Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested.</li><li>Development of technical specifications and plans.</li><li>Analyze functional specs and convert requirements to design document.</li><li>Conduct Functional Specification review with business and test team.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good exposure and experiences in ATM in payments switch processing (e.g. ATM Transactions processing from ATM/CDM Machines, Local Switch for NETS/ ITMX / PCC/ BCS/ Paynow and Shared ATM network).</li><li>Sound knowledge on payments real time processing such as FAST &amp; PayNow services and Payment middleware switches with experience in Exception Handling &amp; Investigation, Interbank Clearing/Clearing channels, Payment Acquisition, and Payment Gateway</li><li>More than 8 years proven track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company.</li><li>Proven result-oriented career with a focus on development and support.</li><li>Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills - ability to translate functional specifications to technological solution.</li><li>Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Good understanding and experience in waterfall and agile software development methodologies.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experiences on Linux/Unix, Shell Script, Batch Script, MQ, Connect Direct, WebLogic and OraclePL/SQL are a must.</li><li>Knowledge and experiences in ATM/Switch Background, Delivery Methodology documentation, and good understanding of SDLC.</li><li>Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.</li><li>Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain</li><li>Related professional/technical qualification (e.g. PMP) will be advantageous although not mandatory.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Developing and executing account strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share for automotive connectors and other key product folio</li><li>Focus on spec in company part into customer new project</li><li>Drive, report, monitor key metrics to achieve sales KPI which aligned with organization goal, which are new business wins (TERP), Revenue achievement and margin</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication</li><li>Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients in the appliance industry for 5 years revenue pipeline</li><li>Drive new business with customer engineer &amp; purchasing through sales &amp; marketing activities plan</li><li>Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive sales growth</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams in ASEAN and Global team, including sales, customer service, engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services, and other Sales KPI</li><li>Negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering education</li><li>High degree of integrity, Teamwork, Innovation and Accountability</li><li>Language: Excellent in English. Chinese is an advantage</li><li>Able to work in cross cultural especially in ASEAN countries and travelling</li><li>Preferably at least 5 years in sales or related field automotive industry (harness maker production field)</li><li>Customer service orientation</li><li>Demonstrate ability to collaborate cross functionally, cross regions</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation and computer skills (i.e. Power Point, Excel, Word, Salesforce, SAP and other tools)</li><li>Must be ambitious, exhibit strong results-orientation and execution characteristics</li><li>Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel as required, Domestic/ Overseas, 25% is travelling</li></ul>
