Summary: <ul><li>You will Manage clients worldwide business for multiple product lines through their lifecycles, including product strategy, customer/market requirements analysis, and pricing. On a peer basis, interacts with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to optimize business performance for assigned product lines.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in segmentation, business planning, product marketing strategies, portfolio management, negotiations, and production forecasts.</li><li>This position may also have management responsibility for other, less experienced members of the product management team.&nbsp;</li><li>With vice president, directors, and other senior product managers, helps to define the roles of product managers, and their interactions with other departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Also helps create the processes with which they carry out their work, and sets the standards for product management at. Provides training for the other product managers.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Product Life Cycle: Initiates, drives and manages product life cycle from concept and feasibility to high volume manufacturing.</li><li>Reports to Senior Management on the P&amp;L performance of assigned Product Lines.</li><li>Monitors global market trends for new opportunities, and refines understanding of user needs in client target markets through research and customer visits.</li><li>Product Roadmaps: Maintains Product roadmap for portfolio of products and updates them periodically through interactions with internal and external experts.</li><li>Assesses viability of product concepts &amp; customization requests to meet worldwide market, financial, and technology goals.</li><li>Defines product plans, including critical features, price targets, profit, return on investment (ROI), competitive strength, and value delivery.</li><li>Guides development and manages tradeoffs of specifications &amp; schedules for new products and/or services.</li><li>Manages engineering priorities for assigned product lines assuring alignment of engineering efforts with business goals and customer requirements.</li><li>Interfaces with Global Sales, Research and Development, Engineering, Worldwide Customer Support, Operations, Corporate Marketing, Quality, and other partners to ensure new offerings meet technical specifications, cost targets, delivery commitments, and achieve customer adoption.</li><li>As needed, coordinates with external partners, Business Development, alternative channels, and third party integrators.</li><li>With Corporate Marketing, drives naming, positioning, literature, collateral, web content, and launch activities.</li><li>Coordinates regular forecasting and demand analysis with Sales.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Supports technical and business meetings with customers. Thin film devices include integrated circuits, hard drives, thin film heads, CD’s, DVD’s, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with semiconductor equipment manufacturing highly desirable.</li><li>Prefer some sales or marketing management experience in high technology.</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>B.S. in Engineering or Science, or equivalent.</li></ul> Desirable: <ul><li>Advanced degree, including M.S., Ph.D., or MBA, highly desirable.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead cross-functional teams in introduction of new End-Of-Line test processes at Company in collaboration with global team in headquarter and ensure test process robustness for FPY rate upkeep in series production.</li><li>Actively contribute in NPI activities for development, implementation and release of robust EOL testing process.</li><li>Support cross-functional team initiatives to continuously improve assembly line quality, safety and productivity.</li><li>Improve and standardize assembly and test troubleshooting methods to enhance process efficiency, quality and safety.</li><li>Actively contribute in pFMEA to analyse quality risks and define preventive and detective actions to mitigate them.</li><li>Work closely with counterparts from company for new Equipment, Process and System development for technological advancement related to test processes.</li><li>Engage in problem solving activities, implement corrective actions and effectively communicate those actions to all required personnel.</li><li>Conduct training for Production Supervisor / Leader / assemblers in the use and applications of various testing systems / equipment / devices and processes.</li><li>Provide technical support to production for troubleshooting of daily assembly and test process failures, investigate the root cause and establish corrective / preventive actions.</li><li>Be the subject matter expert for functional / vacuum leak test processes and provide training to trainers, engineers, technicians and assemblers</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Actively collaborate with global assembly process and test engineering team from headquarter for knowledge and technology transfer</li><li>5-10 years experience in assembly testing</li><li>Support mechatronics engineering team to develop and sustain various assembly and test devices in assembly.</li><li>Responsible of adaptation of inspection plans in test devices according to engineering requirements as per Bills of Materials.</li><li>Support daily tasks as given by Management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Work with software and design teams to understand the functional and performance goals of MCU design.</li><li>Follow the FPGA/Emulation process flow and platforms across multiple pre-silicon design projects while working with Emulation team members across multiple geographies.</li><li>Implement and debug FPGA design primarily on Stratix-10 development board using Quartus.</li><li>Assist software and validation teams in reproduction, triage, and debug of issues.</li><li>Support a regression test suite consisting of system-level test cases to validate updated FPGA builds.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BSEE or BSCE with 5+ years of SoC design, verification, or related work experience and 2+ years of experience of FPGA design, bring-up, debugging, and verification;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth knowledge of top-down FPGA development process with recent experience with FPGA-based prototyping on a platform comprising one FPGA;</li><li>Expertise in Intel Quartus Prime Pro or Xilinx Vivado suites with emphasis on Quartus Prime Pro 19.x and later;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Solid understanding of the tool flow from RTL to bitstream;</li><li>In-depth experience writing Verilog code and FPGA timing analysis;</li><li>Familiarity with source code control systems (git) required;</li><li>Familiarity with languages such as C/C++, Make, TCL, Python script is a plus;&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with embedded systems and interfaces such as I2C, SPI, MSPI, UART, USB, SDIO, MIPI is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Manage, sustain and improve all logistics relevant processes from supplier, inbound , warehouse and through outbound until end customer and work with Order Processing team on shipment related matters to ensure meet customer requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Key contact person for all logistics issues between Suppliers, Company MY and Company CH.</li><li>Key contact for 4PL activities</li><li>Providing accurate routing information to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated</li><li>Source and obtain quotation from forwarder or transporter and work on cost comparisons for local transportation&nbsp;</li><li>Co-ordinate and ensure the movements of goods done according to the schedule</li><li>Plan, manage and coordinate daily logistics activities comprising of transaction documentations, custom clearance, Certificate of Origin and transportation / shipping arrangements to meet company’s objective</li><li>To work with / liaise closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments &amp; achievement of company goals.</li><li>Liaise with forwarder to make sure the custom form must be provided for all the shipments follow Custom and LMW regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly and yearly report to Custom timely.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for all custom matter (import/export/sub cont/ external treatment/services /spare parts). Responsibilities: <ul><li>Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistent high-quality parts are produced</li><li>Continuously seek for long term solutions to resolve chronic process and material issues to improve yield and quality</li><li>Selection, evaluation and qualification efforts of new packaging materials and processes for process and quality improvements, risk management and cost reduction objectives.</li><li>Work with cross-functional team to resolve internal/external quality issue.</li><li>Implement corrective and preventive solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible on investigation of customer returns and implementation of corrective and preventative measures.</li><li>Responsible to implement effective in-process control.</li><li>Critical process parameters audit and ensure line compliances.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work closely with Supplier Development Manager to drive Supplier improvement, evaluation &amp; qualification action.</li><li>Deploy company supplier standard &amp; processes effectively across major suppliers.</li><li>Develop supplier base to meet company’s growth in the next 5-7 years.</li><li>Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on selection criteria. Audit and perform supplier capability assessments according to Asia Supply Chain Growth Plan.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvement &amp; identify key gaps at suppliers.
