Role Description: <ul><li>The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of all retail outlets and kiosks across the region. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing the retail footprint, and institutionalizing a premium customer experience.</li><li>The Manager leads the retail leadership team to achieve aggressive sales targets while ensuring brand consistency and operational compliance across all touchpoints.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and implement regional retail sales strategies and commercial plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and subscriber acquisition targets.</li><li>Retail Footprint Optimization: Analyze market trends and footfall data to identify opportunities for new store openings, kiosk relocations, or retail format optimizations.</li><li>P&amp;L &amp; Budget Management: Manage the retail department budget, monitor OpEx, and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all retail-led campaigns and store operations.</li><li>Customer Experience Excellence: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer service; implement Voice of the Customer feedback loops to improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).</li><li>Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and enforce standardized internal procedures for inventory management, cash handling, KYC compliance, and platform usage (CRM/Afrivendas).</li><li>Cross -Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing to ensure seamless deployment of trade marketing materials, campaigns, and product launches across the retail network.</li><li>Performance Coaching: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Retail Team Leaders and Supervisors; oversee the professional development and succession planning for the entire retail workforce.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Business Intelligence: Direct the production of high-level analytical reports regarding sales conversion, productivity per head, and competitor retail activity.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>An MBA is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum 7 years in Retail Sales, with at least 3-4 years in a senior management role, preferably within Telecoms, Banking, or high-volume FMCG.</li><li>Advanced understanding of retail economics, inventory management, and CRM systems.</li><li>Clear communication and strong writing.</li><li>Ability to translate complex market data into executable retail strategies and sales incentives.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to manage large culturally diverse teams.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Identify and develop new customer relationships across assigned territories</li><li>Prospect and generate new business opportunities, focusing on untapped accounts</li><li>Drive specification and project-based selling activities</li><li>Build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, and end-users (food retail)</li><li>Execute targeted market entry and account development strategies</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong, disciplined sales pipeline</li><li>Collaborate with internal technical teams to support solution selling</li><li>Deliver compelling, value-based customer presentations</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce</li><li>Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within refrigeration, cold chain, or related sectors</li><li>Proven “hunter” profile with strong new business acquisition track record</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with experience managing long, complex sales cycles</li><li>Experience working with OEMs, contractors, or end-users in refrigeration or food retail</li><li>Ability to operate independently across multi-country markets</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan , lead and handle overall execution of brand activation caledar in line with the MWB and support project planning.</li><li>Customize &amp; implement bespoke programs (as per brand guidelines)&nbsp;</li><li>Brand theme activities: Sundowners, Pool Parties, Cocktail Week, Negroni Week, Father’s Day, Valentines, Whisky Appreciations, etc&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Plan , lead , execute the bar staff training calendar for the portfolio&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring training and development of the execution force through on the job training and scheduling training calendar ( Distributor + Commercial Teams), deployment of tools i.e. CAO&nbsp;</li><li>Drive on-trade segmentation in line with global model yet relevant to India RTM</li><li>Ensure that merchandise standards “The Perfect Store” are adhered to for best in class execution of all BTL activations</li><li>Create a on trade scorecard for KPI definition for On-premise accounts / national chains&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively with the brand marketing and commercial sales teams (company &amp; the distributor teams), leading the development and implementation of BTL Activity calendar in line with our Must Win Battle.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures POS is 100% compliant with the Brand Guideline &amp; 100% fit for purpose, in sufficient quantities to achieve visibility objectives in all relevant outlets,as per the annual aligned plan&nbsp;</li><li>Support in the development and execution of Consumer &amp; Shopper activations, including point of sale, gift packs ( packaging &amp; gifts ), in-store displays, sales toolkits and sampling activations, consistent with Perfect Store guidelines .</li><li>Customize visibility initiatives for outlets&nbsp;</li><li>Explore opportunities in image outlets in both on &amp; off trade</li><li>Brand walls, wall bays , shelf in shelf , festive gandolas etc&nbsp;</li><li>Incentive planning &amp; deployment to drive recommendation&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>End to end execution of the training modules supported by the local or national training agency &amp; commercial teams&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with the key local bartenders to nurture and execute dialogue content – menu creation , bespoke drinks , cocktail menu’s , pairings , leverage their digital reach by promoting our drinks etc&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven track record of working in On/Off Trade - Key Accounts Sales, Retail Sales , Brand Management or Trade Activation (2-6 yrs).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing expense budgets, procurement, and both Agency and Customer relationships&nbsp;</li><li>Post Graduation Degree with relevant subject focus preferred</li><li>Demostated ability to work within cross functional teams, and showcase influencing skills</li><li>Experience managing large cross functional commercial projects desirable</li><li>Strong relationships in On Premise and Bartender community</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li><li>Knowledge of the on-premise activaiton planning/ management/ operation&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to network and build strong relationships&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee distributor relationships, shipment delivery, depletion tracking, and overall operations</li><li>Manage all aspects of On and Off Trade execution</li><li>Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, A&amp;P budgets, and claim settlements for operational excellence</li><li>Ensuring brand availability, menu listing, and appropriate pricing in on premise outlets</li><li>Monitor outlet level inventory and plan stock replenishment aligned with sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure products are correctly priced, ticketed, and displayed across unpaid shelves and paid elements (wall bays, gondolas, shelf in shelf)</li><li>Execute in store visibility initiatives and build impactful displays as per annual plans</li><li>Manage visibility and activation calendars, ensuring flawless execution of brand experiences</li><li>Plan, execute, and review gift pack promotions to deliver pre aligned objectives</li><li>Deliver merchandising services tailored to diverse customer needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with counter salesmen, bar managers, restaurant managers, and general managers</li><li>Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator</li><li>Liquor Industry experience of 3+yrs</li><li>Ability to network and build relationships</li><li>Previous merchandising &amp;/or retail experience</li><li>Knowledge of retail activation planning/ management/ operation</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Basic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work varied hours</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li></ul>

Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

In addition, conduct monthly business reviews with local team against the said BTL target.</li><li>Capture &amp; maintain user data &amp; track BTL objective achievement update against it.</li><li>Closely engage with sales team to drive sales numbers</li><li>Mandatory market-working with development &amp; sales team to drive conversion, upgradation &amp; sales. Capture market insights like our products’ feedback &amp; competitor information - performance, team strength, ways of working, pricing, etc.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of claims with complete documentation as per &amp; local laws of the land.</li><li>Follow &amp; abide by COC</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Min 7 years’ experience in Sales &amp; Marketing with user engagement (of which 3 yrs managerial experience is preferred).&nbsp;</li><li>Candidates from Paints, Adhesives, Cement, Construction Chemicals &amp; other Building material industry preferred.</li><li>Graduate from a recognized university. MBA preferred</li></ul>
