Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Review and approve customer withdrawal and deposit claims submitted through touchpoints and various channels&nbsp;</li><li>Access application systems, both web-based and host screens for transaction processing.&nbsp;</li><li>Exercise vigilance when performing transactions and report any unusual or suspicious transactions immediately to supervisor&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all incoming instructions are processed within defined SLA and accurately.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform end-of-day reconciliation for all transactions processed by team.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle communications to and from internal departments.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in financial institutions operations preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient computer skills especially MS Office applications&nbsp;</li><li>Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Manage Relationship with business on Run service: <ul><li>In charge of Run activities for applications or services and conduct business review with business representatives</li><li>Manage escalation from business teams and ensure business continuity and follow till closure</li><li>Manage dependencies and trigger hierarchical escalation protocol as needed ("pending by user, awaiting vendor status" tickets etc.)</li><li>Own critical outbound communications from IT with business</li><li>Conduct or collaborate with BRM for demand management for minor evolutions in alignment with build teams</li><li>Track and ensure business satisfaction and take necessary action to improve CSAT progressively</li><li>Contribute to larger community of SDM and ITSM Process Owner.</li><li>Onboard other scope into service as the organization is moving to Platform organization.</li></ul> Monitor and control service delivery: <ul><li>Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review</li><li>Review ticket backlog (especially aging tickets) on regular basis and prioritize as per SLA commitments when applicable</li><li>Track, analyze and report metrics (SLA and KPI) and take corrective actions as needed for service excellence</li><li>Work with Application management service partner to generate actionable insights to improve system availability and performance</li><li>Ensure Knowledge Mgmt. and build to run practices are followed and regularly conduct audits</li><li>Recommend, monitor, and ensure continuous improvement activities are delivered by AMS teams</li><li>Increase the ITIL compliance for all services delivered by teams (incident, problem, change.)</li><li>Review global process KPIs using power BI dashboard for process excellence and draft process improvement suggestions</li><li>Lead change management including process governance, CAB &amp; quality control.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>High level of business orientation</li><li>Proactive and process mindset</li><li>Solid IT process knowledge with very good ITIL understanding</li><li>Practical knowledge and experience on IT process development and service roll outs</li><li>Strong experience in supplier collaboration with offshoring model (located in India)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (both written and oral).</li><li>Ability to operate in a large and complex organization which is transformation to become more professional.</li><li>Strong Change Management skills</li><li>Excellent problem solving &amp; team collaboration skills</li><li>Experience on SAP function modules (FICO, SD, MM, WM)</li><li>Proven 6+ years working experience as an IT service delivery manager or coordinator</li><li>Knowledge of IT Service Management ITIL EXPERT certification will be appreciated)</li><li>Proven track record in IT/IS Project Management (PMI, Prince 2 certification will be appreciated) including coordination of various teams and service providers</li><li>Experience on SAP (SRM, ABAP, GRC)</li><li>Proficiency in using ServiceNow, PowerBI</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Executing Hiring Strategies: <ul><li>Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and Business teams to understand short- and long-term hiring needs.</li><li>Develop hiring plans, agreed Global SLAs are aligned with the Business Goals</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging hiring practices &amp; tool</li></ul> Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development: <ul><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various key roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE and many more.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies using Market intelligence &amp; Talent Mapping tools.</li><li>Leverage a mix of sourcing channels: Internal/External career sites, Social Media Hiring such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc., Job Boards such as JobStreet, Monster</li><li>Familiar with hiring tools such as HireEz, ZoomInfo. Leverage employee referrals, and University hiring</li></ul> Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement: <ul><li>Position the company as an employer of choice in the Engineering, Tech and manufacturing space.</li><li>Create content and campaigns targeting industry professional (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, TechEvents)</li><li>Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals</li></ul> Full-Cycle Recruitment: <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers &amp; compensation negotiation and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Implement structured interview processes, including technical assessments</li></ul> Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership</li></ul> Data-Driven Recruiting: <ul><li>Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved</li><li>Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly reports on the efforts and progress</li><li>Optimize hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Work from Office - 3-4 days Hybrid</li><li>Should be hands on recruiting Engineering, Manufacturing &amp; Production roles</li><li>NO visa sponsorship / relocation for this role</li></ul>
