Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reporting to Delivery Lead and be in the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team, part of Group Risk Management.</li><li>Being a Technical Analyst and taking up the development of changes to GRC.</li><li>Implementing and supporting vendor systems components.</li><li>Providing Level 3- Production Support.</li><li>GRC application development, implementation, and support of SIT/UAT testing -</li><li>Gathering and analyzing requirements and performing very appropriate and accurate impact analysis of the changes requested.</li><li>Getting involved in design for both the internal and vendor changes.</li><li>Getting involved in development, unit testing as well as system integrated testing for both the internal and vendor changes.</li><li>Providing consultation and support in addressing production related issues and tasks and also supporting SIT/UAT activities pertaining to the changes.</li><li>Planning, preparing, and executing system rollout and implementations.</li><li>Bringing about improvisations and value additions to the system and application components.</li><li>Hands-on development experience in any operational risk system or any banking application.</li><li>Banking domain or financial institution working experience and familiarity with SDLC process and change management tools.</li></ul> Key Responsibilities Requirements Management <ul><li>Engage with System Analyst &amp; SME to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements. Design &amp; Development</li><li>Strong experience in BWise (SAI360), strong technically/a subject matter expert – especially BWise 5.8 &amp; above.</li><li>Partner with Architects and Dev. Manager to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.</li><li>Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements. Test Management</li><li>Partner with Test Manager to ensure the completion of SIT, UAT testing, regression/performance/ load testing and application security testing with quality results. Implementation Management Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams.</li><li>Coordinate technical implementation activities with release team and across application teams to ensure clean production cutover without issues and adequate post implementation support.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>MS Windows, Unix/ Linux OS, Unix/Linux Scripting, Pentaho, Apache Tomcat, XML, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience and knowledge with Aldon LM(e) product &amp; setup is an added advantage.</li><li>SQL scripting, Sybase, Java, Aldon, Bitbucket, Control-M scheduler, SFTP/SSL, Connect Direct, SAP BI platform and tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and good problem-solving skills, good exposure to infra setup is required.</li><li>Must possess a customer-oriented and can-do attitude (should be able to accommodate overtime work when needed).&nbsp;</li><li>Have good interpersonal and communications skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Be a self-starter and be able to work independently.</li><li>Be a good team player and be pro-active.</li><li>Be able to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment and be able to manage priorities.</li><li>Be able to work under pressure and work closely with stakeholders and other onshore/offshore developers.</li><li>Have strong delivery ability and be able to see end-to-end closure of issues to hit delivery, support commitments with focus &amp; discipline.</li><li>Be a quick learner - Gain working level knowledge in any new tools and technology as needed.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and guide the security team responsible for infrastructure and network security.</li><li>Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues and deploys solutions</li><li>Manage front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems regarding their Access</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Familiarity with Service Management tools (eg:ISM/ Service Now/BMC remedy) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests</li><li>Implement and manage continuous security monitoring solutions for infrastructure and network components</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10-13+ years of Cyber security for Firewall, Proxy, VPN IPS</li><li>Working experience, having played roles as VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Strong reliability and high quality and security awareness.</li><li>Knowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/Websphere)</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Candidate should have experience in Zscaler private Access (ZPA) VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Experience in Deep troubleshooting experience with Zscaler VPN and other Firewalls.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management.</li><li>Knowledge of Security Incident Event Management ( IBM QRader SIEM) is a add on</li><li>Must be familiar with Network Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark)</li><li>Must have deep understanding of network protocols and network security TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, SNMP, SMTP, SSH, SSL, DNS, RDP, HTTP and HTTPS.</li><li>The network security SME possesses the technical hand on capability and experience to assess current network security posture, document current/future state, provide roadmap/gap analysis for implementation activities</li><li>Good understanding of financial domain and Security IT.</li><li>Good to have experience with other security solutions like Firewall – Checkpoint or Palo Alto etc. Knowledge of Linux and web application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat)</li><li>Hands on experience on Firewall (Palo Alto, CISCO), VPN (Zscaler), Proxy (forward, Reverse, Transparent and Web 2.0), SSL interception/MITM &amp; Data leakage space, Security Analytics. Implementation, customization, coding, Support.