Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage the fixture engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance.</li><li>Design and develop machining &amp; assembly fixtures and tooling for manufacturing processes, applying GD&amp;T principle effectively.</li><li>Continuously develop and sustain the technical competency within the design team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional team, including product engineering, process, production and quality assurance.</li><li>To perform detail designs and drafting of detail drawings (parts drawings) with 3D software and upon the approval of the project manager in accordance to drawings, assembly instructions &amp; PFMEA requirements, and forward the designs to the respective vendors and suppliers for quotations &amp; fabrication.</li><li>To provide engineering solution to NPI team members for new launch products, tooling, jigs &amp; fixture setup and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of fixture solution.</li><li>Ensure proper setup TPM &amp; autonomous maintenance planning on mechanical devices, tools, jig &amp; fixtures with proper procurement documentation and ensure perform the TPM according to TPM planning.</li><li>Support in establishing manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities with proper document (e.g. work Instruction), these includes setting of mechanical devices, tooling, fixture setup and clamping method.</li><li>Initiate and participate in continuous improvement process and 6S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain safety, quality, cycle time optimization and efficiency towards meeting departmental goals.</li><li>Conduct training for production staffs in workflow and the use and applications of various jig and fixture clamping techniques.</li><li>To conduct the machine/processes capability study and machine acceptance documentation.</li><li>Provide support for internal / external process audits and ensure compliance of established process requirements in the implementation of jigs and fixtures.</li><li>Implement best practice in fixture design and engineering, with a focus on precision and compliance.</li><li>Prepare and present technical documents and reports, including CAPEX investment proposal to management &amp; stakeholder.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team &amp; stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in fixture engineering.</li><li>Support daily task given by Superior from time to time.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Prefer 8 years relevant professional experience in fixture design and engineering, preferably in a machining/assembly manufacturing environment.</li><li>Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and collaboration.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of GD&amp;T and its application in fixture design.</li><li>CNC/precision machining knowledge is an added advantage</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organization, time management, planning skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.</li><li>Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Formulate and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies by utilizing various channels to contribute to our digital journey and best-in-class user experience.</li><li>Actively engage as a key team member, overseeing the entire recruitment process, from kick-off meetings with hiring managers to candidate selection, communication, interviews, and offer negotiations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient coordination between candidates and hiring managers, including tasks like job posting, interview scheduling, and job offer processing, onboarding management.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilizes deep knowledge to identify and communicate what sets the company apart from competitors in terms of work environment, career opportunities, and benefits, and leverages a consistent, compelling message to convey the most significant motivators to prospective candidates.</li><li>Own the candidate experience at all phases of the relationship by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate and partnering with business leaders to develop mitigation strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Build robust diverse talent pipelines and develop recruitment strategies to fill pipeline positions in a timely and cost-effective manner while continuously discovering and exploiting new sourcing channels to align with market practices and trends.</li><li>Effectively managing external recruiting vendors/agencies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, maintaining high standards, and continuously improving vendor performance to support effective talent acquisition.</li><li>Lead local and regional recruiting-related initiatives to support the DEI Strategy while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and requirements.</li><li>Acting as a representative by creating a localized employment marketing strategies, referral initiatives and fostering regional partnerships through talent attraction programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives and recommend new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function.</li></ul> Market Analysis and Channel Insights: <ul><li>Proactively assess and define talent and diversity gaps, determine the organization’s hiring needs and drive hiring plans and talent acquisition initiatives to attract the desired talent.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide recruiting consultation by conducting a thorough analysis of external market data and channel insights to develop and execute attraction, sourcing, and hiring strategies.</li><li>Offer talent market insights (market trends, competitors, labour market, talent availability) to hiring managers that addresses both business demand and talent availability to support better-informed recruitment decisions.</li></ul> Operational Excellence: <ul><li>Leads the optimization of staffing policies, systems and processes throughout the organization to drive continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to company policies, applicable laws, regulations and RBA.