Role Description: <ul><li>Senior Executive, Health &amp; Safety provides support and assistance in the monitoring, recording, reporting of HSE issues within DHCM’s residential communities, project site, offices, and other related assets.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>The job holder assist, support and coordinate in performing compliance audits, inspections, and reviews, and by constantly improving staff, resident, tenant, contractor, service providers &amp; supplier awareness on HSE risks and management controls.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety Management: Act as a focal point for HSE in allocated work location and responsible to ensure the Implementation of the Health and Safety Management System.</li><li>Enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety in the delivery of services.</li><li>Ensure that the communities, infrastructure, and auxiliaries meet the highest standards for Health &amp; Safety and fully complies with the statutory requirements of the regulatory authorities Monitor the legal compliance of the allocated location and report any deviation immediately to respective department and to the line manager.</li><li>Attend HSE incidents, accidents and near misses, investigate and corrective actions implemented and keep the records up to date and prepare trend analysis report.</li><li>Take immediate action in case of observing an unsafe act or condition posing an imminent risk and carry out the required communications with all concerned stakeholders.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or HSE Field.</li><li>Lead Auditor qualifications ISO 45001.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC Level 3 qualification in HSE.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management / community.</li><li>Management similar or large projects, community, and large malls in HSE role.</li><li>Good knowledge and experience of using automated applications for HSE management</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage a team working on Core Banking ATM Host Systems and CustomerStatements development</li><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of ATM host and statement solutions, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost-effective delivery.</li><li>Manage the development, maintenance, and enhancements of systems using COBOL, RPG, and DB2 on AS400.</li><li>Oversee deployments using ALDON for automation and version control on AS400 platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security protocols, including encryption standards for ATM transactions.</li><li>Apply DevOps practices to improve automation, deployment, and operations.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors where applicable.</li><li>Monitor delivery progress, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams and ensure alignment with business goals.</li><li>Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for ATM-related production issues.</li><li>Provide status updates, risk assessments, and delivery timeliness to business and IT stakeholders</li><li>Maintain documentation for release schedules, QA metrics, and issue logs.</li><li>Apply best practices in software development, documentation, and version control.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to security and coding standards.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the team.</li><li>Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to junior team members.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Over 9 years of experience in banking IT systems, with at least 4–5 years in ATM Host system management</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of AS400, COBOL, and RPG</li><li>Experience with DB2 and ALDON on AS400</li><li>Good understanding of ATM systems including encryption/security protocols</li><li>Solid knowledge of DevOps tools and practices</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead delivery teams</li><li>Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and hybrid methodologies</li></ul>
