Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>We are looking for a result driven and qualified Human Resources (HR) Manager, with business partnering skills, to oversee a full spectrum of Human Resources services. Responsibilities: Design Authority Responsibilities <ul><li>Validate solution designs and ensure architectural consistency across modules and projects.</li><li>Conduct detailed design reviews for GAPs, FDDs, and technical specifications before Design Authority approval.</li><li>Identify integration and performance risks early in the design phase and guide mitigation strategies.</li><li>Support the Design Authority in ensuring end-to-end solution coherence, especially across Finance, SCM, Project Ops, and Sales.</li><li>Work closely with the Domain Architect ERP to ensure:</li><li>Alignment with our client ERP domain architecture and roadmap.</li><li>Adherence to Microsoft’s D365 best practices and upgrade paths.</li><li>System-critical modifications are designed and implemented with risk awareness.</li><li>Data migration and interface designs follow architectural standards.</li><li>Collaborate with Lead Consultants and Developers to ensure designs are feasible, efficient, and maintainable.</li></ul> Solution Delivery Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide hands-on architecture support to delivery teams during all project phases (Blueprint, Build, Test, Deploy).</li><li>Define and communicate solution patterns and reusable components to increase delivery efficiency.</li><li>Oversee the technical integrity of ERP solutions and their alignment with the target architecture.</li><li>Support complex problem-solving, performance optimization, and integration design.</li><li>Ensure compliance with our client ERP governance, documentation, and security standards.</li><li>Act as the quality gate for designs entering the Design Authority approval process.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft D365 ERP solution design and implementation, with deep knowledge across multiple modules (Finance, SCM, or Project Operations).</li><li>Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in large-scale international ERP programs.</li><li>Strong understanding of D365 data models, integrations (Data Management Framework, Dual Write, APIs), and reporting (SSRS, Power BI).</li><li>Experience in solution governance, design validation, and architecture documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with Azure integration services, Power Platform, and lifecycle management tools (LCS).</li><li>Agile mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong delivery orientation.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment between design, build, and deployment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal).</li></ul>

Events &amp; Partnerships <ul><li>Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Support partnership communications and joint initiatives</li><li>Manage PR and social media agencies effectively</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management <ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (operations, education, finance)</li><li>Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors</li><li>Act as a central point connecting marketing with on-ground teams</li></ul> Requirements: Experience <ul><li>5+ years in marketing, brand, events, or agency roles</li><li>Background in FMCG, experiential marketing, hospitality, or NGOs preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Logistics Management <ul><li>Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution</li><li>Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.</li></ul> Performance Management <ul><li>Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.</li><li>Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly &amp; quarterly)</li><li>Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage</li><li>2-3 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning</li><li>Analytical &amp; Demand Planning&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of success&nbsp;</li><li>Good in English proficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Placement in Bangkok, Thailand</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for executing material handling, inventory management, and warehouse operations in support of a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility producing injectable IV bag products, including high potent APIs and controlled substances.</li><li>This role will ensure materials are received, stored, issued, and shipped in compliance with cGMP, DEA, and site safety requirements.</li><li>The Warehouse Technician will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production schedules, and ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders and specifications.</li><li>Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging components, and controlled substances in compliance with cGMP, DEA, and safety requirements.</li><li>Accurately issue and deliver materials to production areas based on production schedules and work orders.</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling devices in a safe and compliant manner.</li><li>Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies in coordination with Inventory Control.</li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and environmental conditions per site procedures and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Document all material transactions in the inventory management system, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to data integrity principles.</li><li>Prepare shipments of materials, components, or finished products in compliance with applicable regulations, including hazardous material handling requirements.</li><li>Support material sampling activities, including coordination with Quality Control for testing.</li><li>Assist in warehouse procedure creation, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure DEA security and access control measures are followed for controlled substances.</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing operations.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications/Experience: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience handling controlled substances and/or high potent APIs preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMP, DEA, and OSHA requirements for material handling and storage.</li><li>Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.</li></ul> Skills/Competencies: <ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory management.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining a secure warehouse environment.</li><li>Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines.</li></ul>
