Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Architect, design, build, and maintain high-impact software systems that align with business objectives and uphold technical excellence.</li><li>Own end-to-end delivery of outcomes, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements; proactively adapt strategy and execution when results diverge from goals.</li><li>Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional partners across global teams to drive a cohesive and scalable technical strategy.</li><li>Establish and champion engineering best practices, operational efficiencies, and technical standards to elevate the overall quality and effectiveness of the organization.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and support engineers through thoughtful design discussions, rigorous code reviews, and targeted coaching to promote continuous improvement and growth.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership.&nbsp;</li><li>Tech Stack Mastery: Exceptional skills in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful services.&nbsp;</li><li>Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.&nbsp;</li><li>Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate across functional lines and with global, cross-geo teams.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Architecture &amp; Design:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design end-to-end data architectures that integrate real-time streaming (Kafka, GCP Pub/sub) and batch processing (Big Query OR Databricks).</li></ul> Pipeline Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines flowing into BigQuery/Databricks, ensuring data is clean, modeled, and ready for consumption.</li></ul> Custom Integration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop custom APIs and microservices using Java/Python/C# to facilitate data movement between niche systems and the data lakehouse.</li></ul> Infrastructure Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Deploy and manage data workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.</li></ul> Technical Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish DataOps best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring).</li></ul> Data Reliability:&nbsp; <ul><li>Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and lineage across the hybrid environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience with Terraform &amp; Azure Dev Ops (ADO).</li><li>Knowledge of workflow orchestrators like Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer).</li><li>Experience implementing Data Governance (metadata management, data cataloging).</li><li>Data Processing &amp; Storage</li><li>BigQuery: Expert-level SQL and experience with partition/cluster optimization.</li><li>Databricks: Deep knowledge of the Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and Spark (PySpark/Scala) Software Engineering &amp; APIs</li><li>Languages: Proficiency in Java/Python/C# for backend development and custom data connectors.</li><li>API Design: Proven ability to build and consume RESTful APIs for data ingestion Streaming &amp; Infrastructure</li><li>Kafka/GCP Pub-Sub: Experience building event-driven architectures and managing producers/consumers.</li><li>GKE: Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestrating data workloads on Kubernetes.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the design and development of complex Power Apps solutions (both canvas and model-driven) to meet advanced business requirements.</li><li>Architect and implement sophisticated Power Automate workflows (including child flows and RPA) that integrate with various systems and APIs.</li><li>Develop custom business logic and integrations (using advanced Power Fx, Azure Functions, custom connectors, etc.) to extend Power Platform capabilities.</li><li>Configure and optimize Microsoft Dataverse schemas, Azure SQL Tables. Manage data flows between Power Apps and external databases or ERP/CRM systems.</li><li>Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with best practices (including governance, authentication, and data validation) .</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks in Power Platform applications</li><li>Mentor junior developers and work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, IT, etc.) to support the full application lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field and 6 - 9 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience</li><li>Expert proficiency in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-driven) including advanced Power Fx, component framework (PCF), and ALM practices</li><li>Extensive experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, UI flows) and proven ability to integrate Power Platform with other systems and services</li><li>Strong programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, .NET, HTML) and experience with RESTful APIs and Azure development tools (Visual Studio, VS Code)</li><li>Experience with data modeling and database design (Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure SQL)</li><li>Solid understanding of security and authentication (Azure AD) in the Power Platform context</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and mentoring team members</li></ul>

You will also work with engineering managers, engineers, and partner teams to&nbsp;</li><li>develop innovative solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Define and develop processes, tools and methodologies to achieve excellence in software&nbsp;</li><li>development, testing, and deployment, follow coding standards and guidelines with attention to performance, scalability, and availability.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 5+ years of iOS development experience with Swift programming skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience building iOS applications connected to APIs – RESTful and GraphQL.&nbsp;</li><li>Practical knowledge of iOS architecture.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with a version control system and the processes that come with committing, reviewing, and merging code across a team.&nbsp;</li></ul> Basic Qualifications:&nbsp; <ul><li>A solid grounding in Computer Science &amp; UI Design fundamentals.&nbsp;</li><li>2-3 years of experience building successful production software systems&nbsp;</li></ul>
