Responsibilities: Regional Sales Management Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Comprehensive understanding of customer’s market dynamic, regulatory environment, channel structure, segment trends, competitive environment and decision making network in Latin America.</li><li>Develop relationships with customers, prospects and participate in key customer meetings with Regional Sales team.</li><li>Identify and penetrate white-space markets where Our client has limited or no presence, creating a country-by-country access strategy for priority accounts, channels, and decision makers.</li><li>Generate new business and manage the full sales activity to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Engage with key accounts and maintain effective customer relationships.</li><li>Provide insights and updates on customers, prospects, market access barriers, competitor positioning, pricing and regional growth opportunities .</li></ul> Sales Planning and Market Development Key Activities: <ul><li>Promote our client value proposition and market presence in priority Latin America countries, with particular focus on underpenetrated and high-potential white-space markets.</li><li>Promote and sell our client solutions by establishing key contracts and developing relationships with target customers.</li><li>Build and maintain a regional stakeholder map covering manufacturers, converters, distributors, tobacco/nicotine industry contacts, packaging players, agents, and other relevant commercial stakeholders.</li><li>Generate new enquiries from existing customers, prospecting of new customers.</li><li>Identify and create new opportunities and pipelines to deliver growth in revenue and profitability.</li><li>Conduct customer preparation and market segmentation matrix</li><li>Perform market trend analysis and competitor activity in the region</li><li>Present relevant products and participate in regional sales meetings</li><li>Translate informal market signals into commercial strategies, including demand capture, customer education, channel selection</li></ul> Performance Management Key Activities: <ul><li>Monitor performance against the annual plan, pipeline targets, opportunity conversion and white space market entry and penetration through salesforce.</li><li>Monthly customers performance progress tracking against monthly forecast and budget&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with customers to provide forecast and demand.</li><li>Create and execute actions to address underperformance and stimulate sales activity.</li><li>Identify underperformance root causes by country, account, channel, pricing, access, supply, or competitive factor, and execute corrective actions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Existing commercial network in Latin America, ideally including tobacco manufacturers, packaging/converting companies, distributors, agents, or related industry stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in tobacco, nicotine, or adjacent regulated industries is strongly preferred. Candidates from tobacco leaf, cigarette manufacturing, filters, packaging, paper, machinery, distribution, or trade-marketing environments may be particularly relevant.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing).</li><li>10 years of industrial B2B technical sales experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish. Role Description: <ul><li>Looking for a Cargospot System Specialist to support and optimise the Cargospot system across the EMEA region.</li><li>The role will focus on Level 2/3 functional support, troubleshooting, system configuration, business requirements and system enhancements. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, internal Cargospot teams and external technical partners to ensure the system effectively supports business needs.</li><li>Strong hands-on Cargospot experience is essential. Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to oversee credit management, accounts receivable and collections activities within a hospitality environment.&nbsp;</li><li>The role will be responsible for managing credit exposure, ensuring timely collections, improving cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and trade customers.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel/hospitality credit management, with a solid understanding of city ledger operations, credit assessment, receivables, ageing, collections and credit risk.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the end-to-end credit control and Accounts Receivable function.</li><li>Oversee city ledger, corporate, travel trade and other receivable accounts.</li><li>Establish, review and monitor credit limits, payment terms and credit facilities.</li><li>Conduct credit assessments and evaluate the financial standing and payment history of customers.</li><li>Monitor AR ageing, overdue balances, DSO and credit exposure and take appropriate collection actions.</li><li>Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies to minimise bad debt and improve cash flow.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Operations.</li><li>Prepare regular AR, ageing, collection, DSO and credit-risk reports for management.</li><li>Monitor doubtful debts, provisions and potential credit risks.</li><li>Ensure accurate billing, account reconciliation, payment allocation and maintenance of the city ledger.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Front Office and Finance teams on credit-related matters.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company credit policies, internal controls and audit requirements.</li><li>Support process improvements and implementation of effective credit-control procedures and SOPs.</li><li>Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Receivable/Credit team where applicable.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>6–8+ years of relevant experience in Credit Control, Credit Management or Accounts Receivable.</li><li>Strong experience within the hospitality / hotel industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven experience managing corporate and high-value customer accounts.</li><li>Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections, AR ageing, DSO and bad debt management.</li><li>Experience with city ledger and hotel receivables.</li><li>Good understanding of credit policies, payment terms and credit-limit management.</li><li>Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams.</li><li>Experience managing or mentoring a team would be an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Experience with Opera/SUN or similar hotel finance systems is advantageous.</li></ul>

