Responsibilities: Channel Development: <ul><li>Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers (target: approximately 100 in the long term)</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners</li><li>Support dealer success through product demos, events, and business development initiatives</li></ul> Sales Growth and Market Expansion: <ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to meet retail targets</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations to dealers and end customers</li><li>Represent trade shows, agricultural fairs, and field events</li></ul> Market Analysis and Reporting: <ul><li>Analyze total industry volume (TIV) by region and segment</li><li>Track competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, dealer development, and overall performance</li></ul> Customer and Dealer Engagement: <ul><li>Build strong relationships with both dealers and end customers</li><li>Gather and address dealer feedback on service, parts, and pricing</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to support dealer operations and customer satisfaction</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of compact tractors, utility tractors, agricultural equipment, garden machinery, or construction equipment</li><li>Strong experience in dealer development and channel management</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently</li><li>Strong relationship-building and market development skills</li><li>Native-level fluency in French and good command of English (both required)</li><li>Valid driving license and EU work authorization</li><li>Willingness to travel 15 to 20 days per month</li><li>Preferred: Prior experience selling compact tractors (under 50 HP)</li><li>Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Career progression opportunities as expands across France and Europe</li></ul>
