Hence, the candidate will shall benefit by handling multiple business models, and ample areas of opportunities to contribute.</li><li>The candidate can also be involved in some of the strategic projects of the organization with time and once established into day-to-day operations.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, go-to market plan, P&amp;L assessment and new product launches</li><li>Role will work on both side of BD&amp;L : Inward licencing and also out licencing deals.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive market research for purposes of new business expansion areas, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.</li><li>Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.</li><li>Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li>Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and business development from Pharma/Medical services (age group mid to late 30s)</li><li>Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Therapeutic &amp; Market knowledge.</li><li>Communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport.</li><li>Time management and planning skills</li></ul>
