Software Engineer II-Front End

Sr. Software Engineer, JAVA + React

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to design and implement robust software solutions.</li><li>Participating in daily standup, sprint planning, retrospective meetings during project implementation phase.</li><li>Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers.</li><li>Design and implement RESTful APIs and back-end services using .Net/.Net Core in C# to support front-end functionalities.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.</li><li>Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other development challenges.</li><li>Work with databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements to the development process.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience (min 3+ years) as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in .Net/.Net Core in C# and ReactJS.</li><li>Familiarity with the .NET and .NET Core framework and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Microservices, Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Entity framework)</li><li>Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.</li><li>Solid knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modeling.</li><li>Proven experience in creating quality SQL store procedures and scripts</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.</li><li>Excellent understanding of OWASP standards</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Experience using IDE tools like Visual Studio</li><li>Bachelors or associate degree in IT discipline</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Certification in AWS Certified: Developer Associate is a must.</li></ul>

Create roadmap and timing of implementation of the roadmap based on business requirements and strategy.</li><li>Support expanding DPS capabilities through a customer obsessed, services-driven digital solutions platform that leverages data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences</li><li>Help problem solve delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the engineering initiatives to the stakeholders</li><li>Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant software development and engineering management experience</li><li>3+ years of experience on architecting fault tolerant, high scale distributed systems&nbsp;</li><li>Commanding knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services and cloud specific PaaS and/or SaaS solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with high throughput cloud native distributed systems&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React-Redux or other front-end frameworks&nbsp;</li></ul>
