Director / Associate Vice President - Engineering will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and leading a high-performing development team.&nbsp;</li><li>The successful candidate will be driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high[1]quality products that meet business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the solution process by understanding requirements and designing innovative and scalable technology solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, solution architectures, and project plans.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution development lifecycle.</li><li>Solid understanding and experience in Agile SDLC approach</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.</li><li>Apply your technical expertise to develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and solution demos.</li><li>Lead or actively participate in technical development tasks, ensuring high quality deliverables.</li><li>Leverage your cloud knowledge (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design and implement cloud-based solutions.</li><li>Stay updated on cloud best practices, security standards, and cost optimisation techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with the cloud engineering team to align solutions with cloud architecture and design principles.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to align our solutions with their strategic goals and provide technical recommendations.</li><li>Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of technology professionals.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Support the professional growth and development of team members through coaching and feedback.</li><li>Lead annual IT audits</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (10+ years) in technical solutions, training, pre-sales, and hands-on technical roles.</li><li>Strong technical background with software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies expertise.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and business needs.</li><li>Ability to handle ambiguity, multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Fintech experience will be required.</li></ul>

About this role: <ul><li>The Salesforce Applications Developer will analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into Salesforce specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box, Configuration, Customization).&nbsp;</li><li>He/She should have the following: experience in designing &amp; building a solution using Salesforce Declarative &amp; Programmatic Approach, knowledge with Integrating Salesforce with on premise legacy systems and other cloud solutions, experience with integration middleware and Enterprise Service Bus.&nbsp;</li><li>He/She should also have experience in Translate design requirements or agile user stories into Salesforce specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box, Configuration, Customization), consuming or sending the message in XMLJSON format to 3rd party using SOAP and REST APIs, expertise in Apex, process builder, workflow, and triggers, working experience with Platform Management, Service Cloud &amp; Service Business Process, Some knowledge in Programmatic aspect of the platform - Apex, Lighting, Front End Web Technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Will be working on a global deployment of Salesforce Platform Management to 40 countries and corresponding languages, 1000 locations and 25,000 users</li><li>This is a dynamic application that is rapidly growing with new Partner relationship, Language translations and Content Management functionalities</li><li>Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization – Lightning/Velocity components, APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>covering Aura and LWC</li><li>Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools: Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts</li><li>Working experience with Platform Management, Service Cloud &amp; Service Business Process (Email to Case, Web to Case, Language Translations, Email Templates, Knowledge, Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, and User Group Assignments)</li><li>Performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines.</li><li>Collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication in supporting the achievement of objectives.</li><li>Strong Ability to debug and resolve issues/defects</li><li>Author technical approach and design documentation</li><li>Collaborate with the offshore team on design discussions and development items</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience in designing &amp; building a solution using Salesforce Declarative &amp; Programmatic Approach.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with integration middleware and Enterprise Service Bus</li><li>Experience in consuming or sending the message in XMLJSON format to 3rd party using SOAP and REST APIs</li><li>Expertise in Apex, process builder, workflow, and triggers</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Management and Service Cloud</li><li>Knowledge with Integrating Salesforce with on premise legacy systems and other cloud solution</li><li>Preferably 5+ years Development experience</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in development of Salesforce Lightning framework covering Aura and LWC</li><li>Experience in Content Management, Translations, and 3rd party AppExchange component integrations</li><li>Experience with Agile Development&nbsp;</li><li>Must be detail-oriented</li><li>Self-Motivated Learner</li><li>Ability to collaborate with others&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Bachelors degree and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience</li><li>Salesforce Certifications:</li><li>Salesforce Admin (mandatory)</li><li>Platform Developer1 (desired)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Project Planning <ul><li>Lead the planning and scheduling of project timelines, by establishing project scope, schedule, milestones, and expected deliverables, while also highlighting and tracking project interdependencies across teams</li><li>Work with key project leads and stakeholders to understand and capture all key activities, deliverables, milestones, inter-dependencies and critical constraints or competing efforts</li><li>Assist the Product Owner with backlog maintenance</li><li>Ensure cross-team coordination and liaise between all disciplines of the team</li><li>Maintain relevant metrics helping the team see how they are doing</li><li>Drive projects from both a tactical and strategic perspective, and work with other Project Managers to manage interdependencies (ownership of inter-dependencies between teams)</li><li>Resource planning and allocation, while also clearly identifying team resources and allocation</li><li>Define a