</li><li>Design and oversee processes for talent benchmarking to enable our organization to stay ahead of competitors by adopting best practices and standards throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Own the KPIs and delivery performance, as well as the strategies to ensure that recruiting metrics are met, including monitoring recruitment progress/hiring quality and identify potential issues by generating and analysing the reports and KPIs to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably with semiconductor industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Candidate Relationship Management/ Applicant Tracking Systems.&nbsp;</li><li>High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking with attention to detail, results-oriented and ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing demands to support business objectives.</li><li>Sound knowledge of interview methodologies.</li><li>In depth knowledge with extensive sourcing experience, utilizing various recruitment strategies including direct and indirect sourcing methods, social media platforms, agency partnership and any other innovative sourcing channel.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, influencing and communication skills to effectively manage the hiring manager and candidate experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities and able to influence senior-level decisions especially in a matrixed environment.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provides hands-on legal counsel and support on a broad range of commercial matters for the Energy business unit in America including sales, purchase, operations-related, licensing and service agreements.</li><li>Structure, review and negotiate complex agreements including agreements with EPC companies in our growing renewables business segment.</li><li>Business Counseling: Develop a strong relationship with internal clients and drive a culture of proactive legal support; provide proactive, solution-oriented advice to business stakeholders.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies through comprehensive compliance counseling and training. Supervise outside counsel as necessary.</li><li>Dispute Resolution: Gather and review facts and information; provide a preliminary opinion on exposure and risk assessment with recommendations for resolution.</li><li>Collaboration across the Law Department: Collaborating on suitable projects or matters with members of other commercial and functional support teams of the our client Law Department across segments and regions.</li><li>Due Diligence: Identify legal issues for acquisitions.</li><li>General Advice: Provide general legal and practical proactive advice to the business, while being open minded and flexible.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify continuous improvement opportunities related to the contract review process and the legal support provided to the Energy business unit, including identifying, developing and implementing best practices.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Must be a degreed and licensed attorney eligible to practice in at least one jurisdiction within the United States of America.</li><li>10+ years’ experience, including 7+ years general commercial legal experience in a major law firm and/or multinational corporation that support manufacturing.</li><li>Experience in the energy / power sector, preferred.</li><li>Fluency in English required; bilingual fluency in English / Spanish, preferred.</li><li>A pro-active and energetic approach that ensures that the corporation’s business and legal risks are being anticipated and responded to effectively.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple requirements and remain composed under pressure.</li><li>Experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams in these efforts.</li><li>Ability to travel. Travel is estimated at about 10-25% and can include international travel.</li></ul>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical leader of process development for high-speed cable assembly products used in data center, AI, and supercomputing applications</li><li>Core responsibilities include Process Definition, Tooling Design/Cost Estimation, Process Qualification, and Exploration of Advanced Manufacturing.</li><li>Coordinate and/or Participate in the Design and DFM reviews</li><li>Initiate and document PFMEA, assessing and actively mitigating process risks</li><li>I lead and troubleshoot LVM process development, tooling, production, and issues and actions.</li><li>Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate.</li><li>Provide detailed process Definition and Requirements to the Automation Team for auto-machine development</li><li>Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design</li><li>Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and Cost Feasibility</li><li>Support process transfer and troubleshooting in global cable assembly manufacturing locations as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree and engineering background</li><li>5+ years. In High-Speed Cable Assembly process development, automation development, or Cable product design/development experience</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Skillful in using Auto-cad and Pro/e</li><li>Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate scheduling of resources and tests to maximize lab utilization while meeting project deadlines and communicating them to (primarily internal) customers.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.</li><li>Manage inventory of high voltage testing equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and retirement planning.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, implementing necessary policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with audits such as ISO 17025.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>8+ years’ experience with minimum 2+ years in high voltage testing 35kV+, and should have 2+ years’ in leadership role - preferably in an industrial or research setting; and laboratory experience required.</li><li>Proven project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly in the areas of high voltage systems and insulation testing.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations, such as IEEE, IEC, ANSI, and NFPA.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.</li></ul>
