Position Summary: <ul><li>The Senior Maintenance Technician will lead maintenance activities in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable operation of production and facility systems.&nbsp;</li><li>This role focuses on equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of utilities and process equipment—including tablet presses, granulation systems, and HVAC systems supporting cleanroom operations.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing and facility equipment.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts on tablet presses, granulators, blenders, fluid bed dryers, coating machines, and other process equipment.</li><li>Maintain and repair facility utilities such as HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water, steam, chilled water, and vacuum systems.</li><li>Support calibration and mechanical integrity programs to ensure GMP compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory requirements are met.</li><li>Review and update maintenance SOPs, work orders, and documentation in accordance with cGMP and FDA standards.</li><li>Train and mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance during shifts or project work.</li><li>Participate in capital projects, equipment installation, and commissioning/qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to increase reliability and reduce maintenance costs.</li><li>Support environmental monitoring and cleanroom operation standards through proper maintenance of HVAC and filtration systems.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline) preferred.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in a maintenance or engineering role within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with tablet compression, granulation, and packaging equipment.</li><li>Working knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom environments, and associated regulatory requirements (ISO 14644, cGMP).</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g.,, BMRAM, Maximo, SAP PM) and maintenance documentation practices.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.</li></ul> Preferred Skills: <ul><li>Knowledge of PLCs and control systems troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with aseptic or sterile manufacturing utilities.</li><li>Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity principles.</li><li>Root cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance experience. Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>This person will be reporting to Aftersales Associate Director and will work daily with the Parts Distribution Manager.</li><li>The Senior Manager of Parts role is to develop and execute sales strategies, optimize pricing, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through spare parts sales on a national level.:</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement the national spare parts sales strategy, aligning it with the companys overall business goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and devise strategies to maximize revenue generation from spare parts sales.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams and regional teams, to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive spare parts sales.</li><li>Provide leadership and oversight to the Parts Dealer Representatives team, ensuring strong dealer support, effective performance management, professional development, and resolution of escalated field and systemic parts-related issues in collaboration with supply chain and warehouse teams.</li><li>Work with finance to determine pricing strategies for spare parts based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and cost considerations.</li><li>Monitor price levels and margins to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.</li><li>Analyze pricing trends and make adjustments as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers. Identify customer needs, provide product information.</li><li>Conduct frequent dealer visits (up to 40% travel) US and Canada to address spare parts issues, promote parts sales, and drive optimal dealer stocking levels.</li><li>Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate insights and reports.</li><li>Monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.</li><li>Present reports and findings to senior management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>7–10 years of experience in sales, or aftersales in the agricultural machinery industry.</li><li>Proven experience working directly with dealers or in a dealership environment.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving dealer network performance.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of agricultural machinery, their applications, attachments, Implements.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure timely and high-quality financial planning and costing activities, which include preparing the Monthly Financial Review package, executing Monthly Cost Rollup and Product Cost/AUC simulations, and setting standard rates on a half-yearly basis.</li><li>Conduct variance analysis comparing Actual vs Outlook vs Budget for areas such as Output Quantity, Standard Cost Absorption, Material Consumption, Inventory Changes, and Utilization.</li><li>Prepare Quarterly Outlooks and Yearly Budgets, including coordination for Internal Sales and Purchases with inter-company counterparts.</li><li>Participate in ad hoc projects, such as process automation and improvement initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Background: Applicants should possess a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Economics.</li><li>Experience: Two to three years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Costing, or a related field is required.</li></ul>
