Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes from other Global countries to Alabang and prepare Indirect Procurement related process documentation (process maps and work instructions)</li><li>Become a Subject Matter Expert for Indirect Procurement related topics</li><li>Handle and resolve escalated procurement processing issues</li><li>Answer and resolve suppliers, stakeholders and AP queries to ensure timely resolution&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain supplier master data information in relevant systems</li><li>Ensure proper processing of PR’s and PO’s</li><li>Perform compliance checks&nbsp;</li><li>Expedite POs&nbsp;</li><li>Answer tickets (Procurement Helpdesk)</li><li>Manage invoice pricing issues</li><li>Create, maintain Info Record &amp; source lists</li><li>Spot Buy / Requisition Based Sourcing</li><li>Execute all procurement activities in-scope</li><li>Prepare and process eRFQ’s</li><li>Smaller Contract (value/complexity) negotiation &amp; execution&nbsp;</li><li>Execution of Projects assigned by Commodity Management&nbsp;</li><li>Desk Research and Price Comparison</li><li>Supplier training on tools</li><li>End-user Trainings</li><li>Savings reporting</li><li>Maintain communication with suppliers, stakeholders and other Indirect Procurement members</li><li>Execute periodically PR/PO audit queries or upon request KPI’s measurements</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable company policies&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine</li><li>Support robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes</li><li>Build relationship with key stakeholders including suppliers</li><li>Support local BU owners, Function representatives or other Procurement team members to solve issues in a timely manner,</li><li>Build strong relationship with key stakeholders,</li><li>Attend team meetings and trainings as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good Experience in Indirect Procurement (5+ years)</li><li>Previous experience in shared service environment</li><li>Good of MS office; very good Excel and other relevant tools for the function</li><li>SAP PR2, S/4</li><li>Good communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Very good English language skills in speech and writing + additional language on top of Filipino</li><li>preferred (Chinese, Spanish, German, French, etc.)</li><li>Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred</li><li>Good command of other languages is a very important asset</li></ul>

In this exciting role, you will be focusing on developing strong relationships with allocated accounts to unlock and drive multi-category account plans aligned with the account and&nbsp;channel strategy. Furthermore, you will identify, develop, and implement activities within your account base to facilitate the achievement of PML UK overall market objectives for its full portfolio range.&nbsp;Your day to day&nbsp;Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be building and nurturing existing and new relationships at multiple levels with large or complex Key Accounts. You’ll apply your story-teller ability to lead, advise and influence Key Account Buyers with broader consumer and category insights.&nbsp;Youll be responsible for negotiating deals with long-term value and identify new opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully project manage the delivery. With this, you’ll develop and agree on Joint Business Plans by demonstrating collaboration with relevant internal functions and roles from cross-functional perspective.&nbsp;You’ll be developing and implementing multi-category trading agreements which deliver SoM growth through the utilization of programmes, trade activations and activations, and deployment of resources through the account’s portfolio.&nbsp;With a strong focus on&nbsp;brand activation, this role is an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity. You’ll analyse performance and identify trends, issues and opportunities within the account portfolio and experiment with new ideas, responding to the needs of the business quickly and effectively!&nbsp;In this role, you’ll ensure&nbsp;customer experience&nbsp;is managed across&nbsp;Commercial Planning&nbsp;and Field Activation.&nbsp;You will be working closely with the Channel Manger to conduct bi-monthly updates, discuss result and make sure compliance checks are in place to ensure all agreed activity has respective POP.&nbsp;You’ll also be in charge for the accuracy of the account submission relating to budget, Volume and Margin Retention.&nbsp;You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be successful in your application. Overview:The job responsibility is for testing software and hardware products in the field of Industrial Automation. The role will be instrumental to manage and execute system and interoperability testing for various product lines working closely with a wide set of global employees, and engineering partners. The Incumbent will coordinate all the testing activities in India for the product working very closely with the Senior QA Manager- System Validation.Responsibilities:You develop and execute Test strategy in cooperation with the Engineering Center management stakeholders and analyze, structure and prioritize requirements according to project needsYou ensure you design test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteriaYou should strive for continuous improvements and expand test automation.You would drive the System Integration lab for multiproduct TestingYou would mentor junior test engineer and drive deliveryCarry out project planning and controlling in cooperation with the project team in an agile development environmentCoordinate and execute with other Validation office employees and project test team members to carry out continuous improvement measures according to lean principlesClosely partner on a global scale with, our Indian development service provider, Development team & product line management to drive the project delivery and management as well as local strategic initiatives.Define Project KPI, Track and manage them to closure. Define SMART Priorities and execute. Drive Self and Organization goals through his /her teamsRequirements:Education – Completed university studies from Tier 1 Reputed institute with focus on computer science, electrical engineering or communications engineering with extraordinary results, and having excellent business acumen.Experience –Atleast 4 years of experiencein Software testing test automation and in testing network management systems, preferably in an agile environment, and experience in the product development of embedded software and hardware, preferably network technology or telecommunications devices in industrial automationManaging a small test group would be added advantangePersonality – Strong communication skills and assertiveness in negotiations, entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility and willingness to travelFirst knowledge about lean and key performance measurementsLanguage proficiency – Fluency in English (written and spoken)
