Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Finance Business Partner, Operations will be providing timely, relevant and accurate information and insightful analysis to facilitate decision-making of senior management.</li><li>Developing the capability to drive swift data extraction and visualization bringing visibility and transparency of key business metrics.</li><li>Focused on finding meaningful insights to support continued and sustainable profitable growth of the our client business.</li><li>Drive improvement in the conversion cost and site fixed overhead vs budget and historical periods.</li><li>Also, bringing actionable insights, identity focus areas and run simulations for site management to optimize the cost level, in line with forecasted business activity.</li><li>Need monthly tracking and action monitoring, working collaboratively with site teams across different functions, and create visibility with global manufacturing team on the improvement actions.</li><li>Drive digital transformation journey of finance function and be instrumental in increasing utilization of BI tools, especially Power BI.</li><li>To include developing the dashboards and power query models required to achieve efficiency in data extraction and visualization.</li><li>Understand diverse internal and external data source and its architecture.</li><li>Able to integrate various data source for seamless automation of business analysis resulting in optimization of core financial workflows, enhancing efficiencies.</li><li>Able to perform analysis using large complex dataset, enhance the reports to improve performance tracking against targets and trend identification.</li><li>Effective contribution in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, such as developing templates for end-to-end budget planning and forecasting process.</li><li>Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships across business constituencies and stakeholders specially group support functions like Supply Chain, Manufacturing Ops and Procurement. Help the company understand how the pieces fit together to drive performance and strengthen the team’s partnership and influencing skills in pursuit of growth.</li><li>Price, Mix and Volume Analysis for Margin Improvements</li><li>Proactive participation in various business improvement/ad hoc projects.</li><li>Manages the overall Financial Reporting and Analysis activities in the production and delivery of all standard reporting (including template and chart updates), ad hoc reporting, presentation materials; and non-pricing / profitability (costing) analysis for the business, in accordance with defined standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 8-10 years’ work experience in Finance with at least 6 years’ experience in FP&amp;A</li><li>Experience working in manufacturing environment is a must</li><li>Strong business acumen.</li><li>Strong financial, technical, and quantitative analytical skills</li><li>In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulatory issues and their application to a wide variety of areas</li><li>Ability to take ownership of a task or process, and see it through from inception to completion</li></ul> Preferred Skills <ul><li>Proven track record of developing and implementing value-added financial analysis</li><li>Self-awareness and ability to handle tight deadlines and manage complex business challenges</li><li>Demonstrated experience in analyzing and synthesizing complex financial data into meaningful executive summary statements</li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills, analytical thinker / problem solver, interpersonal skills, attention to details</li><li>Advance Excel skill, MS office and data management, Power BI skill is added advantage</li></ul> Key Relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders <ul><li>Operational Leadership</li><li>Site Finance Controllers</li><li>Group Finance Team</li><li>Site GMs and Operation team</li></ul> Additional Notes <ul><li>Sound financial knowledge with Chartered Accountant background</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank statements, ledger accounts, and other financial records for for&nbsp;</li><li>all the Operations Centers, subsidiaries and overseas branches that CoE is supporting&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly identified.&nbsp;</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during the reconciliation process&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with relevant departments to understand the root cause of discrepancies and implement corrective actions&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of reconciliation activities&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare reports on reconciliation status, discrepancies identified, and resolutions made.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of standardized reconciliation procedures and policies&nbsp;</li><li>Suggest improvements to existing reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere and support the bank Risk &amp; Control framework through various programs which include appropriate Key Risk Controls Self-Assessment&nbsp;</li><li>(KRCSA), Key Risk Indictors (KRI), Management Risk Awareness (MRA), Incident Reporting (IRF) and Business Continuity Management (BCM)&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to best practices in reconciliation and financial reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support during audits and regulatory reviews by supplying necessary documentation and explanations.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree holder&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in Banking &amp; Financial services industry is preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Some knowledge and understanding on operational risk management and financial industry regulations will be a plus&nbsp;</li><li>A team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively, under pressure, in a rapid changing environment, as well as autonomously and as an effective member of a dynamic team.&nbsp;</li><li>Possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Self-driven, meticulous and able to operate expeditiously to deliver results and meet tight timelines&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Order Entry: <ul><li>Download customer orders and forecasts from customer portals, organize, and enter into SAP system.</li><li>Work with customers, sales, and planners to resolve system alerts and ensure order and forecast accuracy.