Responsibilities: HR Policy &amp; Governance <ul><li>Develop, review, and continuously improve company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, transparency, and full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.</li><li>Establish and maintain a structured policy management framework, including standardized documentation, approval workflows, version control, and audit trails.</li><li>Own the lifecycle of HR policies, from drafting, stakeholder alignment, approval, communication, to periodic review and retirement.</li><li>Monitor, interpret, and analyze local labor laws and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable HR policies and practices.</li><li>Proactively assess compliance risks and update policies and processes to mitigate potential legal or operational exposure.</li><li>Design and deliver training programs for employees and managers on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices, ensuring strong understanding and adoption.</li><li>Develop clear and effective communication strategies to ensure timely and consistent dissemination of HR policy updates across the organization.</li><li>Partner with HR teams, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive effective implementation and adoption of policies across all functions.</li><li>Track policy implementation, monitor adherence, and conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure consistent application across departments.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul> Project Management <ul><li>Lead and support the execution of global, regional, and local HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR strategy.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management plans.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective collaboration across teams.</li><li>Provide regular project updates, reporting status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership.</li><li>Drive standardization and continuous improvement through project learnings, best practices, and process optimization.</li><li>Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, governance standards, and external regulatory requirements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a MNC Manufacturing company environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience in localizing HR policies and employee handbooks across APAC countries, including China, with sound knowledge of labor law compliance and HR governance practices.</li><li>Proven experience in reviewing, localizing, and implementing HR policies across APAC countries, including China, ensuring alignment with local employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and business needs.</li><li>Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance practices, and policy governance.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in policy documentation.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Proficient in HR systems and digital tools (e.g., HRIS, case management, MS Office).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Identify and meet guests’ needs, provide appropriate bar services, and assist guests in recommendations, upselling where appropriate to provide knowledgeable and bespoke service</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes. Curate recipes specialising in fine beverages and unique cocktails in accordance with theme of the outlet/function or as required by guests</li><li>Must be able to assess and manage guests’ needs and recommend excellent wine and food pairing as per theme of the outlet or as required by guests. Where possible, upsell Beverages to guests based on their need, choice, and selection&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with Bartenders serving all guests and support them as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery</li><li>Ensure all drinks transactions are processed, registered, and settled</li><li>Setup the bar appropriately, ensuring the visuals and merchandise are placed appropriately. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays</li><li>Undertake opening, closing &amp; cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists</li><li>Coordinate with stewards to ensure equipment and bar area are always kept hygienically clean and tidy and sufficient glassware is available</li><li>Oversee Bar inventories, ensure the checking of expiration dates and that all perishable garnishes are stored and recorded in designated storage area</li><li>Complete all checklists as required daily, weekly, and monthly for the bar. Highlight replenishments for beverage products to the manager or team leader</li><li>Adopt a responsible attitude towards serving alcoholic beverages, to ensure safe consumption in line with group policy and regulatory requirements</li><li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals</li><li>Handle guests inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to the Team Leaders if no immediate solution can be found</li><li>Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management</li><li>Ensure adherence to departmental policies, HACCP processes, F&amp;B standard operating procedures, and instructions enabling delivery of luxurious service to guests and in line with Jumeirah standard of excellence</li><li>Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions, and controls</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Higher Secondary School certificate</li><li>Basic Food and Hygiene Training</li><li>2 - 3 years Bartending experience within the international hospitality industry</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work with SAP IT team to transit business process and requirements to SAP S4HANA solution.</li><li>Proactively and effectively communicate progress of owned pending and active projects throughout the life cycle.</li><li>Contract Management and Support in Ariba and SAP (Allocation Report, Contract Coverage report, etc.)</li><li>Price Management in Ariba and SAP</li><li>PO Management in Ariba and SAP</li><li>Vendor Master Data Management – Vendor creation and Plant extension</li><li>Invoice Resolution</li><li>Reporting (Supplier Performance Report, Review on LT &amp; MOQ, Supplier Quality Audit, etc.)</li><li>System Support (System Issue resolution, Audit support)</li></ul> Technology / System will be used for above activities: <ul><li>BPCS and SAP S4/HANA – Materials Management, Stock Information, PO placement</li><li>Ariba – Contract Management</li><li>MS Office suite – All communications with stakeholders &amp; data analysis</li><li>Sharepoint – For data storage</li><li>Microsoft One Drive – To store Supplier License</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College’s degree in business, trading or management is preferred</li><li>1-3 years of procurement operations and related SAP system working experience</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>High integrity, self-motivated, independent, be proactive and team spirit</li><li>Good project management ability</li><li>Good communication and report skills</li><li>Able to working in English (reading and writing)</li><li>Good at excel</li></ul>
