Role Description: <ul><li>This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across the region by promoting our value proposition, retaining existing clients, and developing new business.&nbsp;</li><li>Activities are aligned with Regional Sales Management plans.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have deep Latin America commercial networks, strong relationship-building</li><li>credibility, and experience operating in regulated, relationship-driven industries such as tobacco, nicotine,</li><li>FMCG, packaging, filters, paper, or other B2B industrial categories.</li></ul> Responsibilities: (A) Regional Sales Management Key Activities: <ul><li>Comprehensive understanding of customer’s market dynamic, regulatory environment, channel structure, segment trends, competitive environment and decision making network in Latin America</li><li>Develop relationships with customers, prospects and participate in key customer meetings with Regional Sales team</li><li>Identify and penetrate white-space markets where our client has limited or no presence, creating a country-by-country access strategy for priority accounts, channels, and decision makers.</li><li>Generate new business and manage the full sales activity to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Engage with key accounts and maintain effective customer relationships</li><li>Provide insights and updates on customers, prospects, market access barriers, competitor positioning, pricing and regional growth opportunities</li></ul> (B) Sales Planning and Market Development Key Activities: <ul><li>Promote value proposition and market presence in priority Latin America countries, with particular focus on underpenetrated and high-potential white-space markets.</li><li>Promote and sell solutions by establishing key contracts and developing relationships with target customers</li><li>Build and maintain a regional stakeholder map covering manufacturers, converters, distributors, tobacco/nicotine industry contacts, packaging players, agents, and other relevant commercial stakeholders</li><li>Generate new enquiries from existing customers, prospecting of new customers</li><li>Identify and create new opportunities and pipelines to deliver growth in revenue and profitability</li><li>Conduct customer preparation and market segmentation matrix</li><li>Perform market trend analysis and competitor activity in the region</li><li>Present relevant products and participate in regional sales meetings</li><li>Translate informal market signals into commercial strategies, including demand capture, customer education, channel selection</li></ul> (C) Performance Management Key Activities: <ul><li>Monitor performance against the annual plan, pipeline targets, opportunity conversion and white market entry and penetration through salesforce</li><li>Monthly customers performance progress tracking against monthly forecast and budget</li><li>Work closely with customers to provide forecast and demand</li><li>Create and execute actions to address underperformance and stimulate sales activity</li><li>Identify underperformance root causes by country, account, channel, pricing, access, supply, or competitive factor, and execute corrective actions.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications and Education Requirements <ul><li>Existing commercial network in Latin America, ideally including tobacco manufacturers, packaging/converting companies, distributors, agents, or related industry stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in tobacco, nicotine, or adjacent regulated industries is strongly preferred.</li><li>Candidates from tobacco leaf, cigarette manufacturing, filters, packaging, paper, machinery, distribution, or trade-marketing environments may be particularly relevant.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing).</li><li>10 years of industrial B2B technical sales experience.</li><li>Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a strong advantage.</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Willing to travel frequently.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales, supply chain, and customer service processes.</li><li>Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for business growth.</li><li>Comfortable operating in ambiguous markets where reliable data may be limited and where success depends on local intelligence, trusted relationships, persistence, and disciplined qualification.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The person to perform day-to-day activities that are part of L3, QR or project in the datamart Murex module.&nbsp;</li><li>Also working closely with various leads &amp; internal technology teams as well as the vendor.&nbsp;</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis of production incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.</li><li>Develop automated reconciliation and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Implement data quality controls, exception handling, and audit mechanisms within reporting solutions.</li><li>Prepare technical specifications, solution design documents, deployment guides, and operational documentation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain</li><li>Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory</li><li>Strong Murex skills (Datamart)</li><li>The ideal candidate should be a Senior analyst with datamart skills and experience in trading/Risk system support/development</li><li>Good business domain knowledge in Global Markets and Group Risk</li><li>6-9 years track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility</li><li>Experience in communicating with functional and technical stakeholders</li><li>Experience in banking industry preferred</li><li>Experience in service-oriented technologies</li><li>Good understanding and experience in software development cycle</li><li>Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills</li><li>Sound understanding of datamart module: datamart design, Optimization, Downstream and interface reporting work experience, regulatory reporting experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Should have worked on migration projects and enhancements.&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of liquation, simulation based and accounting based reports.</li></ul>
