Responsibilities: Your daily tasks include: <ul><li>Managing financial administration according to legal and group requirements.</li><li>Preparing accurate entries for IFRS and Dutch GAAP.</li><li>Developing accounting memos and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Supporting month-end and year-end closings, conducting audits, and timely reporting.</li><li>Calculating provisions and accruals.</li><li>Overseeing calculation processes.</li><li>Preparing annual accounts.</li><li>Providing data for internal and external audits.</li><li>Ensuring high quality and timely service according to current processes and guidelines.</li><li>Identifying and implementing process improvements.</li><li>Actively contributing to various cross-departmental projects.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>We are looking for a driven and proactive Accounting Professional who thrives in an international environment and has a passion for sustainability.&nbsp;</li><li>You are open to change and work solution-oriented.&nbsp;</li><li>You excel both independently and as part of a team and have a strong sense of responsibility.</li><li>A completed and relevant higher professional education (HBO).</li><li>At least three years of experience in accounting and statutory reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP.</li><li>Familiarity with financial systems and processes (experience with SAP/S4HANA and Cognos is a plus).</li><li>Excellent command of Dutch and English.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>You will facilitate business process reviews to gather expected business outcomes and functional requirements, document end-to-end processes and business requirements.</li><li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and create the configuration rationale to design and configure SAP (S4/Hana, Concur, Ariba) applications.</li><li>you will be working with with the SAP S4/Hana development team to unit test and deliver its applications by defining and documenting reusable test scenarios, building unit test cases and creating data for unit testing as needed; participate in design and execution of system, integration and performance testing.</li><li>You will support the Finance department as a business partner with expert SAP knowledge as they initiate operating improvements.</li><li>Analyze the as-is and to-be processes and bridge the gap between digital technologies and the business needs.</li><li>Maintain SOX compliance in all delivered solutions and methods of delivery used.</li><li>Provide risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions, and mitigation options when available.</li><li>Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Assist with coordination of and provide support to internal audits and ensure adequate and timely follow-up.</li><li>Support the Governance, Risk and Controlling throughout the group.</li><li>Perform periodical tasks relating to the function (reconciliation, reporting, and review)</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree program in Management Information Technology, or Financial Accounting is strongly preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of progressive technical system experience in large-scale SAP S4/Hana deployment, support and/or upgrade projects.</li><li>Experience in defining, implementing and maintaining a GRC framework within a diverse business environment.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job responsibilities as outlined.</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management.</li><li>Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, be a quick study, able to learn, retain and teach others new technology as it is introduced in the industry.</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, both research and data analysis</li><li>An understanding of governance planning and monitoring</li><li>An understanding of risk management frameworks, identifying and managing risk and related controls.</li></ul> About The Workplace: <ul><li>The clients high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical, and industrial opportunities they offer, and are remunerated accordingly.</li><li>Their people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none. <div>Job Description</div><ul><li>Manage complex project/s throughout the global enterprise, leading project team members in the design, development, and delivery of technology and business solutions</li><li>Work closely with the sponsors, resource managers, vendors, business and IT team, senior management and executives across different time-zones.</li><li>Build schedules, establish communication plans, manage risks/issues, and measure or report project results&#10;Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives</li><li>Partner with stakeholders and teams to prioritize project requirements and issue resolutions to ensure successful delivery of project &#10;scope</li><li>Provides a single point of contact for project/s</li><li>Drive projects from original concept through final implementation, and smooth handover to on-going support team. Drive the requirements gathering, defining functional/systems dependencies and managing the system/(s) implementation.&#10;</li><li>Responsible for the supervision of work stream leads and to ensure that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements.&#10;Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including key-users, cross functional departments, external consultants and key stakeholders.</li><li>Lead project team members located in multiple countries</li><li>Work in close collaboration with global PMO to ensure projects execution follows and adhere to project delivery methodology.</li><li>Supports global PMO to develop the Project Management (people, process, templates etc) capabilities</li><li>Support Presales whenever is needed</li></ul><div> </div><div>Requirement</div><div><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. </li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time </li><li>Tenacious and willing to work extra hours on some occasions, to complete tasks</li><li>Having S4HANA implementation experience&#10;Strong Project Management experience, with PM Certifications (PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent).</li><li>Have a good knowledge of SAP Standard processes</li><li>Experience in managing large complex environments with multiple applications versions &amp; tools.</li><li>Experience in working on global multi-cultural projects and successfully delivering projects in overseas locations</li><li>Experience in a Professional Services industry&#10;Experience with requirements gathering, customer or stakeholder relationship management, issue and risk management, project and&#10;organizational change management and IT vendor and partner management</li><li>Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architectural technology concepts and components would be an advantage</li><li>Willing to travel</li><li>Drive projects from original concept through final implementation, and smooth handover to on-going support team.</li><li>Good communication skill</li></ul> </div>
