Account Executive Hunter

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Engage with potential customers on frequent basis to maintain relationship and generate opportunities for sale.</li><li>Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated Report the sold sock and ensure the stock replenishment.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices &amp; learning to improve store level processes.</li><li>Collate and relay customer feedback to the corporate teams like the merchandising, retail operations etc. to improve customer satisfaction and store ratings.</li><li>Manage customer queries and complaints as per the company guidelines.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, watches, or premium lifestyle brands, with strong customer engagement and sales skills.</li><li>Proven ability to achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end shopping experience.</li><li>Experience in retail store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, inventory control, billing, and adherence to store SOPs.</li><li>Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and build long-term customer relationships while maintaining high service standards.&nbsp;</li><li>A Bachelors degree (Graduation) is mandatory and is an essential eligibility criterion for candidates applying for this position.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and seek approval on the manpower norms for the store with the ABM</li><li>Develop and implement reporting &amp; review mechanisms to track operational performance and ensure course correction</li><li>Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyse the sales data in coordination with the Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met</li><li>Ensure pay-out of the incentive schemes to the store staff as per individual performance with coordination from the relevant teams and escalate appropriately if needed</li><li>Conduct training need analysis in the store and nominate staff to undergo re-training when required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8–10 years of luxury retail experience, including 4–5 years in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.</li><li>Strong experience in driving store operations, including sales planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, compliance, financial controls, and overall store profitability.</li><li>Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in hiring, coaching, training, performance management, succession planning, and leading high-performing retail teams.</li><li>Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle VIP customers, resolve escalations, execute customer engagement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li><li>A Bachelors degree (Graduation) is mandatory and is an essential eligibility criterion for candidates applying for this position.</li></ul>

Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSE) to enhance performance and drive results.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and their senior level management to ensure our sales team is in a favourable position to succeed.&nbsp;</li><li>Track sales activities to determine sales progress and suggest improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy and uncover new opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in customer reviews.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure we have presence at distributor events.&nbsp;</li><li>Spend time with each TSE visiting key customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements to achieve sales goals. </li><li>Resolve problems quickly to create positive customer experiences.&nbsp;</li><li>Use Salesforce to ensure KPI’s are met and customer data is up to date.&nbsp;</li><li>Hold bi-weekly meetings via Teams with your direct reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, product planning, and engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions and portfolio growth.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>5+ years of sales experience supporting 2-step HVACR wholesale distribution, MRO, Plumbing channels, or other technical sales/market experience. </li><li>Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and achieve sales targets. </li><li>Proven success in developing customer relationships and driving sales growth. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). </li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Resilience under pressure and sound judgment on when to escalate issues. </li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Assists in the planning, development, maintenance, and implementation of the SDS authoring process.</li><li>Partners across all areas of expertise within the PSRA organization to monitor, promote, and deliver high quality, and fully compliant SDSs.</li><li>Identifies key measures to assist in driving continuous improvements and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>Actively fosters an organizational culture that is based on collaboration, partnership, innovation, customer service, driving change, and teamwork.</li><li>SDS and label data maintenance for new and existing products, intermediates and experimental products. Position works under direct supervision as needed.</li><li>Maintain regulatory and compositional information from raw materials suppliers and our businesses.</li><li>Manage our translation process with a 3rd party vendor.</li><li>Enter and maintain hazard assessment and regulatory data into product compliance support and MSDS authoring systems.</li><li>Provide internal and external customer support related to hazard communication including SDS distribution.</li><li>Actively participate in projects to continue to maintain compliance with global hazard communication regulations and related regulatory requirements.</li><li>Use product compliance tools to retrieve/query production models, specifications, recipes, labeling information, global database searches.</li><li>Support Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs activities.</li><li>Assist in special assignments and accepting new responsibilities as needed. Role Description: <ul><li>The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of all retail outlets and kiosks across the region. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing the retail footprint, and institutionalizing a premium customer experience.</li><li>The Manager leads the retail leadership team to achieve aggressive sales targets while ensuring brand consistency and operational compliance across all touchpoints.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and implement regional retail sales strategies and commercial plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and subscriber acquisition targets.</li><li>Retail Footprint Optimization: Analyze market trends and footfall data to identify opportunities for new store openings, kiosk relocations, or retail format optimizations.</li><li>P&amp;L &amp; Budget Management: Manage the retail department budget, monitor OpEx, and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all retail-led campaigns and store operations.</li><li>Customer Experience Excellence: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer service; implement Voice of the Customer feedback loops to improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).</li><li>Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and enforce standardized internal procedures for inventory management, cash handling, KYC compliance, and platform usage (CRM/Afrivendas).</li><li>Cross -Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing to ensure seamless deployment of trade marketing materials, campaigns, and product launches across the retail network.</li><li>Performance Coaching: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Retail Team Leaders and Supervisors; oversee the professional development and succession planning for the entire retail workforce.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Business Intelligence: Direct the production of high-level analytical reports regarding sales conversion, productivity per head, and competitor retail activity.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>An MBA is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum 7 years in Retail Sales, with at least 3-4 years in a senior management role, preferably within Telecoms, Banking, or high-volume FMCG.</li><li>Advanced understanding of retail economics, inventory management, and CRM systems.</li><li>Clear communication and strong writing.</li><li>Ability to translate complex market data into executable retail strategies and sales incentives.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to manage large culturally diverse teams.</li></ul>
