Sr. Engineer - SAP Full Stack (Hybrid)

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop IT programs that meet defined business requirements per specification documentation</li><li>Work with IT Business Analysts and customers to understand business users’ requirements for new workflow, reports, interfaces/APIs, enhancements, conversion programs and forms</li><li>Develop and deploy SAP artifacts within the landscape, inclusive but not limited to programs, function modules, interface classes, IDOCs, DDIC objects and other requisite objects within</li><li>the application server ABAP environment</li><li>Develop and deploy SAP Fiori Applications and Services, complimented with OData service development</li><li>Lead innovative and transformative projects leveraging No/Low Code architectures within the public cloud ecosystem including Power Automate, Logic App, SAP Business Technology Platform.</li><li>Refactor existing ABAP applications into their modern BTP equivalent</li><li>Employ the latest coding practices and principles working with SAP HANA and SAP applications developed for SAP HANA</li><li>Develop and deploy API solutions within iPaaS architectures, optimizing for internal/external communication and interface usage</li><li>Code, test, analyze and implement new applications and changes to existing applications</li><li>Develop and maintain appropriate documentation including System Design and Technical Documentation</li><li>Assist in the documentation of all enhancements including comprehensive flowcharts, system configuration and technical artifacts deployed</li><li>Assist project managers and IT Solution Architect on estimations for development efforts</li><li>Perform requisite support of the global application footprint, in line with Service Level Agreements, which may require 24/7 on-call support</li><li>Assist as a mentor to fellow staff developers</li><li>Ensure that technical activities throughout the development lifecycle maximize the use of standards / best practices / solutions and minimize customization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred</li><li>Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>General IT experience: Minimum 10 years’ direct experience working and developing in distributed computing technologies, with experience in system design, trouble shooting, andprogramming in a 4GL language</li><li>SAP Experience: Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, including structured programming.</li><li>API Experience: Preferred experience with Jitterbit Harmony, or other API solution such as Mulesoft or Boomi.</li><li>Experience developing UI5, SAP Fiori and Core Data Service Views for SAP S/4 HANA</li><li>Working knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform/Business Application Studio</li><li>ABAP and the SAP developer’s workbench, SAP HANA Studio &amp; ADT, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)</li><li>Ability to transform business function requirements into technical program specs, and to code, unit test and debug customer and standard application programs</li><li>Write custom ABAP reports for SAP S/4 HANA</li><li>Advanced experience with SAP IDOC’s, BAPI’s, user-exit reports, ABAP workbench, ABAP objects, user-exits, dialog programming, reporting, Multi-level reporting/interactive, and data dictionary objects.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with SAPscript, SmartForm and Adobe Form Development</li><li>Experience with ALE, Remote Function Call and general API Development</li><li>Understanding of SAP enhancement framework</li><li>Understanding of SAP Fiori &amp; OData service framework in SAP</li><li>Understanding of relational databases, data storage and SQL concepts</li><li>Understanding of API frameworks and protocols</li><li>Ability to provide accurate and timely project management information</li><li>Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with the functional teams, development specialists, and the SAP support team. Responsibilities: <ul><li>This role will manage, optimize, and develop capabilities in the key areas of our supply chain including Delivery Performance, Inventory&nbsp;Management, Stocking Policy, and Master Data accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Leverage data and analytics to ensure efficient operations, seamless collaboration, and drive supply chain excellence</li><li>Plan and develop strategies and initiative for Supply Chain Programs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to execute action plans in driving towards specific targets and objectives.</li><li>Initiate and negotiate with the suppliers to support Supply Chain Programs and assist in resolving issues raised by the suppliers.</li><li>Act as the main coordinator for Supply Chain Programs, provide trainings and guidance to internal teams, suppliers and other relevant parties.</li><li>Work to improve the processes and enhance Supply Chain Program Systems.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience using SAP S/4 Hana, IBP, or equivalent planning tools</li><li>5+ years working experience in Supply Chain</li><li>Strong Analytical &amp; Continuous improvement Skills as well as a good understanding of data analytics capabilities</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with various levels of the organization</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>As an SAP Subject Matter Expert specializing in Supply Chain, your mission is to optimize and enhance the efficiency of our supply chain operations through the strategic management and innovation of SAP systems.</li><li>You will also represent DDN business unit operations and supply chain to help ensure the overall success of the program overseeing the implementation and management of S/4 Hanna solutions within DDN operations.</li><li>This role is critical in ensuring that the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system aligns with business objectives and meets operational needs.