior to consumer testing.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Ensures that formula undergoes cost evaluation prior to consumer testing.&nbsp;Works with Procurement to determine ingredient availability/cost information</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Schedules and conducts plant trials and ensures availability of raw materials, resources and timing for pilot plant testing. Requests quotations and organizes payment to vendors following procedures.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Sets up appropriate shelf life and sensory testing plans in accordance with the distribution requirements of the product.&nbsp;</li><li>Works with Quality and Nutritional Regulatory Affairs to identify potential allergen and safety issues.&nbsp;Ensures these are communicated as early as possible to the team.&nbsp;Also confirms that nutritional requirements are met.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Coordinates and or assists in the coordination of consumer sample production in pilot plant or manufacturing plant.&nbsp;Produces image plant food to field in consumer testing.&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Submits consumer test samples for chemistry analysis to generate nutrition labeling information.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Supports BASES and Sales Sample production.&nbsp;Provides input to Nutritional Regulatory Affairs to generate nutritional information to ensure product labels are correct.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Works with Packaging support personnel to coordinate testing as it relates to packaging material/food interactions, pack fit, and distribution.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Assists Quality and Operations in establishing the “Image and Defect” Quality Manual and supporting process documentation.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Executes the startup plan, addressing start-up issues, and participating in general startup activity.&nbsp;Attends and support daily team meetings and food reviews during production startup.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Works with Food Scientists and Technologists, Quality representative, and Plant to refine/optimize the process, rationalize COGS, and resolve quality issues. With Quality, provides start-up food samples for Image Panel review for release of food.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Ensures food lab complies with all food safety requirements and monitoring programs (micro analysis, surface swabs, etc). The position is expected to be the R&amp;D representative and main contact for all safety aspects related to the R&amp;D kitchen/lab.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s (8-10 years min industrial R&amp;D experience) / Master’s (5-7 years min Industrial R&amp;T experience) in Food Science or Technology.</li><li>English proficiency – both written and oral is must. Should be capable to maintain technical conversations.</li><li>The incumbent must possess cost consciousness, communication skills, and diplomacy that will promote good relations with other technical and scientific disciplines in the effective execution of projects&nbsp;</li></ul>
