Public Relations:&nbsp; <ul><li>Oversee the brand’s communication strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels (advertising, public relations, digital platforms).&nbsp;</li><li>Develop key messaging that aligns with the brand’s values and resonates with the target market.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.&nbsp;</li></ul> Product Lifecycle Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Monitor product performance and oversee the lifecycle of products from launch to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market demand.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate product launches, ensuring that all relevant marketing materials, channels, and promotional activities are ready for a successful introduction to the market.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the R&amp;D and product teams to inform product innovation based on consumer feedback and market analysis.&nbsp;</li></ul> Budget Management &amp; Reporting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, including sales metrics, market share analysis, and campaign results</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, Brand Management) is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management and/ trade marketing experience, preferably in the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, consumer healthcare products, and market dynamics.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and product positioning.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical abilities, including experience with market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.&nbsp;</li><li>Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally.&nbsp;</li><li>Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strategically focused, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP).</li><li>Manage period-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations.</li><li>Support external and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit points.</li></ul> Cost Accounting &amp; Inventory Management: <ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory valuation, batch costing, and cost of goods sold (COGS).</li><li>Conduct standard vs actual cost variance analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams for real-time cost tracking.</li></ul> Taxation &amp; Regulatory Compliance: <ul><li>Handle GST, TDS, and income tax compliances including returns, reconciliations, and assessments.</li><li>Assist in regulatory compliance relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., NPPA, CDSCO).</li><li>Maintain records for transfer pricing and other compliance reports (e.g., Form 3CD).</li></ul> Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable: <ul><li>Oversee vendor payments, import transactions, and ensure proper accounting treatment.</li><li>Monitor receivables, perform aging analysis, and coordinate with sales teams for collections.</li><li>Conduct periodic reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts. 5. Budgeting, MIS &amp; Financial Planning</li><li>Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and reports to management (sales trends, cost analysis, profitability reports).</li><li>Develop and automate MIS for enhanced decision-making.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles; at least 3–5 years in a senior or lead role.</li><li>Experience in pharma or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. •	Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and cost accounting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. •	Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Nice to Have:</li><li>Experience in handling audits for pharmaceutical R&amp;D or DSIR-registered entities.</li><li>Knowledge of pharma-specific compliance (NPPA reporting, drug pricing, etc.)</li><li>Exposure to internal controls, SOX compliance, or process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
