Responsibilities: Sales Execution: <ul><li>Execute sales plans and achieve individual volume and margin targets as assigned</li><li>Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within assigned territory or product portfolio</li><li>Maintain and grow sales volumes from existing customer accounts through regular engagement and relationship building</li><li>Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals</li><li>Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts in accordance with company pricing and approval guidelines</li><li>Monitor customer orders and coordinate with supply and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the companys sales management system</li></ul> Customer Relationship Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty</li><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests for information</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to identify additional needs and opportunities</li><li>Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the Sales Manager</li><li>Support debt collection activities by maintaining communication with customers on payment terms and following up on overdue accounts</li></ul> Market Intelligence and Reporting: <ul><li>Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs Provide regular sales reports including achievements against targets, pipeline updates, and customer feedback</li><li>Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and identify business opportunities</li><li>Monitor stock levels and product availability in assigned territory</li></ul> Compliance and Administrative Duties: <ul><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices related to sales operations</li><li>Follow credit management and sales approval processes as outlined in company procedures</li><li>Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales activities</li><li>Complete required sales training and professional development programs</li></ul> Requirements: Education and Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil Industry or related B2B sector</li><li>Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems</li><li>Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within assigned territory</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic understanding of credit management and commercial terms</li><li>Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>