Responsibilities Target State Architecture and Convergence <ul><li>Define and maintain the target state architecture for cargo management systems across the global network, covering platform selection, consolidation, integration, and retirement</li><li>Produce a roadmap that sequences how regional systems (Cargospot, COSYS+, ePic) move toward an agreed target, with clear architectural rationale for each decision</li><li>Document and govern architecture decisions to ensure transparency, consistency, and auditability</li><li>Maintain a current-state map of the platform estate, including capability overlap, integration debt, and footprint reduction opportunities</li></ul> Integration, Connectivity, and Data Architecture <ul><li>Define integration standards and patterns for cargo systems, including airline connectivity (ONE Record, Cargo-XML, EDI), messaging, and API design</li><li>Set the data architecture for the cargo estate so that operational, customer, and commercial data flows are consistent and reusable across stations</li><li>Establish interoperability requirements between cargo management systems and adjacent platforms</li><li>Govern the technical aspects of customer-specific connectivity so that customer requests are met without fragmenting the core platform</li></ul> Change Order Validation and Cost Governance <ul><li>Review and validate every material change order raised against the cargo management systems are justified by the actual scope of work</li><li>Assess the technical complexity of each change order independently to challenge vendor proposals where required</li><li>Challenge inflated, padded, or over-scoped change orders, and provide documented technical rationale of its decisions</li><li>Distinguish change orders that reflect genuine new scope from those that should fall within existing contractual obligations or standard product, protecting the network from avoidable cost</li><li>Maintain a defensible record of change-order assessments so that platform spend is traceable and auditable, and patterns of vendor over-scoping are visible to leadership</li></ul> Standards, Governance, and Technical Authority <ul><li>Own the architectural standards that regional implementations are held against, and run the technical review of material platform changes</li><li>Provide architectural input into product governance</li><li>Ensure vendor solution designs align with target architecture or introduce avoidable lock-in</li><li>Partner with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture functions to ensure cargo platform architecture meets security, audit, and regulatory requirements</li></ul> Delivery Partnership and Advisory <ul><li>Act as the senior technical advisor to the Digital Product Management function, translating strategic direction into an executable systems blueprint</li><li>Support platform evaluations and proofs of concept with rigorous technical assessment</li><li>Provide architectural guidance to regional technology teams during implementation, migration, and cutover</li><li>Communicate architecture clearly and plainly to non-technical leadership; Responsibilities: Accounts Payable – Third-Party and Staff Claims Processing: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for third-party AP invoices and staff claims for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all third-party AP invoices and staff claims to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li></ul> Accounts Payable – Intercompany Processing and Group System (HFM) Biannual Reconciliation: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for intercompany AP invoices for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all intercompany AP invoices to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li><li>Obtain Statement of Accounts from inter-company suppliers and reconcile with AP Aging in SAP B1.</li><li>Resolve any disputes with intercompany suppliers.</li><li>HFM reconciliation: Upload and match HFM transactions.</li></ul> Cashflow &amp; Loan Management: <ul><li>Provide the monthly cash outflow and inflow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining adequate cash flow for operations and proactively alert the Senior Accountant of any foreseeable cash flow issues.</li><li>Ensure loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li></ul> Tax Related – VAT/WHT: <ul><li>Prepare VAT/WHT filing/certificates/payments for review by Senior Accountant.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Tasks: <ul><li>Follow up on collections from customers before the due date or when overdue.</li><li>Record AR transactions in SAP.</li><li>Send AR Aging report to Sales and AR incoming report to Senior Accountant monthly.</li><li>Issue AR Credit Notes based on approved CN form.</li></ul> Other Accounting Tasks: <ul><li>Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>Creation/maintenance of customer and vendor records in SAP.</li><li>Prepare and manage bank guarantees.</li><li>Support audits by providing required documents to external and internal auditors.</li><li>Undertake any ad hoc finance assignments as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Accounting</li><li>Ability to read and communicate in English would be preferred</li><li>Financial Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)</li><li>Administration of intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as staff expense claim payments</li><li>Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>
