<ul><li>Collaborate with other technology sales colleagues with regards to technology sales activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Help to identify and develop/mentor future technology sales talent&nbsp;</li></ul> Technology Product Development and Strategy:&nbsp; <ul><li>Work with consultants, other technology sales colleagues, and regional and global proposition teams to:&nbsp;</li><li>Identify current and emerging market trends and client needs&nbsp;</li><li>Provide input into the development of new products or enhancements to current products&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to roadmap discussions&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and suggest potential inorganic opportunities (acquisitions, partnerships)&nbsp;</li><li>Develop /improve or market collateral and sales messaging&nbsp;</li></ul> Financial Metrics:&nbsp; <ul><li>Meet technology annual new business revenue targets&nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidance and participate in sales and revenue forecasting.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate fully in the ICT practice and the achievement of the overall ICT business plan and budget.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Proven success in senior client management and/or sales roles with revenue targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.&nbsp;</li><li>In addition to English, at least one of Italian, Franch or Spanish is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies and reputation as a client-centric sales professional.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive understanding of and experience in insurance underwriting, actuarial (product development, valuation, financial reporting, modelling, experience studies, assumption setting), risk (including economic capital) and finance functions and related technology.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to learn new technology solutions and demonstrate these solutions to clients at a high level.&nbsp;</li><li>Meticulous and analytical, confident in problem solving and decision making.&nbsp;</li><li>Good team player with ability to influence without authority in a matrix organisation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ambition to help insurers succeed.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication (written, verbal and oral) skills and interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships at senior levels of organisations.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a client-centric strategic and decisive manner according to tight deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Availability to travel on an as needed basis including client visits, conferences, internal meetings, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Elicit, analyze, and translate user needs into detailed, actionable requirements for the pod</li><li>Define and manage use cases, user stories, process flows, and visualizations to support development</li><li>Partner with design and engineering to explain functional requirements and continuously improve user experience</li><li>Maintain a backlog that stays 2–3 sprints ahead, ensuring clear Definitions of Ready and Done for all features</li><li>Communicate product vision and requirements effectively to developers, testers, and stakeholders</li><li>Support User Acceptance Testing by writing UAT scripts and participating in testing cycles as needed</li><li>Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support teams</li><li>Apply business process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and system efficiency</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure backlog priorities align with business objectives</li><li>Track delivery metrics and build reports to measure progress, quality, and outcomes</li><li>Manage cross-pod dependencies in partnership with the Technical Product Manager</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards by maintaining SDLC documentation, system configurations, and audit artifacts</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of the IT application portfolio, developing deep expertise in specific products or BPM domains</li><li>Support and facilitate system demonstrations, including Inspect &amp; Adapt workshops, as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles</li><li>Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging their expertise in product development, engineering and UX</li><li>Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery</li><li>Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)</li><li>Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology)</li></ul>
