Our team works collaboratively across to navigate high-value opportunities, ensuring alignment with both business goals and industry regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Together, we shape the future of technology for our public sector clients.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead large and complex deal pursuits, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from qualification through contract negotiation and close.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring trust and alignment.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.</li><li>Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to capture new business and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations, etc.) to ensure the successful closure of deals and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Stay informed of market trends, policies, and regulations affecting the public sector to provide strategic insights.</li><li>Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment on terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while maintaining profitability.</li><li>Manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasts, sharing regular updates with senior leadership.</li><li>Ensure post-sale implementation and delivery meet client expectations, fostering long-term satisfaction and repeat business.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 18 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on large deals exceeding multi-million-dollar contracts.</li><li>Proven track record of managing and closing large, complex deals, including contract negotiations.</li><li>Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated technical proficiency in crafting solutions and delivering outcomes that meet client needs.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery options.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including materials, craftsmanship, certifications, and pricing.</li><li>Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.</li><li>Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.</li><li>Manage billing and basic inventory processes.</li><li>Ensure security and care of high-value items at all times.</li><li>Support store events, promotional activities, and new launches.</li><li>Build strong relationships with repeat and potential customers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferably in commerce, business, or fashion).</li><li>2–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, watches, or luxury fashion.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity.</li><li>Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and hallmarking standards (preferred).</li><li>Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and during festive periods.</li></ul>
