Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

Role Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development to achieve the sales objectives across the assigned countries in the region through effective distributor network, user demand generation. The role includes building and developing a high-performing local team and ensuring operational excellence to meet business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1. Sales Management, Business Development to drive differential growth <ul><li>Achieve overall regional sales targets while ensuring growth of focused products and implementing initiatives to gain market share.</li></ul> 2. Drive Business Development to generate demand from users <ul><li>Co-create and execute plans for business development initiatives through demand generation modules for key products.</li></ul> 3. Competition Fighting &amp; Counteraction <ul><li>Assess competition in our key categories and implementing strategies to counter them with requisite plans</li></ul> 4. Pricing Management &amp; Margin Delivery <ul><li>Achieve targeted margin for focused products through mix improvement and implementing requisite pricing actions</li></ul> 5. Distributor/Importer Management <ul><li>Develop suitable distributors for business delivery and manage relationships while conducting appropriate performance reviews.</li></ul> 6. Drive Commercial Hygiene <ul><li>Manage receivables to ensure timely collections while minimizing financial exposure through appropriate payment terms</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in business.</li><li>Experience: 10-12 years in Sales &amp; business development roles, including 3-4 years in regional management.</li><li>Languages: English and French. Industry Preference: Paint, Adhesives, Hardware, Cement, Construction Chemicals.&nbsp;</li></ul> Required Skillsets: <ul><li>Commercial &amp; Analytical</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot opportunities.</li><li>Ability to lead teams &amp; set higher benchmark.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage AR related activities in SAP including Customer Onboarding (as per policy), customer master database management, Credit Limit mapping, Pricing database update, Sales order release</li><li>Manage AR overdue status, claims processing, collection status, provisioning of doubtful debts, bad debts</li><li>Managing regularly AR balances reconciliations and liaison with commercial team and customers, consultants etc.</li><li>Support at month end for accruals, movements, documentation etc.</li><li>Support in statutory and internal audits related to above areas</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of SAP S4 for Sales / AR related Module</li><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of Alco Bev Industry – AR Management standpoint</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for reporting, forecasting, and planning.</li><li>Process-driven mindset, ensuring structured execution and business predictability.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee distributor relationships, shipment delivery, depletion tracking, and overall operations</li><li>Manage all aspects of On and Off Trade execution</li><li>Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, A&amp;P budgets, and claim settlements for operational excellence</li><li>Ensuring brand availability, menu listing, and appropriate pricing in on premise outlets</li><li>Monitor outlet level inventory and plan stock replenishment aligned with sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure products are correctly priced, ticketed, and displayed across unpaid shelves and paid elements (wall bays, gondolas, shelf in shelf)</li><li>Execute in store visibility initiatives and build impactful displays as per annual plans</li><li>Manage visibility and activation calendars, ensuring flawless execution of brand experiences</li><li>Plan, execute, and review gift pack promotions to deliver pre aligned objectives</li><li>Deliver merchandising services tailored to diverse customer needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with counter salesmen, bar managers, restaurant managers, and general managers</li><li>Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator</li><li>Liquor Industry experience of 3+yrs</li><li>Ability to network and build relationships</li><li>Previous merchandising &amp;/or retail experience</li><li>Knowledge of retail activation planning/ management/ operation</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Basic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work varied hours</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and prepare and post journal entries along with general ledger account reconciliations.</li><li>Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, making necessary adjustments to capture all financial activities and facilitate the Record to Report process by supplying detailed financial data for management review.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of general accounting &amp; reporting analysts with 5-20 direct and indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.</li><li>Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful reports and conducting financial variance analysis to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.</li><li>Review financial reports that ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations while collaborating with various departments to integrate financial data and streamline processes.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for statutory reporting, working closely with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy, and assist in audit preparations by providing necessary data and reports.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize general accounting &amp; reporting process</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant internal policy, accounting standards and regulations related to general accounting.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy</li><li>7 + years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting</li><li>2 + years in a management role</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>CPA designation</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the complete product development life cycle (starting from voice of customer, ideation, Design Conceptualization, Creation of product specifications, 3D design, Prototyping, Product testing, Product qualification, Project Execution &amp; Sustenance till product end of life)</li><li>Build a deep understanding of market and customer needs by fostering a connection between the business engineering teams and the customer engineering teams</li><li>Work closely with customer/sales/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer), make engineering evaluation/proposal to customer.</li><li>Maintain a System level understanding of customer application and the cable design/concept necessary for providing a solution to the customers’ expectation.</li><li>Follow LEANPD Project Process to support project team from PDE perspective to complete Project (NPI or Sustaining) on time, quality and budget.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive the development and release of product, scale-up through stage-gate reviews, ensuring milestone commitments are maintained.</li><li>Technical support to customer, sales, PM and plant team.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct necessary test, engineering analysis, trouble shooting and verification.</li><li>Work with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and outside suppliers to meet all company technical, quality, and cost objectives</li><li>Introduce breakthrough technologies by partnering technically with our customers worldwide and with our company Global competency centers to enhance business revenue &amp; growth.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree (Mechanical) required and Master is preferred</li><li>Knowledge about various phases of product realization and product development</li><li>Knowledge of state-of-the-art design tools such as 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD), modelling, Geometric Dimension &amp; Tolerancing (GD&amp;T), electrical &amp; electronic design and Simulation</li><li>Basic knowledge in manufacturing process (machining, molding, stamping, plating, etc.) will be a plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge in material (metal/plastic) properties will be a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of power distribution system and connection components.</li><li>Familiarity with power safety standards and agency approval of power connector/cable/cable assembly.</li><li>Basic FEA simulation on mechanical, mold-flow, and Thermal.</li><li>Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, 6sigma, DOE, 8D…) will be a plus.</li><li>10+ years working experience as new product development related position and 5+ years of working experience on product developing of RF Products/Antennas.</li><li>Connector, especially Power/Industrial/Auto connector design background will be a plus.</li><li>Experience on power distribution inter/intra system is required.</li><li>This position is highly technical and requires an individual who can work independently.</li><li>Experience on product compliance certification (Product, Safety, Environment substance control)</li><li>Experience in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), design for cost (DFC), design for manufacturing (DFM)</li><li>Application Engineering: Ability to understand customer requirements &amp; offer engineering solutions</li><li>Engineering management across cross functional teams: Developing technical roadmaps to align with market direction &amp; communicating it across business units, management &amp; customers to share applicable technology</li><li>Working together with global team.</li><li>Optimizing engineering &amp; innovation: Defining &amp; managing IP strategy &amp; constantly improving products through R&amp;D</li><li>Quick learning capability: Acquire the necessary skill set, assuring succession &amp; phase in the organization, procedure and culture.</li><li>Quality controller: Ability to assure quality for services, documents and prints.</li><li>Good presentation skills with usage of PowerPoint</li></ul>
