Role Description:&nbsp;<ul><li>Design &amp; Development of automotive connector system.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for mechanical design of Connectors based on customer requirement for TS.</li><li>Responsible to carry out detailed mechanical design work including 3D modelling, Proposal /detail drawings for costing / production, initiating simulation and prepare design verification / product validation plan per requirement.</li><li>Responsible for choosing standard parts, features, material as per internal guidelines which would meet the internal / customer target process and cost.</li><li>Responsible for preparing and presenting design reviews per manufacturability, update design per suggestion and keep record.</li><li>Responsible for carrying out design change requests in a timely manner / own the product responsibility&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (equivalent) / Diploma with Post graduation&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge about various phases of product realization / product development.</li><li>Knowledge of state-of-the-art design tools such as Creo / CAD tools,</li><li>Basic knowledge in manufacturing process (Machining, Molding, Stamping, Plating, etc.,)</li><li>Following are added advantage - Geometric Dimension &amp; Tolerancing (GD&amp;T), GPS, Electrical &amp; Electronic Components design and Development.</li><li>1-4 years of experience in Concept Design and Development of products preferably in plastic and stamped parts.</li><li>Good knowledge in Creo software / CAD tools, PDM windchill / Similar,</li><li>Basic knowledge about Tolerance stack-up and GD&amp;T / GPS</li><li>Basic knowledge on Plastics &amp; Sheet Metal components will be added advantage.</li><li>Good Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and accurately across multi-cultural groups.</li><li>Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.</li></ul>

Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>The purpose of this job is to oversee the production schedules in accordance with approved production instructions, standard operating procedures, while utilizing cGMP for the preparation of commercial product.</li><li>Monitor and document in a periodic performance review the performance of the production staff. Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.</li><li>Mentor staff and set goals and objectives for the production personnel.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manufacturing Operations Management</li><li>Assure the accurate execution of cGMP/DEA documentation relative to manufacturing and packaging activities.</li><li>Assure the accurate manufacturing of bulk drug product for delivery to primary packaging without deviation.</li><li>Assure the accurate packaging of drug product in approved primary packaging components without deviation</li><li>Assure the accurate sampling of raw material and the packaging of samples for shipment as appropriate to contract testing laboratories.</li><li>Assure the accurate assessment of component inventory and reconciliation.</li><li>Assure staff training requirements are established and complete prior to the performance of process or procedure.</li><li>Assure the accurate performance of basic routine preventive maintenance of equipment and facility cleaning activities by operators.</li><li>Establish performance Goals and Objectives based on facility needs and High Corporate Standards.</li><li>Complete routine performance evaluations of staff, and recommend growth opportunities.</li><li>Assure adherence to established production schedules and monitor production performance as determined by the Plant Director.</li><li>Monitor the general safety of staff and assure safe work practices are followed by all site personnel.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience <ul><li>Undergraduate Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or equivalent in training and experience.</li><li>10 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.</li><li>Prior cGMP experience in a pharmaceutical production environment is necessary. 3-5 years’ previous supervisory experience required.</li><li>Proficiency in a body of information required for the job e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.</li></ul> Knowledge&nbsp; <ul><li>Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements for applicable hazardous substances.</li><li>Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of understanding in the cGMP practices.</li><li>Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of understanding in the controlled drug substance regulations.</li><li>Often referred to as “competencies”, leadership attributes, skills, abilities or behaviors that may be enterprise, functional or job specific e.g. coaching, negotiation, calibration, technical writing etc.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Abilities <ul><li>Demonstrate knowledge of the current good manufacturing practices.</li><li>Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to both individuals and groups.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, write investigations and complete documentation.</li><li>Ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow and provide reports and data on manufacturing activity.</li></ul> Physical Requirements	 <ul><li>This position requires working with or around hazardous substances, and is subject to work restrictions and precautions as set forth in the Safety Data Sheet, provided to all affected employees.</li><li>Ability to don personal protective equipment, if necessary. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the development of sockets, high-speed connectors, and cable assemblies from market definition to production release.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, applications, field engineers, project managers) to translate Voice of Customer (VOC) into technical concepts and specifications.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and generate design concepts.</li><li>Perform mechanical and thermal simulations.</li><li>Present design evaluations and proposals to customers.</li><li>Create detailed 2D/3D designs, DFMEA, and tolerance analyses.</li><li>Build and validate prototype samples.</li><li>Finalize product qualification and specifications.</li><li>Provide ongoing technical support to Operations, Quality, and Production teams.</li><li>Manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and Product Change Notifications (PCN).</li><li>Maintain system-level understanding of customer applications and integrate solutions into the design process.</li><li>Drive projects through the LEANPD stage-gate process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and external suppliers to align with technical, quality, and cost targets.</li><li>Generate and manage all necessary technical documentation including design drawings, engineering changes, and design history files.</li><li>Support post-launch activities and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.</li><li>10+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience involving:</li><li>Electrical components and devices.</li><li>Mechanical structure design.</li><li>Manufacturing tooling development (stamping, molding, assembly, plating).</li><li>Manufacturing process development.</li></ul> Strong knowledge in: <ul><li>Socket, connector, and cable assembly design.</li><li>Material selection.</li><li>Tolerance analysis.</li><li>DFMEA.</li><li>Product qualification.</li></ul> Expertise in 3D CAD applications (preferably Creo), including: <ul><li>3D solid modeling (sheet metal).</li><li>2D drawings.</li><li>PDM Link Data Manager.</li><li>General understanding of SpaceClaim, SolidWorks, or other conceptual design tools.</li></ul> Advanced proficiency in: <ul><li>Geometric Dimensioning &amp; Tolerancing (GD&amp;T).</li><li>Limit and fit analysis including statistical tolerance analysis.</li><li>Finite element analysis tools (e.g., Ansys, Workbench) for elastic and plastic behavior of metals.</li></ul> Proven ability to: <ul><li>Develop and write design objectives and technical product specifications.</li><li>Lead product development from concept to production.</li><li>Provide technical leadership across the full product lifecycle.</li></ul> In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes: <ul><li>Machining, molding, stamping, plating, assembly.</li><li>Best practices in Design for Manufacturing (DFM).</li><li>Solid understanding of competitive product landscape and intellectual property considerations.</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written) to support global communication.</li><li>Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional team and across time zones.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make data-driven decisions with minimal supervision.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal &amp; External Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Daily reconciliation of delays and communications need activities as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates daily to the GG operations team of any spec changes, performance issues, call backs, inspections, etc from previous day. Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented.