</li><li>This will be by active involvement in process reviews &amp; audits, change management, testing, and testing coordination.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and monitor (System administration) SAP supply chain systems.</li><li>Overseeing and managing the configuration and customization of SAP ECC or S/4HANA to ensure it fits the specific requirements of the business.</li><li>Analyzing and re-engineering business processes to leverage the features of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, ensuring that the system supports efficient operations (Audits – checks).</li><li>Develop organizational change management materials for your respective function on behalf of your BU / segment.</li><li>Working closely with various stakeholders, including IT, finance, supply chain, Operations, sourcing, and other business units, to gather requirements and ensure the system meets organizational needs.</li><li>Lead in support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and resources. Secure effective communication on project progression.</li><li>Define, perform and support business process testing (UAT) of global operations and local functions.</li><li>Provide and support training efforts on any changes being introduced with the new system.</li><li>Secure Process documented and accessible across functions.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of SAP supply chain modules with other business processes and systems.</li><li>Assist with and help coordinate data cleansing efforts when necessary.</li><li>Identify and support the documentation and resolution of any project issues and gaps.</li><li>Coordinate testing efforts with additional assigned resources / local / site specific teams.</li><li>Prepare and manage testing scenarios and testing outputs in each test cycle.</li><li>Define and execute regression tests as we go through the wave implementations.</li><li>Execute the process testing and change management of any interim activities required to take place between the wave such as the changes required to manage activities between two systems. Secure perform root cause analysis for technical incidents which may happen.</li><li>Perform and coordinate the global data validation and signoff.</li><li>Support the go-live and final implementation (hypercare).</li><li>Managing the change associated with the transformation to SAP S/4HANA, including training for users and developing change management strategies to encourage user adoption.</li><li>Animate SME and help in grooming Skills and competencies within the organization.</li><li>Establishing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation and identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Overseeing ongoing maintenance and support for the SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and managing updates.</li><li>Utilizing the reporting and analytics capabilities of SAP S/4HANA to provide insights that help drive business decisions</li><li>This role will have direct impact on MDG Data Quality, Purchasing, Planning &amp; Scheduling, Shop floor control, Production Planning, Quality management, Warehousing, Logistics, Shipping. (S/4HANA a Plus)</li><li>Experience with organizational change management and implementing change in processes</li><li>Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, experience working with offshore teams, multi-tasking, and agile methodologies. Data savvy – experience reviewing, assessing, and validating data.</li><li>Able to make timely decisions and provide direction to a broad team..</li><li>Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work independently</li><li>Willingness to travel when required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>In depth knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming using BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Workflow, LSMW, Reports, SAPScript, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces.</li><li>Designing and implementing workflows to automate business processes.</li><li>Support RICEF objects, Fiori apps, and B2B integrations (SOAP, IDOC, OData).</li><li>The SAP ABAP Developer should possess strong application development and system integration skills.</li><li>Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer.</li><li>Design, develop, and enhance SAP business applications using ABAP on the backend and SAP Fiori/UI5 for the frontend.</li><li>Build and extend existing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) by analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Experience with Fiori/UI5 is highly desirable.</li><li>Enhance the user experience (UX) by designing intuitive and responsive Fiori/UI5 applications, incorporating Fiori Elements and smart controls.</li><li>Leverage BTP services to develop and deploy cloud-based applications and extensions.</li><li>Support ongoing development, implementation, and quality checks for existing projects/applications.</li><li>Participate in peer code reviews and learn and adapt to the companys engineering and development practices.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security.</li><li>Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP developer or a similar role with a focus on SAP S/4, ECC, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC</li><li>Strong, well-rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts / capabilities</li><li>Proficient in ABAP, EDI management, and SAP modules.</li><li>Proficiency in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience working in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and support projects</li><li>Experience of Designing, coding, and modifying SAP applications to meet specific requirements.</li><li>Strong background in SAP Gateway and OData services</li><li>SAP Certification is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and BTP is a plus.</li></ul>
