Develop monthly sales forecasts.&nbsp;</li><li>Initiate a weekly plan for specified verticals or territories.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Educate and engage customers with new products/solutions/programs.</li><li>Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in India.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education – Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in related technical sales.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Markets – Should have experience in building Data Centres in new makets.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with structure cable and connectivity products.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Customers Define our Success – Results-oriented with a process mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Willing to dedicate extra time and travel to meet objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Equipment Development Project <ul><li>Work with vendors to develop, set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project</li></ul> Programming &amp; Digitalization <ul><li>Provide automatic control equipment programming according to the production needs</li><li>Provide digital solution to implement site digital factory projects to improve process control real time.</li></ul> Trouble Shooting <ul><li>Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex electrical problems for automation line</li><li>Responsible for the effective communication across the company</li></ul> Technical Guidance <ul><li>Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or above, majored in Automation or Electrical Engineering, familiar with electrical control theory and design</li><li>At least 3 years experience with automated machines maintenance and electrical design</li><li>Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC),Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices</li><li>Experience specifying, programming, &amp; trouble shooting Servo Controls and electrical troubleshooting</li><li>Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in English, both oral and written</li></ul>
