Senior Application Developer - MS Power Apps

Responsibilities: <ul><li>DATA &amp; ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS: Oversees the development of data products and solutions using big data and cloud based technologies, ensuring they are designed and built to be scalable, sustainable and robust.</li><li>DATA PIPELINES: Develops and monitors streaming and batch data pipelines that facilitate the seamless ingestion of data from various data sources, transform the data into information and move to data stores like data lake, data warehouse and others.</li><li>DATA SYSTEMS: Reviews existing data systems and architectures to lead identification of areas for improvement and optimization.</li><li>DATA INFRASTRUCTURE: Oversees the preparation of data infrastructure to drive the efficient storage and retrieval of data.</li><li>DATA FORMATS: Reviews and resolves appropriate data formats to improve data usability and accessibility across the organization.</li><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners collaboratively with multi-functional data and advanced analytic teams to capture requirements and ensure that data solutions meet the functional and non-functional needs of various partners.</li><li>DATA FRAMEWORKS: Builds complex prototypes to test new concepts and provides guidance to implement data engineering frameworks and architectures that improve data processing capabilities and support advanced analytics initiatives.</li><li>AUTOMATED DEPLOYMENT PIPELINES: Oversees the development of automated deployment pipelines improving efficiency of code deployments with fit for purpose governance.</li><li>DATA MODELING: Guides the team to perform data modeling in accordance to the datastore technology to ensure sustainable performance and accessibility.</li><li>TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organizations goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Some experience in React, including hooks, context API, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand)</li><li>Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.</li><li>Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.</li><li>Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.</li><li>Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Moq).</li><li>Familiarity with design patterns (e.g., Repository, Factory, Strategy).</li><li>Experience with SQL DBs, MySQL, Postgres, or MS SQL: writing queries, stored procedures, and performancetuning.</li><li>Knowledge of RESTful APIs and message-based systems.</li><li>Experience with relational databases and data access libraries (e.g., Entity Framework, Dapper).</li><li>Knowledge of ReactJS</li><li>Proficient in Git: branching, merging, pull requests, and version control workflows.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for the eCommerce domain.</li><li>Work as a key member of an agile Scrum team, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.</li><li>Collaborating closely with development leads to align on technical direction, architecture, and implementation strategies.</li><li>Analyze and solve complex problems across the stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and integrations.</li><li>Understand business and technical requirements to create high-quality, maintainable deliverables.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.</li><li>Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and system performance.</li><li>Support incident resolution and platform stability initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>4+ years of hands-on programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Spring boot etc.</li><li>Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and scalable architecture.</li><li>Solid experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern development tools (Git, CI/CD, etc.).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience or understanding of eCommerce systems, shopping carts, order management, product catalog, payment integration, etc., is highly desirable.</li><li>Exposure to DevOps practices, automation, and monitoring tools is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a distributed team setting.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Architecture &amp; Design:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design end-to-end data architectures that integrate real-time streaming (Kafka, GCP Pub/sub) and batch processing (Big Query OR Databricks).</li></ul> Pipeline Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines flowing into BigQuery/Databricks, ensuring data is clean, modeled, and ready for consumption.</li></ul> Custom Integration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop custom APIs and microservices using Java/Python/C# to facilitate data movement between niche systems and the data lakehouse.</li></ul> Infrastructure Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Deploy and manage data workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.</li></ul> Technical Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish DataOps best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring).</li></ul> Data Reliability:&nbsp; <ul><li>Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and lineage across the hybrid environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience with Terraform &amp; Azure Dev Ops (ADO).</li><li>Knowledge of workflow orchestrators like Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer).</li><li>Experience implementing Data Governance (metadata management, data cataloging).</li><li>Data Processing &amp; Storage</li><li>BigQuery: Expert-level SQL and experience with partition/cluster optimization.</li><li>Databricks: Deep knowledge of the Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and Spark (PySpark/Scala) Software Engineering &amp; APIs</li><li>Languages: Proficiency in Java/Python/C# for backend development and custom data connectors.</li><li>API Design: Proven ability to build and consume RESTful APIs for data ingestion Streaming &amp; Infrastructure</li><li>Kafka/GCP Pub-Sub: Experience building event-driven architectures and managing producers/consumers.</li><li>GKE: Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestrating data workloads on Kubernetes.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the design and development of complex Power Apps solutions (both canvas and model-driven) to meet advanced business requirements.</li><li>Architect and implement sophisticated Power Automate workflows (including child flows and RPA) that integrate with various systems and APIs.</li><li>Develop custom business logic and integrations (using advanced Power Fx, Azure Functions, custom connectors, etc.) to extend Power Platform capabilities.</li><li>Configure and optimize Microsoft Dataverse schemas, Azure SQL Tables. Manage data flows between Power Apps and external databases or ERP/CRM systems.</li><li>Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with best practices (including governance, authentication, and data validation) .</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks in Power Platform applications</li><li>Mentor junior developers and work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, IT, etc.) to support the full application lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field and 6 - 9 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience</li><li>Expert proficiency in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-driven) including advanced Power Fx, component framework (PCF), and ALM practices</li><li>Extensive experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, UI flows) and proven ability to integrate Power Platform with other systems and services</li><li>Strong programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, .NET, HTML) and experience with RESTful APIs and Azure development tools (Visual Studio, VS Code)</li><li>Experience with data modeling and database design (Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure SQL)</li><li>Solid understanding of security and authentication (Azure AD) in the Power Platform context</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and mentoring team members</li></ul>
