Role Overview: <ul><li>The Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Hospital &amp; Oncology will be responsible for driving strategic and operational marketing initiatives for the Hospital Care portfolio across the Malaysian market.&nbsp;</li><li>This role focuses on developing and executing brand strategies, launching new products, and expanding the business through data-driven insights and strong cross-functional collaboration. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring successful brand performance, portfolio growth, and alignment with corporate objectives within the hospital and institutional healthcare segments.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Marketing Planning (40%) <ul><li>Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and ensure effective market penetration.</li><li>Formulate pre-launch preparedness and go-to-market strategies for new and existing hospital care products.</li><li>Design and implement initiatives to enhance field force effectiveness, including sample strategy, sales meetings, and other sales-related marketing activities.</li><li>Develop and manage the annual brand business plan, including strategic priorities, objectives, and budget allocation.</li><li>Optimize resource planning and allocation to address evolving market dynamics and competitive challenges.</li></ul> New Portfolio Exploration &amp; Business Development (35%): <ul><li>Conduct in-depth product and market analyses to forecast demand, patient flow, and revenue potential for new products.</li><li>Generate actionable market insights through data analysis and engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs).</li><li>Develop robust business cases for potential new portfolio additions, encompassing both prescription and hospital-based products.</li><li>Present business proposals and feasibility assessments to principals and senior management for approval and alignment.</li></ul> Marketing Implementation (25%): <ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities to support product launches and ongoing brand promotion.</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs, hospital administrators, and healthcare associations to enhance brand reputation and visibility.</li><li>Implement and manage KOL engagement strategies aligned with brand objectives.</li><li>Manage brand budgets effectively and ensure timely development and rollout of marketing and promotional materials.</li><li>Support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and conduct product training sessions for the sales and medical teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and clinical accuracy.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company.</li><li>Prior experience in a generic pharmaceutical company (in sales or product management) is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of key healthcare channels including general practitioners, private hospitals, public hospitals, and retail pharmacies.</li><li>Proven track record in brand management, product launches, and marketing strategy execution within the hospital or institutional care segment.</li><li>Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Exposure to digital marketing initiatives and analytics-driven campaigns is preferred.</li><li>Highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a performance-driven approach.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Configure, implement, enhance, support, and test applications supporting global SAP Finance functions.</li><li>Develop and improve a new global SAP S4 template, with a rollout planned over the next 3–5 years.</li><li>Participate in SAP implementation projects, focusing on Finance and Controlling areas and integration points with logistics modules (SD/MM/PP).</li><li>Prepare and execute master data and transactional data migration activities.</li><li>Define Finance data standards and governance rules.</li><li>Provide training to business and project teams as required.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve systems and procedures, including documenting business requirements, designing, and implementing solutions.</li><li>Prepare development specifications and collaborate with technical experts to design and test new programs or changes to existing programs. Serve as a project lead on SAP projects as required.</li><li>Work closely with all levels of staff within shared service finance and Business Unit (BU) controlling organizations.</li><li>Collaborate with the external AMS provider to continuously improve services for our client SAP ECC platforms and S4 system.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with a Finance concentration, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience in SAP S4 with a complete project cycle.</li><li>Experience in SAP ECC Finance and Controlling.</li><li>Ability to work independently while meeting shifting deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management at various levels.</li><li>Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Project management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to investigate user issues and provide resolutions.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing user requirements and business environments.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Product Manager develops and helps execute product-level strategies.</li><li>Strategies will be based on market analysis, company objectives and product profitability, and will include recommendations on market share targets and customer bid tactics.</li><li>This position will also develop forecasts for existing and new products and work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Portfolio Management and Regulatory.</li><li>The role requires having oversight of the commercialized products and near-term launches, providing inputs to long-range business cases and plans, and preparing support documents &amp; analytics for execution of sales activities.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Product Strategy <ul><li>Analyze market landscape using IQVIA and other data sources.</li><li>Recommend market share targets based on current share, # of competitors, cost position, supply capabilities and other factors.</li><li>Maintain product dashboard that provides relevant information to management and cross-functional team.</li></ul> Forecasting &amp; S&amp;OP <ul><li>Update and provide by-sku / by-customer forecasts to Finance and Supply Chain for use in official financial forecasts, incentive comp and supply plan forecasts.</li><li>Calculate and report forecast accuracy and customer award compliance measures.</li><li>Develop new forecasting tools and optimize existing models.</li><li>Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) process reviews.</li></ul> New Products&nbsp; <ul><li>Co-lead the launch preparation process with the Launch Management team.</li><li>Work closely with Portfolio Management on business cases in order to prioritize launch sequencing and justify development/licensing/acquisition of new products.</li></ul> Other Commercial Operations Support <ul><li>Provide supporting documentation to Sales team such as sell sheets, analysis and other items needed to execute sales tactics.</li><li>Co-ordinate with cross functional team and ensure product information updated on our client portal.</li><li>Work with sales team and consultant to create and maintain VA website login.