Responsibilities: Workforce Data Management <ul><li>Maintain accurate workforce data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for headcount, attrition, and talent metrics.</li><li>Ensure data integrity across HR systems and processes.</li></ul> HR Compliance &amp; Audit Readiness <ul><li>Monitor adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.</li><li>Update and maintain HR risk management processes, addressing both compliance and ethics-related risks.</li></ul> Policy Creation &amp; Implementation <ul><li>Draft, review, and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals, company values, audit findings, and legal standards.</li><li>Communicate policy changes effectively to stakeholders.</li></ul> Talent Development <ul><li>Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and create development plans, especially in Quality, and Central Operations team.&nbsp;</li><li>Support training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.</li><li>Track and report progress on talent development programs.</li></ul> Strategic HR Support <ul><li>Provide HRBP support to the Central Operations team, and drive initiatives in talent development, engagement, employee relations, retention, as well as coordination with Talent Acquisition to fulfill manpower requirements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist, with strong exposure to Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Data/People Analytics.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Manufacturing industry&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive impactful talent development programs aligned with business goals</li><li>Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and its practical application in HR processes.</li><li>Proven knowledge of strategic HR business partnering and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>Good business acumen, with reliability and resilience in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;</li><li>High integrity and commitment to ethical practices.</li></ul>
