Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.</li><li>Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.</li><li>Support inventory accounting and cost tracking in coordination with operations.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.</li><li>Assist with ERP system transactions and support improvements in accounting workflows during startup and scale-up phases.</li><li>Monitor and report on operational KPIs, capital expenditure, and project financial performance to drive cost efficiency and identify financial risks and opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to establishing finance-related procedures and documentation during plant startup and scale-up.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).</li><li>3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, financial modeling, and manufacturing operations.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and financial reporting tools.</li><li>Experience in startup or greenfield environments is highly desirable.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Strong business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.</li><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to continuous improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Direct &amp; Indirect Tax Compliance: <ul><li>Lead monthly, quarterly and annual compliance for corporate income tax, TDS/TCS, GST and other indirect taxes.</li><li>Oversee preparation and filing of income tax returns, GST returns and related statutory filings within timelines.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of tax provisioning, reconciliations and workpapers for statutory and internal reporting.</li><li>International Taxation</li></ul> Transfer Pricing: <ul><li>Own transfer pricing policy and documentation (Master File, Local File), benchmarking studies and intercompany pricing reviews.</li><li>Manage TP audits, coordinate APAs/MAPs and defend positions before tax authorities.</li></ul> Audit, Assessments &amp; Dispute Management: <ul><li>Manage tax audits/assessments, prepare responses and coordinate with external counsel/advisors.</li><li>Track litigations, maintain position papers, risk assessments and provisions as required.</li></ul> Advisory &amp; Controls: <ul><li>Provide tax inputs for business initiatives, contracts, M&amp;A, restructurings and product pricing.</li><li>Implement and maintain tax policies, internal controls and SOPs to mitigate risk.</li></ul> Process, Team &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Coordinate with accounting, payroll and legal for information and cohesive execution.</li><li>Communicate tax positions and risks to finance controller and tax head</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years progressive experience in India taxation covering direct tax, GST, international tax and transfer pricing.</li><li>Proven experience in a corporate tax function, Big Four or reputable tax advisory firm.</li><li>Experience handling tax audits, assessments, litigation support and interactions with tax authorities.</li><li>Experience with tax provisions under Ind AS/IFRS preferred.</li><li>Having certifications related to taxation is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with the ability to operate with a team, customer service, and leadership mentality</li><li>Ability to effectively lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, while operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization with shifting schedules and priorities</li><li>Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tools and office software (Excel).</li></ul>
