Role Description: <ul><li>As a Legal Workflow Automation Executive , you collaborate closely with top legal teams to leverage Generative AI in automating legal processes—designing intelligent workflows that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and empower firms to make more informed decisions.</li><li>Your role centres on identifying automation opportunities, demonstrating practical AI-driven solutions, and guiding adoption to ensure measurable improvements from initial implementation through to scalable impact.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with lawyers and legal operations leaders to unpack real world legal workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies.</li><li>Translate legal work into high value workflow use cases supported by AI and trusted legal content.</li><li>Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops aligned to specific practice areas and team needs.</li><li>Support the full client journey in partnership with Customer Success — from pilots and onboarding to firm wide or department wide adoption.</li><li>Act as a strategic sounding board for clients evaluating the ROI, risk, and operational impact of AI in legal practice.</li><li>Represent the customer internally by feeding insights into product development, roadmap prioritisation, and go to market strategy.</li><li>Capture best practices and contribute to repeatable playbooks that help scale this function locally and globally.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A recognised legal qualification (LLB or equivalent).</li><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience practising law within a top tier law firm, corporate legal team, or public sector legal environment.</li><li>A strong understanding of legal workflows, legal processes, and the practical realities of delivering legal services.</li><li>Proven confidence engaging with senior legal stakeholders, with the ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.</li><li>Clear, persuasive communication skills, with the ability to engage legal, operational, and executive audiences effectively.</li><li>A genuine interest in legal technology and the application of AI to enhance the quality and efficiency of legal work.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for SAP Authorization to design, implement, and govern access controls and BTP-related activities in our SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient system usage within our corporate, manufacturing and supply chain environment. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and oversees vendor development activities across Temenos WSC cutting across multiple technology stacks (EdgeConnect/UXP, TCIB/WUI, TAP Core, oData services, Oracle, Actuate, ITX integration components).</li><li>Establish and enforce development and engineering best practices, coding standards, peer review discipline, and reusable component frameworks to ensure compliance by vendor team</li><li>Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues and ensuring optimal design decisions during the development phase</li><li>Ensure the development work is aligned with development methodology and framework as well as the deliverables adhere to Temenos WealthSuite architecture standards, API standards, security controls, regulatory/non‑functional requirements (NFRs), and bank-wide governance.</li><li>Drive design consistency across modules, channels, and integration layers.</li><li>Oversee end‑to‑end technical delivery across multiple releases/sprints, ensuring on-time, quality delivery.</li><li>Govern code quality, integration patterns, and performance adherence.</li><li>Lead resolution of development related technical issues (eg connectivity, code scanning, performance, SIT/functional defects).</li><li>Work with System Analysts to validate feasibility and ensure clarity of requirements</li><li>Support SIT/UAT/NFT phases including performance, security, resiliency, and regression testing.</li><li>Ensuring clarity of technical deliverables and adherence to FSD and solution baseline.</li><li>Coordinate with vendor delivery team to drive performance, code quality, and delivery commitments.</li><li>Coordinate and ensure development artefacts and deliverables will be integrated into Central DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and shift-left quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Temenos WealthSuite, including EdgeConnect UXP, TCIB, WUI, Triple A+ / TAP Core, OData, ITX Integration, and Actuate/Opentext reporting.</li><li>Solid proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and integration technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source control practices.</li><li>Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 5 years leading large technical teams (15–25 developers).</li><li>Proven track record delivering end-to-end Private Banking / Wealth Management solutions, including at least one major Temenos WealthSuite implementation or upgrade.</li><li>Experience managing mixed teams (internal, vendor) across cross-functional and multi-stream project environments.</li><li>Strong capability in application analysis, technical design, system integration, and code review within the Private Banking domain.</li><li>Ability to guide teams on development and engineering best practices, solution consistency, and quality assurance throughout SDLC.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across senior business and technology teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently with a resilient, solution-driven mindset, especially in high-pressure situations.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, software development frameworks, and structured delivery processes.</li></ul>
