Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Forex, Derivatives, and Treasury Operations.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation and support experience across Front, Middle, and Back Office treasury processes and should be well-versed in managing trade finance, borrowings, deposits, and exposure management within SAP</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and support SAP TRM module implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.</li><li>Manage treasury operations, including Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, and Deposits.</li><li>Configure and support Front, Middle, and Back Office processes within Treasury.</li><li>Handle Exposure Management and ensure effective risk monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications.</li><li>Support Trade Finance and related treasury workflows ensuring compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Work closely with the finance, risk, and accounting teams to ensure alignment of treasury processes.</li><li>Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for implemented solutions.</li></ul> Requirements: Required Skills and Experience <ul><li>6–14 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).</li><li>Strong knowledge in Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, Deposits, and Exposure Management.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office operations.</li><li>Experience in Trade Finance and Treasury process automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO, and other financial modules.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a hybrid work model across Chennai or Bangalore.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>SAP Certification in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) preferred.</li><li>Experience working with large-scale clients in manufacturing or pharma domains is an added advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Engage with potential customers on frequent basis to maintain relationship and generate opportunities for sale.</li><li>Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated Report the sold sock and ensure the stock replenishment.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices &amp; learning to improve store level processes.</li><li>Collate and relay customer feedback to the corporate teams like the merchandising, retail operations etc. to improve customer satisfaction and store ratings.</li><li>Manage customer queries and complaints as per the company guidelines.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, watches, or premium lifestyle brands, with strong customer engagement and sales skills.</li><li>Proven ability to achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end shopping experience.</li><li>Experience in retail store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, inventory control, billing, and adherence to store SOPs.</li><li>Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and build long-term customer relationships while maintaining high service standards.&nbsp;</li><li>A Bachelors degree (Graduation) is mandatory and is an essential eligibility criterion for candidates applying for this position.</li></ul>
