Responsibilities: <ul><li>To Prepare EOD drafts based on scope given by Dev and SAs with correct dependencies, in &amp; out conditions</li><li>To schedule, execute and support EOD runs in SIT/UAT environments for Projects.</li><li>Act as Level 2/3 support for EOD-related incidents.</li><li>Analyze and resolve batch failures, job delays, or any performance bottlenecks</li><li>Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and define permanent fixes</li><li>Serve as the domain expert in Murex EOD operations, including Pre-trade to post-trade lifecycle, Trade validation and market data dependencies</li><li>Provide consultation to development and testing teams regarding EOD impacts of changes or upgrades</li><li>Identify automation opportunities in EOD processes using scripting (Unix, Python, MxML)</li><li>Maintain technical documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, including EOD signoffs and logs</li><li>Support EOD-related project activities, including upgrades, migrations</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for EOD (e.g., batch completion time, failure rate).</li><li>Perform EOD regression testing after Murex upgrades, patching, or infrastructure changes</li><li>Work with infrastructure teams on server performance, disk space, and job execution time</li><li>Lead war room efforts during EOD crises: high-priority trade breaks, simulation failures, or regulatory deadline risks.</li><li>Drive post-mortem sessions with action item tracking and continuous feedback loops</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years exp in supporting Murex 3.1 End of Day batch</li><li>Deep Murex product knowledge: MX.3 Simulation, Datamart, MxML, workflows</li><li>Deep understanding of Murex EOD processes including Trade validation, Pre-trade/post-trade workflows, Market data loads, Feeders, extractions, Reporting etc.</li><li>Strong in scripting: Unix. Shell, Python, SQL</li><li>Tools: Control-M, Autosys, JIRA, Confluence</li><li>Expertise in Unix/Linux shell scripting for job orchestration, automation, and log analysis</li><li>Working knowledge of Shell, Python for custom automation or data parsing tasks.</li><li>Expertise in SQL for: Querying Murex database tables, validating data, Debugging batch issues</li><li>problem-solving, decision-making under pressure</li><li>Ability to Evaluate and improve EOD architecture regularly to reduce latency, eliminate redundancy, and enhance performance</li><li>Ability to Analyze historical EOD execution data for trend analysis and predictive issue detection</li><li>Monitor Murex based support tickets, provide support with all end-user issues, escalate issues to the support manager as needed.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under time constraints.</li><li>Evaluate and test new Murex modules or plugins that impact EOD, such as new simulation engines or DataMart enhancements</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Quality Associate I, Operations is responsible for actively participating in “on the floor” Quality activities during product manufacturing and/or packaging. Quality activities include product sampling and inspection, area clearance to confirm process readiness, non-conforming event support to resolve in-process issues, and process validation and qualification activities.</li><li>Communicates to multiple departments and supervision to provide timely process and issue updates.&nbsp;</li><li>Identifies and escalates issues or problems to appropriate supervision.</li><li>Participates as a team member on cross-functional teams.
