The role includes developing sales strategies for the retail market, managing key relationships with partners, and ensuring that sales goals are met through effective lead generation, orders pipeline management, and customer acquisition.</li><li>Channel / Dealer Expertise – Compact Tractors / Utility Tractors / Garden Machinery&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Channel Partner Development: <ul><li>Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners and distributors.</li></ul> Retails Sales Strategy &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the retail business to meet volume targets.</li><li>Analyze retail market trends and customer needs to create effective sales campaigns.</li></ul> Training &amp; Support for Sales Team: <ul><li>Provide ongoing training and support to internal sales teams and external channel partners.</li><li>Equip the sales team and partners with tools and knowledge to succeed in rental sales.</li></ul> Customer Relationship Management: <ul><li>Develop strong relationships with key rental clients to drive repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Address customer concerns and feedback to improve the overall sales experience.</li></ul> Market Analysis &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Analyze competitor activities, retails market trends, and sales performance to refine sales strategies.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, targets, and performance metrics.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in Tractors and Garden Machinery Retails, or channel development</li></ul>