communication strategy between project stakeholders / project streams, while setting up project governance and instances</li><li>Define and indicate applicable procedures (issue management, risk management, escalation management, deliverables acceptance…)</li><li>Understand, communicate and share across the team applicable quality procedures and quality acceptance to support and contributing to the product Quality Assurance</li><li>Work within the defined program and project management methodologies/frameworks</li></ul> Project Execution Management <ul><li>Ensure commitment to the project from team members or stakeholders, while organizing and holding project meetings from initial planning, through execution and to final deployment</li><li>Monitor and track project work-stream progress against approved plans, while maintaining up-to-date schedules</li><li>Coordinate, summarize and ensure the quality of issued deliverables</li><li>Advise on possible modifications of objectives, completion constraints or changes</li><li>Analyze and manage project work-stream risks and issues, while implementing risk management plan(s).&nbsp;If necessary, escalate project issues when appropriate</li><li>Managing project administration, including all documentation</li><li>Reporting regularly to senior management</li><li>Project evaluations and results measurement</li><li>Analyze product data relevant to the project execution and provide the analysis to stakeholders and drive next steps</li></ul> Project Closing <ul><li>Close the project and related work-streams and submit final deliverables with a formal handover to the Program team.&nbsp;When necessary, conduct retrospectives.</li><li>Knowledge Management and Reporting</li><li>Overall help to create and promote the organizational culture of project management by acting as an advocate for best practices.</li><li>Ensure the circulation and distribution of information regarding the overall project</li><li>Mediate in the event of any differences between the project team and other stakeholders</li><li>Use best practice project management tooling to track performance and schedule adherence</li><li>Keep the stakeholders updated on milestones and evolution through regular project status reports</li><li>Work with other project managers and area managers to manage project interdependencies</li></ul> Requirements: Overall a Technical Project Manager is passionate about proactively evolving products and services, while motivating others to adopt new ideas and emabrace continuous improvements.&nbsp;Some essential skills and experience will include: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience</li><li>Experience working as a software engineer or equivalent technical role</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC</li><li>Knowledge of AGILE principles and methodologies</li><li>Exposure to software testing</li><li>Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment</li><li>Strong background in analytical and organizational skills, with exceptional time management capabilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Impeccable communicate skills to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders (technical and non-technical staff) via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.)</li><li>Ability to prioritise work and determine the critical path</li><li>Familiarity with Key Agile Scrum tools including Jira/Rally/Confluence or similar&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To provide production and project support for laboratory computer systems, including system administration activities related to user account management, desktop support, instrumentation computer builds, hardware and software troubleshooting, technical support, and validation/qualification for new and existing systems.&nbsp;</li><li>This position will be responsible for providing Information Technology support for the following areas: QA, QC,&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Support Laboratory data collection and support applications.</li><li>Primary support for Waters Empower 3 application.</li><li>Support other lab systems including Malvern Particle Sizers, ICALIS-IDIS, OMNIC FTIR, Bruker XRD, ICP-Mass Spec, Imaging Software, UV/VIS Spectroscopy, Labware LIMS, Proveris Sprayview, LabX, PharmSpec HIAC, Vitek 2, Citrix, and others</li><li>Support and maintain Laboratory application servers, PC workstations.</li><li>Engage and work with support vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner with an understanding of the root cause.</li><li>Ensures lab systems daily back-ups are running.</li><li>Maintain lab file shares.</li><li>SOP Review and Development.</li><li>Work with all areas to develop process and technology-based solutions for their business needs.</li><li>Active participation in all systems implementations and technical development.</li><li>Manage the compliance level of all systems in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.</li><li>Collaborate with other IT areas to address overall systems integrity, compliance, system integration and develop corporate IT/strategy.</li></ul> Manage user requirements&nbsp; <ul><li>Technical support for new implementations and upgrades.</li><li>Oversee Installation Qualifications (IQs), Operational Qualification (OQs), Performance Qualifications (PQs), 21 CFR part 11 testing, and acceptance testing as required</li><li>Interact with the business to understand business requirements at a functional / procedural level and translating these into technical design.</li><li>Generate specifications for configuration / development and implementation.</li><li>Document, train, and assist in system documentation.</li><li>Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including associated change management and validation processes.</li><li>Project Management skills for new implementations and upgrades.</li></ul> Provide ad hoc reports to satisfy client information requests <ul><li>Computer systems validation</li><li>Validate new systems or changes to existing systems, including the preparation and execution of qualification protocols.</li><li>Prepare necessary documents, e.g. user requirements, requirements traceability matrix.</li><li>Prepare / update systems governance, i.e. Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li>Perform necessary IT change controls for various systems.</li></ul> Data integrity and archiving Requirements: <ul><li>BS degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Pharmaceutical/Life Science experience beneficial.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Waters Empower 3 application.</li><li>Experience with common laboratory equipment and software.</li><li>Experience with GAMP, CSV, CFR 21 Part 11.</li><li>Database (SQL Server/Oracle) experience a plus.</li><li>Trackwise Digital experience a plus.</li></ul> Avamar Backup experience a plus Skills &amp;
