Responsibilities: <ul><li>A brand strategist - Curate the brand strategy by mapping consumer and competitor insights and trends and&nbsp;operationalize it by co-developing an Annual Grid of activities with the Leadership based on the category strat plan in multiple markets across South East Asia utilizing Brand Growth System approach/method</li><li>A product imagineer - Develop creative solutions to innovate and transform the products to be relevant in the&nbsp;current context and suited to the consumers’ need and purpose</li><li>An owner of remarkable commercial success - Have complete clarity and command on the P&amp;L, orient yourself towards driving a positive impact on the top and bottom-line margin and improving profitability by carefully&nbsp;planning investments for long-term brand building</li><li>A storyteller of the brand - Craft a detailed story for communicating your brand in an evocative way and give way&nbsp;to outstanding media planning</li><li>A mirror of the consumer - Be a fly on the wall and constantly practice social listening to be glued to everyday&nbsp;consumer chatter, seek consumer footprints across online and offline touchpoints of the consumer journey and&nbsp;swiftly act on the inputs received through an analysis of promotions, packaging, advertising etc.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Master’s degree, MBA in Marketing or Brand communication from a reputed Business school is preferred</li><li>5-10 years of Prior brands / product management experience in the F&amp;B (preferable) with an understanding of how&nbsp;the FMCG Industry operates</li><li>Passionate about International brand building</li><li>Food | Music | Fashion &amp; Lifestyle lover</li><li>SEA Consumers &amp; Cultural obsessed</li><li>Experience in delivery of creative breakthrough and dynamic through-the-line 360 campaigns</li><li>Working understanding of how to create brand love, P&amp;L and lever</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, Southern Corridor, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the country sales and marketing initiatives in line with Group strategy and ensure delivery of Plan/Budget Volumes, Margins and operational KPI’s in Zambia.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Financial: <ul><li>Achieve budgeted volumes and margins as per the annual Sales plans targets for Zambia.</li><li>Strict adherence to credit management as stipulated in the company’s standard operating procedures.</li><li>Timely debt collection from all customers and adhere hence to the signed off contractual agreement with all customers.</li></ul> Business Performance <ul><li>Manage sales and marketing activities, creating wide portfolio of clientele, tenders and propose shift in market strategies from time to time to meet the agreed budgets.</li><li>Provide Market intelligence insights by proactive involvement with various contacts to extract relevant information and through research to drive profitability.</li><li>Monitoring sales, stock, supply to the region for trading business and publish a management reporting on regular basis.</li><li>Share information with management critical for strategy and any new information on new projects and various opportunities in the market.&nbsp;</li></ul> Compliance <ul><li>Ensure the company is in compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements regarding sales in order to avoid any breach of law or policy.</li><li>Carry out proper mapping of policies, procedures and process parameters with accounting system</li></ul> Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Maintain close working relationships with the supply and logistics team to ensure proper planning of product to achieve business target satisfying the customers’ needs</li></ul> Requirements: Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role <ul><li>University Degree in Business Development / Marketing /Commerce or related field</li><li>At least 5 years demonstrated experience in Oil Industry / Related Industry</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Strong business negotiation skill</li></ul>
