Overview: <ul><li>Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects.&nbsp;</li><li>They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations.&nbsp;</li><li>They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, on time execution, customer communication, risk mitigation, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to Lean PD processes</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Accountable for E- mobility Team Performance</li><li>Responsible for allocation of Project/ work/activities within Team</li><li>Responsible for Recruit, motivate, reward, address employee conflict and talent retain.</li><li>Review and provide performance feedback; coach and develop teams; oversee the implementation drive specific talent development programs to improve the capability of the department.</li><li>Identify and manage skill and Training metrics for the department.</li><li>To provide help, technical and professional guidance to other departments and Functional Areas.</li></ul> Requirements: Education/Knowledge: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree on Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile/Industrial Engineering)</li><li>Knowledge about Product design and development</li><li>Knowledge of Project execution process and methodology</li></ul> Critical Experience: <ul><li>15+ years of experience in Project Management</li><li>Independent Self-starter able to work effectively in a cross functional environment.</li><li>Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet scope, schedule, and budget required.</li><li>Experience managing demanding deadlines.</li><li>Experience in managing and leading Inter regional and inter functional teams.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and writing)</li><li>Ability to interact, influence, delegate and collaborate with multiple teams and individuals.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and problem solving to achieve targets.</li><li>Experience on building Business cases for new potential projects</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>Experience and use of SAP and Microsoft Project</li><li>PMP certification is an advantage.</li></ul>
