Role Description: <ul><li>The Salesforce &amp; Sales Campaign Administrator is responsible for optimizing Salesforce (SFDC) usage across the client Medical commercial organization.</li><li>The role ensures disciplined pipeline and campaign management, standardized confidence ratings, and delivery of advanced sales analytics that support global product reviews, revenue growth, and improved Operating Income (OI) aligned with clients Medical’s strategic objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive consistent and effective Salesforce (SFDC) adoption across Sales Executives and Product Managers.</li><li>Own Salesforce opportunity and pipeline governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.</li><li>Support the global product review process through reliable and standardized SFDC opportunity pipelines.</li><li>Design, implement, and enforce standardized confidence rating frameworks.</li><li>Lead Salesforce-based campaign management, including outbound and mass CRM campaigns.</li><li>Ensure integration and traceability between campaigns, leads, contacts, and opportunities.</li><li>Deliver advanced Salesforce dashboards, reports, and sales operations analytics.</li><li>Identify pipeline risks, growth opportunities, and performance gaps across regions and product portfolios.</li><li>Apply Salesforce automation and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution, pipeline quality, and forecasting.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in Salesforce (SFDC) campaign management and pipeline management.</li><li>Strong experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics.</li><li>Expert analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights Preferred Qualifications.</li><li>Salesforce Administrator and/or advanced Salesforce certifications.</li><li>Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments</li><li>Experience with forecasting models, confidence scoring, and pipeline governance.</li><li>Familiarity with our client commercial processes and performance frameworks.</li></ul> Key Competencies <ul><li>Salesforce (SFDC) expertise</li><li>Sales campaign and pipeline management</li><li>Advanced sales analytics and performance measurement</li><li>CRM automation and AI enablement</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills</li><li>Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Hands-on experience managing outbound and mass CRM campaigns</li><li>Experience leveraging Salesforce automation and AI-enabled sales tools</li></ul>

Reporting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, including sales metrics, market share analysis, and campaign results</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, Brand Management) is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management and/ trade marketing experience, preferably in the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, consumer healthcare products, and market dynamics.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and product positioning.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical abilities, including experience with market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.&nbsp;</li><li>Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally.&nbsp;</li><li>Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strategically focused, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP).</li><li>Manage period-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations.</li><li>Support external and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit points.</li></ul> Cost Accounting &amp; Inventory Management: <ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory valuation, batch costing, and cost of goods sold (COGS).</li><li>Conduct standard vs actual cost variance analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams for real-time cost tracking.</li></ul> Taxation &amp; Regulatory Compliance: <ul><li>Handle GST, TDS, and income tax compliances including returns, reconciliations, and assessments.</li><li>Assist in regulatory compliance relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., NPPA, CDSCO).</li><li>Maintain records for transfer pricing and other compliance reports (e.g., Form 3CD).</li></ul> Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable: <ul><li>Oversee vendor payments, import transactions, and ensure proper accounting treatment.</li><li>Monitor receivables, perform aging analysis, and coordinate with sales teams for collections.</li><li>Conduct periodic reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts. 5. Budgeting, MIS &amp; Financial Planning</li><li>Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and reports to management (sales trends, cost analysis, profitability reports).</li><li>Develop and automate MIS for enhanced decision-making.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles; at least 3–5 years in a senior or lead role.</li><li>Experience in pharma or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. •	Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and cost accounting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. •	Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Nice to Have:</li><li>Experience in handling audits for pharmaceutical R&amp;D or DSIR-registered entities.</li><li>Knowledge of pharma-specific compliance (NPPA reporting, drug pricing, etc.)</li><li>Exposure to internal controls, SOX compliance, or process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
