Responsibilities: Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP).</li><li>Manage period-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations.</li><li>Support external and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit points.</li></ul> Cost Accounting &amp; Inventory Management: <ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory valuation, batch costing, and cost of goods sold (COGS).</li><li>Conduct standard vs actual cost variance analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams for real-time cost tracking.</li></ul> Taxation &amp; Regulatory Compliance: <ul><li>Handle GST, TDS, and income tax compliances including returns, reconciliations, and assessments.</li><li>Assist in regulatory compliance relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., NPPA, CDSCO).</li><li>Maintain records for transfer pricing and other compliance reports (e.g., Form 3CD).</li></ul> Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable: <ul><li>Oversee vendor payments, import transactions, and ensure proper accounting treatment.</li><li>Monitor receivables, perform aging analysis, and coordinate with sales teams for collections.</li><li>Conduct periodic reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts. 5. Budgeting, MIS &amp; Financial Planning</li><li>Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and reports to management (sales trends, cost analysis, profitability reports).</li><li>Develop and automate MIS for enhanced decision-making.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles; at least 3–5 years in a senior or lead role.</li><li>Experience in pharma or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. •	Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and cost accounting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. •	Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Nice to Have:</li><li>Experience in handling audits for pharmaceutical R&amp;D or DSIR-registered entities.</li><li>Knowledge of pharma-specific compliance (NPPA reporting, drug pricing, etc.)</li><li>Exposure to internal controls, SOX compliance, or process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Primary Function : <ul><li>Lead the procurement function for Pringles plant at Bandar Enstek, Malaysia. Act as focal point between regional procurement and local plant team</li><li>Manage all local procurement activities, including ad hoc sourcing, negotiations and contracting for items not in scope for regional category manager, issue resolution, local supplier management, shipment expediting, materials claim management and etc.</li><li>Support the sourcing strategy of the regional and global procurement sourcing team.</li><li>Connect plant stakeholders with MSP (managed service provider) for IDM STP support (Source-to-PO)</li><li>Advocate the global procurement policies (GPP) and responsible to educate the BU requesters on the GPP policy and compliances</li><li>Work with BU stakeholders, Category Managers, Process and Systems Lead, Procurement Operations Lead to identify efficiency and cost reduction opportunities</li><li>Manage supplier relationship and performance</li></ul> Principal Duties &amp;&nbsp;Responsibilities : <ul><li>Deliver upon targets and KPIs set by snacks supply chain and regional procurement</li><li>Attend plant supply chain deployment meetings</li><li>Comply with GMP and continuously improve our Food Safety Programme</li><li>Participate in Regional Sourcing activities and ensure regional / local execution knowledge and strategic input</li><li>Lead the execution and implementation of procurement sourcing strategy</li><li>Leverage regional procurement team to drive values</li><li>Aid in local supplier searches</li><li>Manage interactions with key suppliers</li><li>Manage financial reporting of procurement function</li><li>Manage transactional coordinators and balances workload within the team</li><li>Ensure compliance with policies and procedures</li><li>Deliver policy and process trainings to key stakeholders</li><li>Work closely with key customers to communicate process</li><li>Use data from Process and Systems team to set targets and drive KPIs</li><li>Work with shared services to standardize and automate tactical activities over time</li><li>Suppliers KPIs and service quality and performance improvement plan</li></ul> Requirements: Professional : <ul><li>Undergraduate Degree Required and minimum of 7 years of related work experience within Procurement</li></ul> Technical/Functional: <ul><li>More of Procurement generalist than a specialist.</li><li>Knowledge of order to payment technologies (P2P, SAP) and other procurement digital tools.</li><li>Sound procurement skills (negotiation, supplier management).</li><li>General knowledge of the supplier market in associated country.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and basic understanding of supply chain management.</li><li>Financial tracking and reporting skill.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Passionate about process improvement.</li><li>Strong detail orientation.</li><li>Excels at continuous cost reduction/process improvement.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skill.</li><li>Effective at cross-functional teamwork.</li><li>Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.</li><li>Ability to navigate with ambiguity.</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Comfortable with conflict.</li><li>Strong service oriented approach, with timely responsiveness.</li><li>Ability to engage and collaborate with team members and stakeholders from a distance.</li></ul>
