Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Generate and maintain project documentation including schematics, drawings, test data, and reports</li><li>Design and develop electronic circuits while incorporating mechanical design</li><li>Tasks will include using equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and additional test equipment</li><li>Plan and record results of design, development and sustaining activities, including validation testing.</li><li>Design to cost target while meeting financial and performance expectations.</li><li>Manage Bill of Materials for new products.</li><li>Facilitate cost reduction activities on new and existing products.</li><li>Perform calculations, analysis, and testing to ensure that a product meets specifications.</li><li>Participate in and/or lead Design and Process failure mode and effects analysis.</li><li>Provide support to both internal manufacturing, quality, Product/Project Managers and external customers.</li><li>Initiate and manage engineering change activities. Including notification to customers using external customer systems.</li><li>Collaborates with other colleagues and peers.</li><li>10% travel domestic/international (Passport will be required).</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, electronic or electro-mechanical degree 3-5 years of experience Experience circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience in mechanical design Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and/or magnetics (e.g., relays and contactors).</li><li>Knowledge of EMI/EMC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication verbal and written.</li><li>Experience in the use of Creo Wildfire software or similar CAD software Windchill PDM Link is a plus Knowledge of SAP is a plus Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of analog circuitry is preferred Knowledge of circuit analysis software such as TINA or SPICE Knowledge of ANSYS or similar analysis tools is a bonus Experience in Altium software or similar software is a bonus.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite of Products Ability to read schematic diagrams Generate and maintain project documentation including schematics, drawings, test data, and reports Design and develop electronic circuits while incorporating mechanical design Tasks will include using equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and additional test equipment Plan and record results of design, development and sustaining activities, including validation testing.</li><li>Design to cost target while meeting financial and performance expectations. Responsibilities : <ul><li>Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on our client products for the purpose of Engineering Evaluation and Qualification.</li><li>Prepare samples using hand tools and soldering.</li><li>Run a variety of computer and microprocessor-controlled test equipment.</li><li>Set-up &amp; operate environmental, mechanical and electrical test equipment</li><li>Review and summarize data.</li><li>Maintain the integrity of test results by complying with Corporate, Business Unit and local quality system requirements.</li><li>Review active test programs and final test results to ensure that performance requirements are met.</li><li>Capable of working to specifications, drawings, diagrams, and schematics.</li><li>Ensure all safety requirements are met and followed</li><li>Write test documentation and reports.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li><li>Overtime or temporary shift in hours may be required at times to support high priority business needs.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>A preferred candidate should have, or be actively pursuing, an HNC or equivalent in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or have 3-5 years’ experience in testing.</li><li>Background of mechanical experience to aid fixture design and construction.</li><li>Good soldering skills and manual dexterity.</li><li>Hands on experience for tearing apart assemblies / sub-assemblies of electro mechanical parts</li><li>Good Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of Six Sigma tools will be an added advantage</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite</li><li>Ability to work in a hands-on environment.</li><li>Ability to work well with others of diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Knowledge of Global Certifications and Regulatory Standards (UL, IEC, MIL etc.) is an advantage</li><li>Must be capable of multitasking and taking full ownership of assigned projects.</li><li>This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or UK Military controls.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.</li><li>Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.</li><li>Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected.</li><li>Maintaining a record of mechanical repairs and adjustments.</li><li>Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 3 years’ Working experience on an assembly line Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.</li><li>Diploma in Technical Education Only (Engineering degree NOT preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automobile industry is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy pieces of equipment, as well as stand for hours at a time.</li><li>Medium and communication level English – Preferably A2</li><li>Any past medical history with related to accidents is not preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Euro pass CV format&nbsp;</li><li>Verification of Original documents and original experience certificates during the interview&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with Automobile Production Tools&nbsp;</li><li>Reliable, loyalty, Committed personality</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Quality Work&nbsp;</li><li>Age Preference, 23- 35 Years&nbsp;</li><li>40 Hours duty per week</li></ul>

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Use your knowledge in various SAP transactions to perform regular planner duty that includes, but is not limited to, opening/initiating internal orders, notifications, maintenance work-orders, planning the activities with required resources, ordering the materials, and track all maintenance activities within your respective area.Plan for equipment isolation and safety precautions and estimate job step craft man-hour requirements.Prepare weekly and daily schedules by reviewing backlog and coordinating work requirements to comply with operation rankings.Ensure availability of all resources required are met and available, prior to scheduling work, and obtain approval of the schedule updates maintenance order statuses & follows up until completion of orders.Monitor the progress of the maintenance on a daily basis and give feedback to maintenance supervisor and supporting the execution team.Ensure the history is updated and technically completed on all works orders prior to closing them.Ensure onsite availability of all materials, manpower and service requirements.Process the return of all support equipment and machines (i.e. crane, forklift, air compressor, flood glitch, etc.)Daily contact/coordination with concerned parties that includes Operations Foremen, Maintenance Supervisors and personnel to clarify work scopes on Maintenance Work Orders, required resources, status update, and the path forward.Prepare detailed job step plans in proper execution sequence, with details of craft man-hour and crew size requirements for each step.Requirements:You should have a minimum of 11 years maintenance experience, including at least three years devoted to planning of maintenance jobs.You must have high school certification. A Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferred.You should have the ability to identify all materials, services, equipment’s, and special preparations required for each maintenance job.Knowledge of SAP is a must (SAP PM AND MM MODULE).