</li></ul> Material &amp; Delivery Tracking <ul><li>Coordinate with internal planners to expedite materials, manage inbound stock, and ensure timely shipment from warehouse.</li><li>Track delivery to customer sites, covering new project samples, mass production, and aftermarket requirements.</li><li>Familiar with VMI/CMI processes; monitor stock levels, replenish in time, and track quantities consumed but not invoiced, as well as received but not yet&nbsp;</li><li>consumed inventory.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Control: <ul><li>Follow up on overdue payments with customers.</li><li>Support sales in achieving monthly collection targets.</li></ul> Quality Issue Handling: <ul><li>Use SAP to process returns, replacements, or refunds for confirmed quality issues.</li></ul> Customer Special Requirements: <ul><li>Understand customer-specific shipping requirements (labels, delivery notes, returnable packaging, etc.) and prepare work instructions for warehouse in&nbsp;</li><li>advance.</li><li>Perform monthly reconciliation with customer statements and notify Finance for invoicing.</li></ul> Other Support: <ul><li>Assist sales with price applications and adjustments.</li><li>Handle related paperwork such as new account creation, FOC, CR&amp;DR, Rebate, and Cost Claim requests.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree. CET-4 English level or above, with strong written business English skills.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, planning, or similar roles.</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.</li><li>SAP system experience required.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Financial Leadership and Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the finance departments operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and taxation.</li><li>Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial information.</li><li>Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.</li><li>Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and ensuring sufficient liquidity.</li><li>Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.</li><li>Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.</li></ul> Import and Export Transaction Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Oversee and manage all import and export transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Handle the issuance, negotiation, and settlement of various trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby LCs, and Bank Guarantees.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for trade finance facilities.</li><li>Ensure meticulous documentation related to import and export activities, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.</li><li>Track and reconcile all payments related to import and export transactions.</li></ul> Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure strict compliance with all applicable international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to processes.</li><li>Manage all aspects of customs clearance and ensure timely submission of required documentation.</li></ul> Logistics and Stakeholder Coordination:&nbsp; <ul><li>Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient documentation and payment processing for import and export shipments.</li><li>Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trade finance and logistics.</li><li>Maintain clear and proactive communication with suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders regarding financial aspects of international trade.</li></ul> Strategic Financial Planning:&nbsp; <ul><li>Contribute to the development and execution of the companys overall financial strategy.</li><li>Provide financial insights and support for international business development initiatives.</li><li>Analyze the financial implications of import and export activities and recommend strategies to optimize costs and mitigate risks.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.</li><li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g.,1 CA, CPA, CFA) would be an advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a significant portion focused on managing import and export trade finance.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and practical experience in handling Letters of Credit, Standby LCs, and Bank Guarantees.</li><li>Thorough understanding of international trade regulations (INCOTERMS, UCP 600, FEMA/RBI guidelines) and customs procedures.</li><li>Proven ability to manage the entire finance function, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Job Locations - Manila and Mexico <ul><li>Perform invoice processing to ensure that all bills and employee reimbursements are settled accurately and on time</li><li>Coordinate with receivers to confirm that all invoices are matched and address any invoice discrepancies swiftly</li><li>Generate payment proposals for electronic transfers, checks, and wires, adhering to the global policy</li><li>Investigate and resolve payment issues while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Maintain records of all AP documents, including invoices, approvals, statements, etc.</li><li>Oversee the AP mailbox, ensuring that all inquiries, invoices, and other communications are addressed promptly and professionally</li><li>Respond to AP inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders</li><li>Develop and communicate AP reports as requested by the AP and T&amp;E Supervisor or Manager</li><li>Audit employee expense reports in accordance with our global policy, utilizing the Concur expense system</li><li>Foster strong relationships with employees and communicate closely with end users to ensure the timely submission of reports</li><li>Assist employees on the use of the Concur expense system and best practices for expense reporting</li><li>Help perform periodic expense compliance audits to ensure the integrity of expense payments in alignment with local and global policies</li><li>Collaborate with other AP and T&amp;E Analysts in the event of payment errors to resolve issues and ensure expenses are paid on time</li><li>Draft training materials and resources for employees regarding expense policies and procedures</li><li>Generate periodic reports from Concur to provide KPIs and facilitate the continuous improvement of expense reimbursement processes</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li><li>Fast learner of technology and coachable</li></ul>
