Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new power connector and cable assembly solution products for data center applications.</li><li>Provide leadership and manage the complete product development life cycle (starting from the voice of the customer, ideation, Design Conceptualization, Creation of product specifications, 3D design, Prototyping, Product testing, Product qualification, Project Execution &amp; Sustenance till product end of life)</li><li>Work closely with customer/sales/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer), and make engineering evaluation/proposal to the customer.</li><li>Follow LEANPD Project Process to support the project team from the PDE perspective to complete the Project (NPI or Sustaining) on time, with quality, and within budget.