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>As an SAP Subject Matter Expert specializing in Supply Chain, your mission is to optimize and enhance the efficiency of our supply chain operations through the strategic management and innovation of SAP systems.</li><li>You will also represent DDN business unit operations and supply chain to help ensure the overall success of the program overseeing the implementation and management of S/4 Hanna solutions within DDN operations.</li><li>This role is critical in ensuring that the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system aligns with business objectives and meets operational needs.</li><li>This will be by active involvement in process reviews &amp; audits, change management, testing, and testing coordination.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and monitor (System administration) SAP supply chain systems.</li><li>Overseeing and managing the configuration and customization of SAP ECC or S/4HANA to ensure it fits the specific requirements of the business.</li><li>Analyzing and re-engineering business processes to leverage the features of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, ensuring that the system supports efficient operations (Audits – checks).</li><li>Develop organizational change management materials for your respective function on behalf of your BU / segment.</li><li>Working closely with various stakeholders, including IT, finance, supply chain, Operations, sourcing, and other business units, to gather requirements and ensure the system meets organizational needs.</li><li>Lead in support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and resources. Secure effective communication on project progression.</li><li>Define, perform and support business process testing (UAT) of global operations and local functions.</li><li>Provide and support training efforts on any changes being introduced with the new system.</li><li>Secure Process documented and accessible across functions.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of SAP supply chain modules with other business processes and systems.</li><li>Assist with and help coordinate data cleansing efforts when necessary.</li><li>Identify and support the documentation and resolution of any project issues and gaps.</li><li>Coordinate testing efforts with additional assigned resources / local / site specific teams.</li><li>Prepare and manage testing scenarios and testing outputs in each test cycle.</li><li>Define and execute regression tests as we go through the wave implementations.</li><li>Execute the process testing and change management of any interim activities required to take place between the wave such as the changes required to manage activities between two systems. Secure perform root cause analysis for technical incidents which may happen.</li><li>Perform and coordinate the global data validation and signoff.</li><li>Support the go-live and final implementation (hypercare).</li><li>Managing the change associated with the transformation to SAP S/4HANA, including training for users and developing change management strategies to encourage user adoption.</li><li>Animate SME and help in grooming Skills and competencies within the organization.</li><li>Establishing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation and identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Overseeing ongoing maintenance and support for the SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and managing updates.</li><li>Utilizing the reporting and analytics capabilities of SAP S/4HANA to provide insights that help drive business decisions</li><li>This role will have direct impact on MDG Data Quality, Purchasing, Planning &amp; Scheduling, Shop floor control, Production Planning, Quality management, Warehousing, Logistics, Shipping. Sales &amp; Product Managers, Quality &amp; Engineering, Finance</li><li>Data insights and analytics leader and team, &amp; Core teams.</li></ul> Measures of Success <ul><li>Project Delivery Timeliness, Meeting milestones of project plan.</li><li>User Adoption Rate.</li><li>Cost Savings quantified through process optimization post-implementation.</li><li>Data Accuracy.</li><li>Stakeholder satisfaction.</li><li>Audit compliance.</li><li>Follow up Enhancements.</li><li>Innovation enablement.</li><li>Cross Department collaboration.</li><li>SME framework and skill network animation</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Role is 70% tactical &amp; 30% strategic</li><li>Report to DDN Supply Chain Performance Manager.</li><li>Master’s degree, English language skills required.</li><li>Hands on extensive knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain processes – considered by many to be a “super user”</li><li>Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Basis, Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management (WM).</li><li>Significant experience with SAP implementations, including project management, business process engineering, and change management. (S/4HANA a Plus)</li><li>Experience with organizational change management and implementing change in processes</li><li>Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, experience working with offshore teams, multi-tasking, and agile methodologies. Data savvy – experience reviewing, assessing, and validating data.</li><li>Able to make timely decisions and provide direction to a broad team..</li><li>Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work independently</li><li>Willingness to travel when required.</li></ul>
