Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and oversees vendor development activities across Temenos WSC cutting across multiple technology stacks (EdgeConnect/UXP, TCIB/WUI, TAP Core, oData services, Oracle, Actuate, ITX integration components).</li><li>Establish and enforce development and engineering best practices, coding standards, peer review discipline, and reusable component frameworks to ensure compliance by vendor team</li><li>Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues and ensuring optimal design decisions during the development phase</li><li>Ensure the development work is aligned with development methodology and framework as well as the deliverables adhere to Temenos WealthSuite architecture standards, API standards, security controls, regulatory/non‑functional requirements (NFRs), and bank-wide governance.</li><li>Drive design consistency across modules, channels, and integration layers.</li><li>Oversee end‑to‑end technical delivery across multiple releases/sprints, ensuring on-time, quality delivery.</li><li>Govern code quality, integration patterns, and performance adherence.</li><li>Lead resolution of development related technical issues (eg connectivity, code scanning, performance, SIT/functional defects).</li><li>Work with System Analysts to validate feasibility and ensure clarity of requirements</li><li>Support SIT/UAT/NFT phases including performance, security, resiliency, and regression testing.</li><li>Ensuring clarity of technical deliverables and adherence to FSD and solution baseline.</li><li>Coordinate with vendor delivery team to drive performance, code quality, and delivery commitments.</li><li>Coordinate and ensure development artefacts and deliverables will be integrated into Central DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and shift-left quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Temenos WealthSuite, including EdgeConnect UXP, TCIB, WUI, Triple A+ / TAP Core, OData, ITX Integration, and Actuate/Opentext reporting.</li><li>Solid proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and integration technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source control practices.</li><li>Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 5 years leading large technical teams (15–25 developers).</li><li>Proven track record delivering end-to-end Private Banking / Wealth Management solutions, including at least one major Temenos WealthSuite implementation or upgrade.</li><li>Experience managing mixed teams (internal, vendor) across cross-functional and multi-stream project environments.</li><li>Strong capability in application analysis, technical design, system integration, and code review within the Private Banking domain.</li><li>Ability to guide teams on development and engineering best practices, solution consistency, and quality assurance throughout SDLC.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across senior business and technology teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently with a resilient, solution-driven mindset, especially in high-pressure situations.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, software development frameworks, and structured delivery processes.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Operate &amp; Maintenance: <ul><li>Leads safe, compliant operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, establishes and controls MOS/SOP with strong change management, maintains accurate technical documentation, partners with Engineering, Operations, and EHS on regulatory compliance, drives risk and safety programs (FMEA, LOTO, arc flash, permits), and ensures full standards compliance and audit readiness.</li></ul> Reliability &amp; Risk Management: <ul><li>Drives root cause analysis for electrical disturbances, leads predictive and preventive maintenance programs, and strengthens system reliability to minimize unplanned downtime.</li></ul> Capacity Planning &amp; Tool Install: <ul><li>Plans and manages electrical load models across fab and facilities operations, ensures proper feeder loading, redundancy, and diversity, and reviews/approves designs while overseeing safe energization and commissioning.</li></ul> Projects &amp; Commissioning: <ul><li>Define acceptance criteria, test protocols, and witness critical tests.</li><li>Manage vendor performance and ensure documentation close out (O&amp;Ms, as builts).</li></ul> Power Quality &amp; Energy Performance: <ul><li>Monitor PQ and deploy mitigations (filters, SEMI F47 ride through, UPS tuning).</li><li>Drive energy efficiency projects (e.g., transformer loading optimization, UPS efficiency, busway losses, smart metering analytics).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 6 years of related work experience in Electrical Engineering within wafer fab/semiconductor</li><li>Experience in high volume manufacturing of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.</li><li>Direct working experience in wafer fab facilities will be added advantage.</li><li>Possess strong technical competencies in his field of study.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and with strong commitment at work.</li><li>Experience with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Technology Development: <ul><li>Lead and/ or co-work with global process cluster on the development of next generation lithography for microacoustics filter and wafer-level packaging from concept to qualification and manufacturing release.</li><li>Define process requirements, success criteria, design of experiments (DOE), and characterization plans.</li><li>Drive root cause analyses, failure mechanism studies, and improvement loops to achieve performance, yield, and reliability targets.</li><li>Translate product requirements into process specifications and control strategies.</li></ul>&nbsp;Technology Transfer &amp; Ramp: <ul><li>Work with project leader on technology transfer – from pilot line to high volume manufacturing.