</li><li>Other items as assigned/identified.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics preferred.</li><li>MBA or masters degree in Analytics/Statistics preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of generic pharmaceutical industry experience in inline/pipeline forecasting or Data Analytics.</li><li>Intellectual curiosity to go beyond the numbers/bring strategic ideas and insights.</li><li>Strong technical skills to build analytical tools, leverage secondary data and rollout plans.</li></ul> Knowledge <ul><li>Expert with MS office Suite, primarily MS Excel?Experience with SAP, Salesforce and IQVIA a plus.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Abilities <ul><li>Self-direct activities based on general direction given.</li><li>Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.</li><li>Identify priorities based on profitability and company objectives.</li><li>Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.</li><li>Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Procurement colleagues to develop, analyze and implement strategic plans that maximize profitability.</li><li>Develop and maintain decision support systems that collect and synthesize sales data into knowledge that drives management decisions including resource allocations, opportunity identification, performance against expectations, and sales incentives.</li><li>Expand knowledge and experience by regular engagement with key stakeholders to understand business processes, policies, strategies and evolving business trends.</li><li>Interact with the team, management, and across departments to communicate changes to both current and proposed forecast changes.</li><li>Provide feedback and follow up communications across organization on any issues or market challenges.</li><li>Closely monitor the changing competitor landscape, turning insights into actionable and appropriate product strategies.</li><li>Review and recommend key products to stimulate profitable sales.</li><li>Ability to perform product profitability analyses and run multiple, complex scenarios and present to management for review/approval.</li><li>Brainstorm both short-term and long-term sales and profitability milestones and goals.</li></ul> Physical Requirements <ul><li>Physical &amp; mental requirements e.g. lift 40 pounds, walk across plant/warehouse, business travel (% of time), driving as part of work responsibilities, etc.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Test Strategy &amp; Planning:&nbsp; <ul><li>Within its Product Area, develop and execute comprehensive test strategies that cover end-to-end test execution either for new feature or to rollout complex digital products. This includes Unit Tests, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Smoke Tests, with an emphasis on quality, alignment with requirements, and overall test coverage.</li><li>Hands-on Coordination &amp; Test Execution: Lead and coordinate hands-on test execution activities, ensuring tests are performed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This includes driving functional and non-functional testing activities across the team.&nbsp;</li><li>Unblocking the team whenever needed, taking tactical discussions with multiple stakeholders. </li><li>Drive main testing forums within its Product Area such as defect triage. Perform test execution at least 50% of their time.</li></ul> Resource &amp; Deliverable Accountability: <ul><li>while this is an individual contributor role, QALP will functionally manage Test Engineers to ensure test activities are executed successfully.</li><li>Oversee resource planning, track test execution status, and ensure test deliverables are completed on schedule. </li><li>Ensure that the test plan is followed, and any test issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.</li></ul> Acceptance Criteria &amp; Sign-off:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure all User Stories have acceptance criteria as part of DoR.&nbsp;</li><li>Define clear acceptance criteria for each test phase of Major initiatives and country rollouts for CDI solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure acceptance criteria are met prior to sign-offs forums, maintaining transparency with stakeholders and ensuring business objectives are met.</li></ul> Timely Delivery:&nbsp; <ul><li>Given the critical nature of delivery timelines, ensure all testing phases and deliverables are completed on time.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage any risks that could delay the testing process, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate potential impacts to project timelines and company targets.</li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Cross-Functional Engagement:&nbsp; <ul><li>Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Engineering Leads, and Tech Leads to ensure alignment on quality goals and testing requirements across multiple Agile Release Trains.&nbsp;</li><li>Functionally report to Delivery Leads on Major initiatives.</li></ul> Test Process &amp; Continuous Improvement:&nbsp; <ul><li>Drive best practices in test processes, tools, and methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure full adoption of testing tooling for planning, execution and reporting. </li><li>Foster continuous improvement by regularly evaluating and optimizing the testing lifecycle to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Documentation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive test execution status reports and communicate results and risks to key stakeholders. </li><li>Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, results, defects, and other critical test artifacts</li></ul> Test Data &amp; Automation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Together with Product Managers and Product Owners maintain the test data repository for their Product Area.&nbsp;</li><li>In addition to that, continuously identify potential candidates for test automation and collaborate with Tech Lead for QA Automation in order to prioritize tech enablers for upcoming PI-Plannings.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Solid experience (5+ years) in driving test planning, particularly in a multiple technology domain such as E-commerce/CRM/ERP rollouts.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with end-to-end test execution, including SIT, UAT, and Smoke Tests.</li><li>Exposure to both manual and automated test execution methods, including experience in driving test automation initiatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of on-prem solutions, API integrations, and cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).</li><li>Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and with Agile Release Trains is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to functionally manage Test Engineers, guiding them through testing phases while maintaining accountability for the overall test process.</li><li>Strong knowledge of acceptance criteria and the ability to ensure that they are met at every stage of the testing process.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems.</li><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Certifications in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB, SAFe) are a plus.</li><li>Exposure to cloud-based testing and experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG is advantageous.</li></ul>
