Responsibilities: Technology Obsolescence Project Delivery: <ul><li>Lead and manage infrastructure and technology obsolescence remediation initiatives from planning through implementation and closure.</li><li>Deliver projects addressing End-of-Life (EOL), End-of-Support (EOS), unsupported, and legacy technology risks across infrastructure, platforms, databases, middleware, operating systems, cloud, and application environments.</li><li>Define project scope, remediation strategies, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.</li><li>Coordinate technology upgrades, migrations, replacements, modernization activities, and decommissioning of obsolete assets.</li><li>Ensure remediation activities align with business priorities, security requirements, operational resilience objectives, and regulatory expectations.</li></ul> Obsolescence Portfolio &amp; Dependency Management: <ul><li>Manage a portfolio of technology refresh and lifecycle remediation initiatives across multiple technology domains.</li><li>Track and coordinate dependencies between infrastructure teams, application owners, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, vendors, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure appropriate sequencing of remediation activities to minimize operational impact and avoid service disruption.</li><li>Monitor technology lifecycle roadmaps and remediation commitments against regulatory and organizational risk reduction targets.</li><li>Maintain visibility of critical milestones, resource constraints, and remediation deadlines.</li></ul> Risk, Compliance &amp; Control Management: <ul><li>Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with obsolete infrastructure, unsupported software, and aging technology platforms.</li><li>Drive remediation plans for technology risks arising from EOL/EOS products, vendor support expiration, security vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.</li><li>Escalate delivery risks, blockers, and decisions requiring management intervention.</li><li>Support governance processes for risk acceptance, mitigation, exception management, and remediation tracking.</li><li>Ensure remediation activities meet internal technology governance, cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul> Stakeholder &amp; Governance Management: <ul><li>Serve as the central coordination point among infrastructure teams, application owners, cybersecurity, architecture, risk management, vendors, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate project working groups, steering committee sessions, governance reviews, and executive updates.</li><li>Provide clear communication on remediation status, delivery risks, technology dependencies, and key decisions.</li><li>Build consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities to drive timely remediation outcomes.</li></ul> Vendor &amp; Technology Partner Management: <ul><li>Engage technology vendors to evaluate upgrade paths, product lifecycle timelines, support models, and modernization options.</li><li>Coordinate vendor-led upgrades, migrations, proof-of-concepts, and implementation activities.</li><li>Track vendor commitments, support deadlines, licensing impacts, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Support procurement, budgeting, and contract activities related to technology refresh and obsolescence remediation programs.</li></ul> Reporting, Governance &amp; Documentation: <ul><li>Maintain project plans, RAID logs, dependency registers, remediation trackers, and governance documentation.</li><li>Produce regular reporting on technology obsolescence exposure, remediation progress, milestone achievement, and risk reduction outcomes.</li><li>Prepare materials for steering committees, technology risk forums, and senior management reviews.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project management, change management, release management, and operational governance standards.</li></ul> Transition, Operational Readiness &amp; Closure: <ul><li>Ensure successful transition of remediated platforms and services into business-as-usual support.</li><li>Validate operational readiness, documentation, monitoring, support processes, and knowledge transfer activities.</li><li>Confirm remediation objectives, risk reduction outcomes, and compliance requirements have been achieved.</li><li>Conduct lessons learned sessions and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: Project &amp; Program Management <ul><li>8–12+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience delivering complex technology transformation, platform refresh, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.</li><li>Proven experience leading technology obsolescence remediation, infrastructure upgrade, migration, and lifecycle management projects.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within large-scale enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder management.</li></ul> Infrastructure &amp; The parts may be made at a company facility or at a sub-tier supplier.</li><li>Supports RMA team functions for disposition of non-conforming products.</li><li>Frequent OEM customer contract manufactures onsite investigations within Vietnam and Southeast Asia as needed to review company product, application use case, problem solve and provide solutions</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design qualifications and manufacturing.
