Responsibilities: <ul><li>Live, lead, and embed an organizational culture that aligns to the company Way</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align and support the execution of the long-term organizational goals and objectives</li><li>Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives, to drive the organization’s HR compliance and strategic needs</li><li>Oversee the administration of strategic HR programs including, but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, rewards, performance management, employee engagement and learning and development</li><li>Advise management on the legal ramifications of employment decisions, including hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, and policy changes, to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.</li><li>Ensure company compliance with all applicable labour laws, government regulations, and statutory requirements, including timely implementation of updates to labour standards, occupational health and safety rules, and other employment-related legislation</li><li>Analyze organizational trends to improve employee engagement, organizational performance and process improvements</li><li>Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to leadership and wider organization</li><li>Manage and coach the HR team to deliver exceptional service and support; providing professional development opportunities to upskill and increase capabilities, skills, knowledge and expertise</li><li>Lead the year-end tax annualization process by ensuring accurate computation, reconciliation, and reporting of annual withholding tax for all employees in compliance with BIR regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and manage the HR operational budget</li><li>Work with company team in the US on key projects to standardize HR practices across entities</li><li>Perform other duties as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in a related field required</li><li>MBA preferred</li><li>10+ years’ relevant HR experience, of which at least 5 years directly leading HR teams&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must. Experience of working in FMCG industry is preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in a multinational corporation preferred</li><li>Demonstrated experience in developing, leading and managing programs/projects and process improvements in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent development and employee engagement</li></ul>
