Responsibilities: Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of customers’ market dynamics, segments and trends.</li><li>Engage with our Key Accounts at all levels.</li><li>New business lead generation.</li><li>Business prospecting and targeting.</li><li>Identification of new opportunities to deliver revenue and profitability growth.</li><li>Manage Sales process from enquiry through qualification to order completion.</li><li>Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.</li><li>Management of sales pipeline through Opportunity Pipeline Tracker.</li><li>Support global commercial teams on deployment of regional, key account management strategies.</li></ul> Sales Planning and Market Development&nbsp; Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and implement sales plan.</li><li>Effective customer preparation.</li><li>Delivery of market segmentation matrix.</li><li>Pitching relevant products to customers.</li><li>Support customer forecasting process with other sites.</li><li>Drive new products/solutions with innovation team from the market insights and customer needs gathered.</li><li>Attendance of Regional Sales meetings.</li></ul> Performance Management&nbsp; Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Continuous review of market performance versus the annual plan with creation of action plans to address areas of under-performance, driving new activity.</li><li>Market trend analysis and competitor activities within the region.</li><li>Pro-actively act from “Voice of the Customer” survey.</li><li>Tracking performance through Salesforce.com.</li></ul> KPI’s: Market sales and profitability versus plan and prior year. Customer feedback from VOC survey. Sales pipeline conversion rate. Sales growth&nbsp; Requirements: <ul><li>Degree (Accounting, Engineering, Business and Marketing majors strongly encouraged).</li><li>5-7 years of experiences in the relevant industries.</li><li>Experience in ERP systems (e.g. IBM Cognos), database management and advanced Excel / Access user</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to details.</li><li>Energetic self-starter possessing self-confidence and maturity</li><li>Excellent presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal, writing and listening skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills to close deals under time and pressure.</li><li>Passion for sales and business growth Project management skills.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, ambitious, resourceful and driven.</li><li>Capable of working under pressure.</li><li>Strong sense of prioritization with the ability to quickly move from one task to another.</li><li>A flair for innovative business proposals.</li><li>Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain and customer service.&nbsp;</li></ul>
